Got real busy the last hour or so and could not watch market.
sfor had traded about 17 million shares on a very slow day all
at 0004. It closed at 0005 and the last trade was only 50k. W
Right on the money, Pope.
This is really surreal. I read this morning a report on the fast
approaching MAJOR technological revolution. Same effect as going from dc- to ac in the electrical arena 100+ years ago. The PC is going to be history soon. Like a vacuum tube. What is this revolutionary change? Two words: CLOUD COMPUTING. Everyone will be going to it. It is already well along. Everything done over the internet. And you can access whatever you need whenever you need and with smart phones you don't have to be anywhere near a laptop or pc. And guess what folks? A major issue will be security and guess who is fixing to introduce security in the mobile world like never before? with pending patents to boot. The revenue is potentially astronomical. Yet we are sitting here at 0004. Don't that beat all?
What do you know. There is only 12 million on the ask at 0005. WOW!
It is usually 24 million or more. Maybe we can finally take out the 0005's quickly and move on to 0006.
rolo, since you have sent me PM's a couple of times, I feel bound to reply to this post. It makes zero sense to take your loss and move on
if there is not an uptick by the 15th. It is very possible there will not be one by then. Hell, it may even be lower. At this point, what does make sense if you think like you are thinking is to move on BUT DON'T TAKE YOUR LOSS. Why sell at 0004 or 0005? It cannot go much lower. Just be willing to lose the whole thing if it does not work out. We will not know the final outcome until mid-2014 at the earliest. If it is a big win, you want to be in. So just take a leave of absense for a few months and then check back in. You can always take your losses then if you still are a mind too.
You are dead on the money. There are over six billion active cell phones in the world and there will be more cell phones in 2014 than there are people. Mobile Trust and the SDK app is HUGE. And so are the PATENTS.
This is the most intelligent post I have read on this board since I started following it. It is totally accurate in my opinion and my view exactly. I call it a HOME RUN PLAY and you win big if it goes over the fence and you lose big if it strikes out. Or you can call
it a Lotto pick if you had rather. In any event, it is going to take time to know which it will be. The problem with MANY on this board is that they look backward and at current status when what matters is what the status is a year from now. No one can know that now. So you buy your ticket and forget about it. The real 64,000 dollar question is this: " How many shares do I need to have if it is a Home Run in order to come out with X dolllars?", where x = $225,000, 500,000 or
$1,000,000.
I agree. Fully expect to see
sfor making news and on list of tracking services as result of trading since big run up. Saw sfor listed as stock to watch on a couple of tracking services as a result of yesterday's trading.
What do you think may happen if we ever trade today?
I see no bid and ask this morning. Does anyone know why?
You have not been screwed over and you have not lost any money unless you bailed. It is the market. This is what it does. I was down 80% at 0004 the day it went to 0035 and I was up 300% at that point. Now I am down 50%. But my average cost is lower because I bought more at 0007. AND I HAVE DOUBLE THE SHARES. Am I worried?
Nope. Next time it runs, I will have an even greater percentage gain and more dollars, should I want to sell. But I will not because
I am in for long term. No way I even think about selling till mid-2014. If I were you, I would double up and lower my cost and then wait for the next run. Then sell half your shares if it makes you feel better.
On balance, a good day. Here is the only way to look at this. Why in the world would anyone bail now? at 0005 or 0004? or for that matter in the 000's period. You sell high, and buy low. This is a great entry point, great accumulation point, and great place to average down and lower your cost. Knowing all that we do now, why bail at all? What do you have to lose by sticking around? If the company does not perform over the next 6 to 9 months bail then. The price is not going to be much loser than it is now. On the other hand, if it does and the price is significantly higher, and you are not in YOU LOSE big. You got to stick around to mid-2014 IMO before you know anything. And if it works out, where are you going to put your money now to make up the % gains you would have lost out on by bailing? I will answer that for you. Nowhere. Smart money is accumulating at these prices because the risk is almost zero and the potential return is very large. End of story.
Wanted to close at 0007 on more than 100 million. We got great volume and I will settle to close at 0006 but 0007 would be perfect.
Really set up for run starting tomorrow, IMO. 150million+ and 0007 would be a top breakout on many tracking services. up 75% on volume 4 to 5 times normal. 0006 or up 50% would be ok too. Like 0007 better.
