Whatever, Shorty.
Why would he appeal to idiots as followers, unless he wants idiots as followers?
JL, although a bit younger than you, I was "the kid" that a lot of the "Folkies" hired as a sideman, as I could play guitar, banjo & mandolin really well before I was even out of high school. I am guessing that you may have been referring to either Tully's, or Club 47 (Cambridge....now known as Passim's Coffeehouse).
Eric Von Schmidt's book: Baby, Let Me Follow you Down, will probably rekindle some fond memories for you of the halcyon days of Folk music's prominence in Boston/Cambridge.

PM me if you would like to know a bit more, first-hand info re. this as well as my actual identity.
BTW: Thank you, yet again, for all the effort you've put into this board...many of us a deeply in your debt.
I am unaware of Husten ever having had any other agenda than trying to bash AMRN.
IMO, I think the guy's creep.
LB, Correct me if I'm wrong, but my understanding is that in the event that "spouses A, B, C, or D," were to re-marry, they would NOT be entitled to SS benefits funded by the prior spouse.
Do I have this wrong?
Nice close today!
Chas, You'll find that treating Senor DadBod to the "Iggy button" does wonders for unclogging the feed.
I've been in AMRN since late 2012, have endured taunting and crap from mouthy shorts. I was a very early "member" of EPADI, and learned much from JL, Zum and many others. JL, Zum, et al were, and continue to be great sources of info, knowledge, and inspiration... these guys were by our side, heartening us when shit got really dark, and believe me, it got really dark a few times.
I could not be happier than to wear the badge of being a Brother in Arms with JL. Stay patient peeps,....ignore the noise, our day is coming and IMO, the current PPS is a fraction of what our ultimate reward will be.
BTW... what ever happened to Mogwai? My guess is that he's now flipping burgers at some greasy spoon.
"Real quickly, what do I mean by a thirty minute time-frame".... In, 3,..... 2, ..... 1, ....
I do not necessarily disagree with you, LB, however, IMO, for Amarin to not address the infringements would seemingly have the same (or worse) net effect.
How does this relate to Amarin?
It was probably inevitable that some shady dietary supplement (DS) company(s) would try to ride on the coattails of the R-It study and/or Vascepa's blockbuster results. I am really pleased to see Amarin act in a robust and prompt manner to knock these turds back into their rat-holes.
In addition to the listed remedies sought by Amarin in the complaint, I would love to see a request for a really stinging, punitive award. Such an award, if granted, would serve as fair warning to anyone else that might be considering infringing on Amarin's rights that doing so would be a financially disastrous idea.
Fantastic post, Sonam. Thank you.
Not certain how many pilots we have here, Hawk. G550 is a pilot, and by his screen name, I assume that he toots around in a Gulfstream V or a Gulfstream 550.
Poor Pyrr ...he only opens his mouth to change feet.
Spot on, JL!
Count me as being among the cadre of folks hoping that Amarin does not sell the Co.
I've been in AMRN since late 2012, early 2013 and have continued to buy numerous times since then. I did not suffer through all of the crap we've endured for a fast buck, I bought this as an investment, not "a trade". I've held this long term and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future.
This study explains a lot and firmly seems to support Pyr's claim of being a painter....
Mixed solvent exposure and organic brain damage. A study of painters.

Pyr:
I'm not sure who is paying you to incessantly spew nonsense on this board. I am sure, however, that they are wasting their money by employing you as their official, de facto, Fudster.
As much as most of us find your posts to be a good source of comic entertainment, you should know that we're not laughing with you, we're laughing at you.
Oh, yes, great idea! I strongly encourage you to take up hang gliding. (I've never done it myself...I'll stick to powered flight and leave it up to folks like you to strap a pup tent & lawn chair on their backs and go whistling through the woods.)
Someone should remind him to "Break ground, and fly into the wind, (not vice-versa)".
I haven't, as a pilot, flown in over 10 years, KOXC here.
Vascepa has eclipsed Lovaza, and IMO, will soon give Lipitor a serious run for the money.
One last thaing, Pyr.... AMRN/Vascepa is already doing well over 40% of Lovava's piddling, and declining numbers.
Have a good night, Pal.
Pyr, Devote more of your caloric intake to protein & complex carbs and less to alcohol, and you'll probably live longer.
Oh, yeah.... cover your short ASAP.
(You can thank me later for this advice.)
Ahw, Pyr: You have, with this post (as well as many others) revealed yourself to be a "Detail person" for Lovaza. Yeah.... I get it. You devoted your life to something that was once, "state of the art", and probably made some good "coin" doing so. (BTW, Steam locomotives were once: State of the art.)
