I wonder who that third party could be? Certainly they'd want to build up their 'monster pick' in the forums. Any ideas?
Good luck floating that holiday legging inventory to the next quarter, there should be plenty of it considering when it was released. I would say they could save them till next year, but "vivavuva is fashion" and in the fashion world, last years styles are a definite no no. Another glimpse into the mind of Danny, self proclaimed fashion guru!
Wow, .0053 a week before Christmas? I wonder how low it will get before March when the numbers are released? That'll be almost Easter!! I bet Danny rolls out some special holiday leggings, lol! I'm guessing we won't see the commercial though. Maybe Danny will think up a new script and give it another go! I wonder how much it will cost us this time?
Hey! Looks like those holiday styles are at least relevant to the PPS, RED like Santa!! Merry Christmas Danny, from your shareholders!!!
How much did this cost us again?
please explain to me the CEO's motive for running this into the ground? I can't think of a reason why, unless he is trying to buy his own stock for cheap.
It's very interesting to go back and read the posts from that time. The same people saying BRAV was going to the moon, right around the corner, Danny's got a plan! Oh well, what's another three years...?
Not for those who bought at 3 cents! The whole way down we heard how great the company is doing. Where does it end? 4Q numbers not out till March, that's a long way to trickle down. Teens? Trips? Anything is possible in that amount of time. BRAV is on the downtrend and it would take a miracle to stop it. Unfortunately, there aren't many more rabbits in Danny's hat.
35 reasons NOT to buy BRAV.
1. Dilution. Regardless of the excuses, it still happens.
2. Sales drop. Danny's decision to stop the adwords campaign despite claiming to be making plenty of expansion money was an utter failure.
3. No commercial. Tons of money spent for Danny to sit on a couch with some lesbians. Has he EVER seen a commercial like this air? If it were allowed, EVERY company would do it. It was doomed from the start, we would have been better off renting out a strip club for Danny.
4. No buyback. Despite claiming the stock is undervalued, Danny STILL doesn't feel it's cheap enough to buy back shares as he claimed he would.
5. Stores closing. Danny's decision making once again was bad. Poor location choice led to overhead he couldn't handle. He spent all that money to set up shop, then looked at the logistics and had to give up. Oh well, wasn't his money.
6. No replacement store. Again something that was communicated as "in the works" but never came to fruition.
7. No website launch. Yes, the website is up, but who even knows it's there? Only stockholders and employees have ever heard of vivavuva. At last count it had a few dozen visits, assuredly from investors. You can't make money if people don't go to the site.
8. No private label. Many of you remember this as the big "announcement for an announcement" debacle a few years back. Prices were artificially inflated and came crashing down as once again, it never came to be.
9. It is simply resale. Why would anyone pay twice as much for the same products they could get from other resalers both online AND in brick & mortar stores across the country?
10. The styles are terrible. Yes, we see people wearing black or grey yoga pants, but have you actually ever seen anyone wearing these outlandish styles featured? Would your wife wear them? Would you buy them for your daughter? Most of this "fashion" is best suited for street walkers.
11. There is nothing holding the shareprice up. The only thing that can save this is an AMAZING 4th quarter. Those numbers won't be out until MARCH. Chances are though, that it will not be amazing as there is no commercial.
12. The chart. It doesn't take a wiz to know that this will continue to go down. The company doesn't have the money to air it's commercials, and revenue will suffer.
13. Danny's convertible shares soon up for sale. If isn't making enough money to sustain this business (evidenced by the recent cash infusion), and revenue is down, the money has to come from somewhere. That a whole lot of dumpage to see in the new year.
14. Poor leadership. Danny can talk the talk, but when it comes to walking the walk he repeatedly stumbles. Being a good salesman does not make you a good business manager. Danny has proven this time and again.
15. No follow through. Yes, conditions vary and sometimes plans have to change, but why not share with everyone WHY you are making the changes? Danny is quick to put out PRs for what he thinks will boost the share price, but then disappears when it comes time to explain his rationale. This is why most companies have a board of directors. The CEO has to explain why he did what he did, and if he continually fails, he is replaced.
You know what, 15 reasons are enough. Sure, I could dump another 20 about how "cool" the site looks, or how "fresh" the styles are, but who can really take that seriously?
On the bright side, at least we're seeing some volume!!

And where exactly did that cash come from? Oh, that's right, from US! Sure he says he takes no pay, except for that MASSIVE consulting fee! I have to wonder exactly what kind of consulting he does? Certainly nothing on the business side of things, if so we should look for a new consultant. Granted, Danny runs the show and needs to be paid, but please don't play it off like he's putting his own money into this when we know it was ours to begin with. I wonder how much money he dropped on that failed commercial? Was that our money or his? Too funny.
