AIRCORP, you can respond without the disrespect. My name is not "DUDE". End of conversation
I think there is some confusion about terminology of share count. I have not said that there weren't more shares outstanding. There are not new shares being made which would take share holder approval. The authorized shares is and has been 1 billion. The company has issued shares to account for debentures, warrants and option when and if they are exercised. There is no way to not do that. I would love to say that the share count has not increased but for the company to have not done that would have called for them to seek financing that may have been much worse than selling shares.
I will say again that I think they are doing what is necessary to get the product to market and make the shares worth more. I have been buying shares almost daily to my present position which is well over 1,000,000,000. When the product hits the market and the company shows revenue I don't really think what we have seen for outstanding share will amount to much dilution.
I'm not sure there was anything that was new on the video but it was a good idea to tape the interview and post it. It does make me believe that they will be building 2 plant simultaneously and that it is shaping up to get started in early 2015. As has been said before, the next vital step is the delivery of the EPC report. Hopefully the sp will move slowly up and the spread stay small so as to not attract a slew of day traders. I think I might 1 or 2 more buys in me before I decide to sit and watch. It should be an interesting winter.
Richard, I'm not quite sure what you mean by new shares being created. The authorized number of shares is 1,000,000,000 which is what it has been from the beginning. The number of outstanding shares is approx 378,000,000 which has not been rising at any significant rate. With 47 mill warrants and 14 mill option outstanding, you could see the outstanding share count increase by 61 mill if all of the warrants and option were to be exercised. I think the strike price for the warrants is .06 or above and have a conversion date of June 2015. I hope there is a strong chance that they will be exercised because it would mean out sp is more than likely well higher than that price. I do not know what price is associated with the options. As far as creating "new" shares, it can not be done without shareholder approval. I think our share structure is very good and even with all of the warrants & option exercised we would be fine once construction and production takes place. The best way to protect yourself is to have enough shares at an attractive price that you can pick a price point that gives you a chance to sell a few shares and minimize your risk. I personally think we will have that chance in early 2015 and then be able to sit back and enjoy the ride. There is still risk associated but I think the reward is worth the investment. Sorry to be so long winded!
swikey, it won't make any difference what the price of OJ goes to, my wife will probably keep you afloat. Between her and my grandkids our frig seems to have one shelf dedicated to OJ. I hope your harvest goes well.
Swikey, Thanks for answering that question. I was in a board meeting all afternoon. I see that the quote on this site did not update at the close to the sp of .0549. I have the share information as of 9/30/14:
367,000,000 common shares outstanding
10 million convertible preferred
14 million outstanding options
47 million outstanding warrants
I show 378 million outstanding now so I don't really see new shares being created. I am not sure what price the options and warrants are written at so it is hard to estimate what the share count would be when/if they are exercised. For a penny company, that is not a huge shares count. Everyone have a good weekend.
I had a limit trade in for @ the ask for over 5 minutes before it filled. I really think this sp wants to move up but just lacks the volume. Slow and easy is fine with me.
I think that two facts that are very important at this time is that once Stifel has written the bonds a they are ready for sale there is already a large bank that has stepped in to buy the entire allotment(time saved). Also, we can't forget that the farm coop in Iowa has contracted to buy the total production for a ten year period, if I remember correctly. The urea plant to be constructed in central Illinois has a cost of 5-4 times more than the BION plant, a cost equally that much higher and a construction time estimated at twice as long as BION. I don't expect a large bump from this news but would love to see the sp move as it did yesterday to higher highs and higher lows. Ten cents would be great by the end of the year and a slower rise will attract fewer flippers. EPC, bond sales, construction and news of the other plants will drive the sp in 15, IMO.
I wish I had a good reason to buy more shares today. I would have hit the ask just to move the sp up. The next bit of news we get with some real meat to it will do that job. Besides, my wife said I have too many shares now (she hasn't seen my other account).
H4B, I used to meet friends from Gobles, MI fishing on the big lake. They still come down here once a year to fish but they deer hunt in northern MI. I never got the bug for that but have a lot of friends that get 2 or 3 tags here every year. The sausage goes well with beer or wine.
H4B, if you can't find enough deer down there come on up to Illinois and take as many as you want. Even with the thousands that are harvested every year we still have an abundance of them. There seems to be more predators for them now but they continue to do their damage. I also agree on all recycling efforts that can be made. We are thinking about reducing our garbage service to once a month because most of what we produce we have found ways to recycle. My wife even drives 35 miles to recycle our glass (mostly wine bottles). Now lets find a way to get BION to .10 by the end of the year. That way the EPC and bonds will have a nice base to move us forward. :)
Ninja, do you happen to know if there are very many of the locals that are invested in BION?
Ninja, welcome aboard! Nice to have some local eyes and ears to report the progress.
It very much looks like when we go to Panama City for a week or so in Feb/Mar of 15 I will be able to take a day trip over to Perry and see the plant under construction. That is just my guess on the events that seem to be falling into place. If I make a trade today it should complete my intended goal for number of shares. I barely got home in time to make the last trade of the day yesterday which was made at the "ask" and filled a slight bit below that. When I look at the "time & sales" it is hard to figure what is going on with the sp. It certainly does make it easy to accumulate. I think we will see some rapid movement when the volume picks up. GLTA
I totally agree with codaras that the company has finally gotten enough information flowing to keep us informed. The sp will take care of itself as more milestones are reached. In the mean time I continue to buy shares and always do so at the ask in hope that it will move the sp a little bit. Also, I think there is enough information pointing toward a bright future that I have told more friends and associates about the company. Most of the trading is still in the hands of the MMs and it is to their advantage to keep the sp down. The best part is that I started buying in the mid 20s and now have my average below .07. My next goal is to see volume on a daily basis higher than the number of shares that I have. I will nibble a few more shares as we go along and watch this unfold.
peafunke, maybe it is the "sign of the future". ;)
A share structure of 500 million would not become a worry to me with the business model and future earning that we should see from this company. Anything we can do to stay below that is great but it would not warrant any RS (sorry, it is hard to even say those words).
