I think we all need this....lol
Arrogant? I thought he was quite straight-forward and honest.
Yes. I doubt it.
You heard what the loss was last quarter. What do you suggest they pay down the debt with right now?
NOWAK: "I think we deserve an explanation on why the 4 members "refused" to run for re-election."
I agree... we will all be listening to hear you ask for the explanation on the conference call Thursday.
Number 4. Who should they fire?
There's an expendable kid in the mail room.
"I'll let loose... Don't care if it hurts my investment....."
I didn't realize that you could depress the share price by posting your opinion here. Can you say something positive and move the share price up? How high can you make it go?
Wolf Blitzer isn't going to create volume and move the share price up. A profitable quarter is what will create volume and move the share price up.
Be sure and read the paragraph located at the 1st bullet. About 1/2 way down.

When they cleanup the debt you be sure to revisit. We'll all be here drinking the kool-aid and waiting to sell our shares to you at .78 per share.
If criticism had any power to harm, the skunk would be extinct by now. ~ Fred Allen
Maybe the big buy was made by our friend from So. Boston.
Great. Another day of good news. Now we'll have to wait one more day before we can throw rocks at management.
It's nice to see all this Euphoria today. I guess we can all go back to throwing rocks at Management tomorrow.
This is not "Business" Television...it's "Entertainment" Television. Contributors on this type of interview are told what the objective of the interview is, what the prepared questions are, that their answers should only address those questions, and they are cautioned that if they want to be invited back that they will not promote their own interests. I think he did a masterful job of slipping in what he did without violating the guidelines given him. I sometimes think some of the posters here would find something to complain about if they were hung with a "new" rope.
No problem. If you want to put disgusting management and useless BOD on ignore...just hit that button that says "SELL". Couldn't be easier.
We'll be listening for you to eat him up.
Jenny...Oh but the things you mentioned DO have much to do with it. I just thought I would give you and others on this board an opportunity to think about the possible damage that might be done here because of the massive number of toxic posts. However for some it will always be someone else's fault. For me it's the guy in the IMSC mailroom. Why isn't he out there talking on CNBC?
I must be in the minority. I would be interested in the type of opinions bring expressed by current shareholders. On this board, the silly content of the posts would not interest me near as much as the volume of negative posts. A big red flag. You're right...we need more product awareness. But even with that, volume will never increase without new money from new stockholders. I believe that any new money reading this board would sense that this might be a broken company. True of not, that's the message that we give to anyone new reading this board. Unfortunately, we may be contributing to the downward pressure on the stock price.
To put it another way, anyone crazy enough to invest real money in penny stocks probably makes that decision based totally on message boards, astrology, and Horoscopes. That must have been how I made my IMSC investment decision, because now that I've been released from the asylum I sure wouldn't invest in penny stocks again.
So you say: "No, we have the best equipment and large ego's why bother with Media?. We'll just let it drift down to .70 so when we actually release something with merit the stock will run all the way to 1.20-as opposed to positioning and promoting it prior to attract new stockholders and it runs from 1.20...brilliant"
Let's imagine that, for whatever reason, potential new stockholders became interested in IMSC. What would these potential new stockholders do next? Probably Google "Implant Sciences". What would they get from that search? 1) The Implant Sciences Home Page. Much positive information. 2) Yahoo Finance page. Much financial information. 3)Yahoo IMSC Message Board. Some pretty nasty things being said about IMSC by its shareholders. 4) Implant Science News on the "Implant Sciences website. Lots of positive info. 5) The IMSC homepage on Investor's Hub. Product descriptions, charts, and the last 50 venomous posts provided by us! After reading a few of these posts, most potential new stockholders would probably move on as quickly as possible.
if we're wondering why new stockholders are passing up the IMSC opportunity, I think we can look right here, at the damaging contributions being made by the members of this board. Welcome to the home of Negative PR.
Speak for yourself. Emmett Kelly did very well for himself. Clowning made him millions. Bozo did well too. Maybe Fidel will be the next big thing in circus performing. Remember, if you think the share price is going to go down, short selling is for you.
AMEN bro!
Obviously, being long has not worked out for you. Have you considered selling short? If you really believe what you are saying here, a little short selling should solve your problem.
Buff...just curious...are you short again?
Posts here seem to infer that the TSA is a "well organized", "on top of everything" government agency. They are part of the same government that brings you the IRS code and Obamacare. Come on folks, TSA doesn't have a clue what IMSC is doing on a day to day basis. Nor do they have the time and manpower to care.
Nice to see discussion about shipping product instead of the stale comments about those bad men that manage the company.
Where's the "Hang Dr. D. Gang"? He's now leading the competition 3-0.
They know who their potential customers are. They can target their advertising to buyers that are authorized to make the decision to order IMSC products. We won't see that kind of advertising. Having the CEO babble about IMSC on CNBC would only generate orders if you or your next door neighbor is in the market for a B-220.
IMSC - Home of the 100 share, $85 buys/sells.
Right now $1.20 looks pretty good.
Someone's got quite a sense of humor. .90...oops...97....oops....90.
Right, any slower and you'll be going backwards. If you go back far enough you can ask for Boldec's resignation again.
Sources said TSA is not adequately preparing to respond to the threat.

Ah Buff. That may explain why you're often confused by Buzz's posts.I suggest you completely read each one.
Like to hear your thoughts, Buff. Now that the stock is about to rally, you're being a bit quiet. What's up?
What's wrong with "Awesome", Buffalo?
Jones is useless? BS. Not one potential client has bought a unit since almost forever. That means Dr. J is still leading the pack! Let's not criticize him until he loses a sale to a competitor.
OK...Here's hoping that all the people on this board that have asked questions and given wild guesses about what's going on get aboard the conference call and get their questions answered. That should eliminate 80% of the posts that just rehash the same old stuff...over and over and over again. If they don't do that, we shouldn't have to spend time reading their posts.