They realized that Danny once again gave them the shaft. Who could continue to put their money behind someone who constantly lies to his stockholders? Stores closing, sales are down, Dilution is in full effect, no commercial, no buyback, no communication other than the Holiday styles launched 2 weeks before the holiday. What a clown, but hey, it's not his money so why not squander it? Pinks are all the same, legit companies don't stick around the dregs for 5+ years. No real company would tolerate this kind of management, but Danny was smart enough to give himself super voting rights so he can do whatever he wants with our money, even if that includes hiring a bunch of models to hang all over his senior citizen self. The only reason I'm still around is because we've got a few more weeks of downward movement for me to write off as a tax break. It'll continue to drop until Q1 numbers are posted in March. May buy back then in the teens or trips.
VIVAVUVA LOL!!!!!!
NEWS!!! Not a peep about those commercials of course, but new styles are in! Holiday prints JUST in time for the holidays!! Let's see, today is the 11th, after processing and shipping they should arrive the day after Christmas! BRILLIANT!! People wear holiday prints BEFORE the holidays. Notice when the stores put up Christmas displays and start playing Christmas music? THAT's when you roll out the holiday prints. Unbelievable, I can't believe how this guy runs a retail company. No wonder the stock price is in the dumps. And falling.
Funny how quiet it got around here, I'm sure people are just upset because Danny shafted them once again. Brav is a pink through and through, amazing how people can still defend it after all these years of lies and deceit. It would probably work out if there was a hostile takeover, but Danny saw to it that that couldn't happen, even if 1 investor owned every available share! Danny doesn't know squat about running a business, but he sure knows how to run a pinksheet company! The silver lining here is that at least people can sell off before the new year and claim it as a tax break! Thanks Danny! I needed something to offset the money I made investing in real companies...
Well, we know the Alexa page view ratings as a fact AND we know the "likes" per day as a fact, so unless you actually believe that 500-600 people liked the page each day while only a couple dozen actually visited it, it's pretty obvious. We know management has no problem hiring promo groups whose sole purpose is to create interest without substance. We know that the CEO has no problem lying to shareholders. And we know that sales AND the share price continue to drop despite "tens of thousands" 'Liking' the product. Sales are down (per CEO), yet interest is up? What more proof do you need? Sorry, I don't have a signed confession from Danny, Just five years of evidence.
Check out that volume! People are REAL interested. Lol!
Seems awfully quiet around here, doesn't it?
I heard it aired last night on channel 000, SCAM T.V. Is anyone really surprised?? Just add this and the Facebook 'Likes' scam to the long list of lies and deceit put forth by Danny, the King of the Pinks! I think I'll start a pink sheets company and have the investors pay for a bunch of models to hang all over me too! lol. Danny does it again! VIVAVUVA!!
Ahh, surprise surprise. Another failed promise by the master pink ceo, Danny. Let me guess, "The first week ends Sunday"? The 1st was a Sunday. Either it's 7 days OR the first Sunday. Either way, Danny did it again. Is anyone really shocked? It's like betting on a horse to win that finishes every race in dead last! Credit and trust are valuable in business, and Danny has neither. The sad part is that it is completely his own doing. It's like he's actually trying to fail! And why not, he can't sell his shares yet anyway. May has well run his investors funds into the ground with false dreams and empty promises. Just another day in Pinky land!!
There will be no pr today. If Danny let everyone know that he once again dropped the ball on a trading day, the dump would be horrendous. He'll pass it on during an off day, or not at all like he usually does. Give people time to cool down before they decide they've had enough of his games and dump their shares for a tax break. Danny has been doing this for years. Don't take my word for it, see for yourselves. A leopard cannot change its spots, and a pink is always a pink. Caveat Emptor.
Quite obvious. After the page views were posted, it was clear that we wouldn't see hundreds of likes per a dozen page views. Why would anyone "Like" something without even visiting the site? Just more of Danny's schemes, probably expensed under "advertising". Congrats to the shareholders that paid for it!
Still flipping those channels, haven't seen that commercial yet..
Looks like everyone's excited for the commercials coming out this week, check out that volume!! I guess Danny didn't think about the fact that the same people have been here for years and know his little tricks. What's next? "We pushed back the commercial so it could air on Superbowl Sunday"?!? Too funny. An old dog like Danny can't learn new tricks, unbelievable that misguided investors continue to throw him bones. I can't wait to hear the excuses this time, lol!
For something this big and with only 4 days left till the deadline, you'd think we might know when and/or on which channel they would be airing. As for the big Vivavuva launch, it looks like we've got a whopping 26 orders over the last month. How many of those would you guess are from employees and stockholders? Mr. Bungle does it again!
I wonder if you'll feel the same way when this hits .003's?
True, unfortunately much of what Danny informs his investors of never comes to pass. Hey, isn't this the first week of December? I got a new satellite system that gets every channel on Earth, what time and channel can I see that commercial? Considering the content, I'm sure it'll have to air late at night when all the customers are either in bed or out on the town. Brilliant.