Look, Bro....you are way behind what we, who have worked in aviation, call "the power curve", or "the envelope".
When I was a flight instructor, I used to tell my students: The best course of action is to not have an emergency, and that is the result of careful, planning and knowledge. But, as we all know, sometimes stuff just goes wrong , regardless of your planning.
You are now in that situation, Pyrr. So... your choice...either put it down in that corn field and survive (but bend some parts of your airplane) or try to stretch you glide to make it to a unreachable, (but somewhat nearby airport) and kill yourself in a stall/spin event.
Sadly.... for the sake of ego, you seem to be opting for the latter choice.
Pyr, seem to be a bit like Rainman in your repetition, however, Rainman was an idiot-savant, you're only about half way there...
Pyr, admit it...even if it were conclusively proven that, in addition to Vascepa's now known CV benefits, that it also caused people to live to 125 years old, made childbirth a pleasure, and cured baldness certain people in here, (cough, cough), would still try to smear the company and/or the drug.
It's probably time to give up your short, lick your wounds and find another stock to bash. Everyone is on to your game here.
Hey Dadbod,
Why are you incessantly spamming this board?
You joined ihub less than 6 months ago yet you have well over 8,000 posts across many boards in which you redundantly post some non-significant item relating to the board's ticker symbol and then spam with some asinine request for leads on what the best penny stock is.
Do us all a favor add something of relevance to the conversation or please go away.
BB... Toss Kiwi a bone here. We could also see a number of external events that could do us in:
*Fish go on strike and refused to get harvested.
*Vascepa is shown to cause concomitant cancer, impotence and ingrown toe nails.
*J.Z. Is finally indicted for having kidnapped the Lindberg baby, with J.T. prior knowledge.
*EPA is conclusively shown to be the precipitating cause of El Nino weather patterns.
My suspicion is that "helpful" Shorts will cite all of the above as being true, and reason to, SELL, SELL SELL!
Thanks, raf. This problem only seems to have surfaced as of yesterday and is ongoing today. I've cleared my cache, deleted history, re-booted both my computer and, thus, my browser.
Inasmuch as others have also noted this problem, it seems to be an issue that iHub might wish to remedy.
iHub is loading pages very slowly again today. I had, and it appears that a number of other folks also had this difficulty yesterday. Does anyone have a clue what's up with the website?
Perhaps one of our moderators can fire a flare and get the IT guys that run the website to correct the issue(s).
AVII7 Re. your statement:
"Our first amendment win does not make Fraud acceptable."
Are you trying to suggesting that John Thero (or, for that matter other Amarin Execs.) are engaging in the commission of Fraud?
Truthfully, I think that "Herpes" has proven himself, time and again, to be more of a tabloid type author than a true, investigative journalist. I routinely discount his opinions as I believe that I see a clear bias in his writing.
Pyrr: The market shows that your estimate was decidedly (and predictably) low.
Pyrrhonian Feuerstein ?
OT: Does anyone know what ever happened to investorfreak69"? Was it possible that he was Pyrr's previous nom de plume? (Asking for a friend.)
Meanwhile, I look forward to seeing AMRN's noew script numbers tomorrow. (Thank you in advance, Sam!)
Pyrr, a quick question:
Do you think that your postings on this board have shaken even a single share of AMRN out of anyone's hands? I understand that your M.O., in general, is to short stocks and then try to then negatively affect the PPS by spreading as much uncertainty as possible. But you should realize that 99.% of the Longs on this board have been long for quite a while, a lot of us have been here > 5 years.
We have seen myriad naysayers come and go here and their collective efforts as "Professional Fudsters" probably didn't move the needle a single tick or reap more than a dozen shares from the hands of some hapless fool
I have no idea who you are or who you work for, Pyrr, but you are wasting your employers money and our time. (BTW, you'll notice that I didn't say that you're wasting YOUR time, as I am certain that you are being fairly compensated for your efforts, regardless of how unfruitful they are.)
Fair enough, ferret. I retract my statement and apologize to Princeton for landing on him without cause to do so.
Congratulations, Yip.... you're now ready for acceptance into your collegiate, English 100.05 course. LOL
(English 101 may be a tad more difficult...)
Thanks for the "weigh in" jfmcrr. Come November, 12th, 2018, (the Monday after the AHA conference, I think we're going to see a LOT of Shorts standing in line at pawn shops and blood banks. Regardless of the verbiage, the data will slay them financially, and I shall not shed a single tear watching them lose their houses, spouses or wallets.
Do you need a Thesaurus? Yippie?
The word is eloquently succinct in the manner in which it was used, relating to AMRN.