Thanks codaras. Other than the loud cheering for the election results, the silence has been roaringly loud.
I was able to place trades from my cell and just made them all at the "ask". I'm sure it didn't cause much excitement but it did move my share ave price below .07. A couple more days with the same number of shares and I will have the total I started out to accumulate.
Trader,
Thanks for the DD on the FEL2. With that in hand the EPC should be in the not too distant future. Then maybe we can get the bonds sold and get the show on the road. I am feeling better than I have for a while and think I may add a few more shares to my bloated share count.
AirCorp, I mostly agree with your scenario with a small addition. The EPC combined with the sale of the bonds will bring a lot of new eyes on the company. I doubt that a lot of new investors will result but think there will be some coming in at that time. The same would probably be true with each of those following milestones. The minor uplisting could happen anytime during that process with the exception of to the NAZ. Price is a large component of that move and I think it will take product delivery to get us to that point. That being said, I feel each of those steps will result in higher sp making us all very happy. Now all we need is for things to fall in place.
Anything that increases the legitimacy of the company would be welcome.
It will be announced this morning that a community (Tuscola IL) not far from me has landed a fertilizer plant to be built on 250 acres. It will produce 800,000 tons of ammonia per year converted mostly to granular urea. Construction will start soon and hope to be operative in 2018. Cost is 1.4 billion. It is owned by a Turkish/Swiss company. BION is less costly and could be done much sooner if we get things moving. It is time to perform and secure the EPC and bonds.
Just got home and saw that we had a decent day. Any time it gets close to my average it gives me a little hope. Hopefully we can get an uptick in both volume and price. Real movement will follow the EPC and the bonds. With those milestones done we can get on to the business of building some plants. Adam always says, "stay tuned" and we are still here waiting.
I hope that Adam will make this same information know in a pr. It can't hurt to have a few more eyes on the company.
I am still holding all of my shares and might add a few if I can get the feeling that the company is moving forward. I was very happy that the company kept the BK incident low key from their side. Hopefully they will find a replacement soon that will give everyone reason to feel good. The EPC is still the necessarystep that has to be accomplished.
We are planning some time in NW FL this winter (Destin or Panama Beach)which should make an easy drive to the Taylor Co site to see if there is anything worth reporting. I hope by this winter(hate that word)there will be photo worthy progress to post. I'm not sure why but I feel we are close to something happening and I hope it is the EPC followed by the bonds.
Codaras, That was very well said. I wonder what the actual number of holders there really is because I imagine there a others like myself that hold shares in multiple accounts. Also, I agree that those now invested would add to their position if the company were a little more forthcoming. Adam has been good to respond to emails but usually lack any information that adds to the clarity of the progress. There are many avenues they could use to help without being in danger of giving inside information. An open newsletter on the site would be one method that would cost them nothing.
The site is up now. I have not gone through it to see if there are any significant changes.
Dave, I am somewhat surprised by the lack of movement in the share price but I think it is understandable. I have talked to a number of people about the company and the usual response is, "when I see a plant going up or when I see revenues". EPC will attract more buyers and the bonds will focus more eyes. I have accumulated about 900k shares but that has been small buys on dips as opposed to what we will see with large investors. If there is a "media blitz" around some significant news we will start to see a difference.
I have no idea what kind of game the MMs are playing. I have had 4 bids in at the ask and only 2 have been filled (21,000 @ .064 and 12,000 @ .0639). earlier I was trying to take out the 64s and then they lowered it and they even threw in 100 @ .063. anyway, I will continue to work toward my desired number of shares and then wait for the story to develop. GLTA
I tested the water with a buy of 10K shares @ .064 to see what would happen. I was happy to see that the bid & ask held up rather well with just a few dips below .06. I think there is definite interest and look forward to a pr about EPC & the bonds. GLTA!!
Been to 25 county fairs in my lifetime and thought I had seen it all..............but now I have added something new!!
Thank you LR8, you expressed it a bit better than I did.

OOTS, Maybe you have "clout" in whatever media you chose to be involved with but it is a bit presumptuous to speak for all investors. I have been in BION for about 3 years and would prefer speaking to the company about the perceived dilution in private without threats. Do what you feel is right but please don't assume you can speak for "all investors".

Swikey, I must be in the class that believes because I bought some shares about 3 years ago and have added steadily until my sp ave has gotten to a nice figure. I will probably add a few more at this level and then just wait. Good luck to you and all of those that are long this stock.
I agree with Longgg & swikey that until a few more milestones have been reached the sp is going to trade in this rather anemic range with a 5 handle. We will see things change when the EPC report is finished and the bonds are sold. Until that time there is no real reason for this stock to trade much higher because it is total speculation that there will be a revenue generating product brought to market. These basic facts also disallow the company from seeking to be uplisted to a less manipulated exchange. I think the company is doing the right thing by working to build for the future.
There was recently a town hall meeting in a community (Tuscola,IL)to judge the feelings concerning the building of a urea fertilizer plant. It is apparently between there and a site in Iowa. It is a plant that would not be green by any means and they are talking 2-3 years for it to go online once the site is decided. There are many advantages that BION would have over this type on production including transporting would be less of a hazard. Hopefully we will soon be getting news that all of the steps have been completed and construction will begin.
I am glad to hear that this is a rumor and a bad one at that. I think the sooner we can break ground on the first plant the better we will be. I would love to hear some news on what is going on in LA.