Totally agree. Where exactly do you find everyday women wearing this kind of stuff? I live in LA, and if it isn't there, it isn't anywhere, other than Las Vegas "special services". The financials are terrible, no specifics for commercial airing supposedly next week, and a very small target audience even if it does. The only thing that can save this is solid numbers, and since that won't be this 4th or 1st quarter per Danny, and the fact that 2nd and 3rd quarters are notoriously slow for retail, this this will likely stay down until 4th q numbers for next year come out, sometime in 2015. The question is how far will it drop in that time? Danny's shares become eligible for sale early 2014. Will he hold them with the hope of finally getting this going or will he sell and bail seeing how he hasn't be able to get this off the ground in 5 years?? One thing we all know about Danny is he doesn't stick with any one thing for very long. Except that haircut of course..
Of course a few shows have this content, on cable, but none of the commercials actually show two guys or girls making out. It will not air. Aaaaand NOT ONE MENTION OF THE WEBSITE?!? What a joke! That's what our money bought, a make-a-wish day for Danny to play director. Unbelievable, but a guess a leopard never changes it's spots. A pink is a pink is a pink...
LOL! This is just too good! Of course Danny had to stick his mug in there, he just can't help it! Also, I have no problem at all with the girl on girl action, but he just alienated a huge client base of church goers and conservatives. Sure, in LA, that's cool, but if you're looking at nationwide or more importantly WORLDwide, this sort of thing is frowned upon. Heck, in some countries they still stone people for that! Great move Danny, those consulting fees really paid off! LOL!
I have to agree with you here, considering most of these leggings look like the dregs of a hooker's wardrobe.
Progress and BRAV don't mix. Every time Danny moves toward progress, he changes direction and has to start over from the beginning again. Any time he tries to make a big move, he shoots himself in the foot and loses investor confidence. BRAV cannot take off until people can put their trust in Danny, but he doesn't make that easy. A pink is a pink, and Danny isn't doing anything to help that reputation.
PPS drifting down, charts terrible. This turd is going to ride that bottom Bolli straight down to the trips. Danny's "leadership" has put BRAV in this position. There is nothing left to hold it up. No commercial = poor holiday earnings. No wonder Danny expects a soft 4Q, he made it happen! By the time Danny gets it together, we will be in Q2, VERY weak for retail. This just might find it's way up by Christmas 2014, but how far will it drop before then? Pathetic.
But that is exactly the excuse Danny is giving! If he's claiming that eBAY hurt BRAV's business, why would that change now? Also consider this, the holidays are not a time people are buying for themselves and bragging to their friends about where they got it, it is a time for buying for others and where it came from doesn't matter because it came from 'you' or Santa or whatever. Holiday shoppers are looking for the best prices, not the name of the business. Those who are interested in the name sure aren't going to brag about some site nobody's heard of, they'll go to the big department stores with the bags everyone recognizes. Vivavuva is too late to capitalize on this holiday season, maybe they will be on track for Xmas 2014. Assuming Danny doesn't change directions again.
The charts show this as a bad buy. Pushing the pps artificially will only result in a severe drop to correct. This will continue to trend down until BRAV shows something worth buying for, not youtube commercials and dismal financials. This was Danny's time to shine, but he dropped the ball again. Maybe he'll figure it out in 2014.
Absolutely. What's left to hold this up? Youtube commercials? A 4Q that we won't hear about for months? This has nowhere to go but down until Danny posts some REAL numbers, or a NATIONAL commercial that actually happens. This is retail, he already missed the window for maximum gains in holiday advertising. By the time the commercials air, there won't be enough time to receive the product by Christmas! Poor planning on Danny's part, par for the course IMO.
Ahh, Danny.. Once again so busy running his mouth that he dropped the ball. His "keep it pricey" business model failed, people were all too happy to buy similar products for half the cost. For as much as he harps about the economy, he did nothing to adapt and is now floundering. False dreams and empty promises, just another day at BRAV.
Hey, Youtube is national, right? International even!! He should have PRd THAT!!! LULZ!!!!
Still no commercials? By the time they air (if they air), it will be too late to make a big holiday impact! What's the holdup? Commercial not done? Network wont air it? Not enough money to actually get it on the air? Again, Things like this shouldn't be PRd until they are ready to go rather than when it is still up in the air. Numbers (supposedly) coming out tomorrow, but no volume interest over the past few weeks. People have learned the lesson of BRAV.
Lets have less talking the talk and more walking the walk!
WHOA! Big news, people are excited!! Look at that volume!!! To the Mooooon!!!!
Maybe you haven't heard Danny's CCs in the past. No questions from the board will be answered. We'll get a lecture on economics followed by a brilliant sales pitch and a few empty promises. Of course, this will all be after a lengthy safe harbor statement read by the man himself. My favorite is the stumbling and bumbling at the end.. enjoy!
More of Danny's smoke and mirrors.. "The numbers suck, the commercials aren't coming out, but hey, look at these hot models!!"
If you're going to quote me, at least have the courtesy to actually read the words. I said "I in no way said that only brav was halted" all stocks on the OTC were halted, brav does trade on the OTC right?
Just wanted to make sure you got credit. :)
I in no way said that only brav was halted, please stop putting words into my mouth.
there is no buying interest.