We are headed in the right direction. Continue to buy 0005 and take them
out so we are at 0006 when lunch is over. Take 0006 out after lunch
and let's close at 0007 on over 100 million. That will put us on the breakout charts and set us up for nice run tomorrow to 001 or higher, IMO.
Today's objective should be to take out the 0005 and 0006 and close at
0007 or better on volume of over 100 million. If can be done, will set up
tomorow for 001 IMO.
People, we need to BUY on the ASK price!
Wow, what a day. I decided to call the company early this morning to find out when the conference call is going to be. We had only traded about 5 million shares at the time. I spoke with Mark. The numbers are due by November 14th and you can have a week extension. The conference call is a couple of days after the numbers are released. I got the impression they would be released on the 14th. I will say this about Kay. He is a straight shooter and does not paint any unrealistic pictures. I am certain he feels the pain of the shareholders and does not like dilution anymore than we do. But it is
what it is. The litigation is progressing nicely but it takes time. They are well into discovery with WhiteSky. got the feeling he would like to say more but cannot until it is public information. He is probably tied down by attorneys. The main thing I got from him is this: the company is going to be around and there are things they can do to assure that. The problem is weighing a great future versus today and the next several months. So for me, it is very simple. Nothing has changed since I started buying. It is a Potential Home Run
Play and the only way to win is to be in. I think $BL$ has the right idea. So does OT. The lower price is actually a blessing for those who want to accumulate large number of shares over time. The KEY is the company isn't going anywhere and it is building its business and doing what it has to do to have a bright future. For those who accumulate over time, stay the course,ie.exhibit patience, which most all traders do not, I think they have something much more valuable than a lotto ticket. They have a decent shot of winning big. That is what I think based on logic
and having examined all the facts about the industry.
What was the big trade or trades that skyrocketed the volume and what
was it at? 0005 I presume.
What is available at 0007?
Somebody(s) need to take out the 0006's.
What does L2 look like now? How much at 0007?
Are liquidating mm's completely GONE?
It really does not matter to me because I am not selling under
any circumstances. I will make a killing long term or I will lose
it all. I will buy more though. But it looks to me like the mm's are just trying to pry shares loose and they want 0005 and are not having any luck. The next move is UP. How do I know that? Let's say that I just use the scott rule.
I think that mm's have been trying their best to acquire
shares at 0005 and have been largely unsuccessful. We finally
got through the 0006's and to the 0007's but large volume of shares
on ask. This is frustrating to many although it should not be as it
is only 18,000 dollars or so. The longer this sort of thing goes on
the more the frustration builds. I think most shareholders understand the potential of sfor down the road are refusing to sell and I see this continuing despite mm tricks. In my opinion, the KEY here is
to maintain the volume which is not happening. If those who are holding back would step up and start buying at the ask price we could wipe out the 0007's in short order. Ignore the doom and gloomers and buy at these low prices like there is no tomorrow. It would not take much buying to get the price up. This is a sub-penny stock! It can easily be trading over 001 in my opinion. But not without buying.
If we can get the ask down to 20 million , the 20 million
might just disappear. IMO.
I disagree. Why wait for news? If it is great news and the actual
next run starts, why buy in at higher prices? Plus, it is MUCH better
to start next run from higher level.
Ok. Here is our chance. The 0007's are up. Let's take them out and get past this barrier and move on to 001. Buy on the ask price and buy
as much as you can afford. ACCUMULATE.
I firmly believe that IF we focus on BUYING at the ask price today and tomorrow, we can close the week at 001 or higher. Always hit the ask price. We should break through this 0006-0007 barrier as soon as possible and move on up to a higher level. When the next run comes, and it will, would you rather start at 0006 or 0018?
That is exactly how it works. The mm's can manipulate long enough
to pry shares out of investors hands because they can make them
impatient and frustrated in no time at all. The impatient and frustrated investor takes the loss and the mm and others who play the game get the cheap shares and the profits. The solution is to sit tight and accumulate even more shares lowering your cost and taking advantage of the low prices. Don't think of sfor as a trading stock but rather as an investment in cyber-security. Big payoff in future.
I emailed new partner this morning and told them I was an investor
in Strikeforce Technologies and welcomed them as a Partner. I asked them to give me a projection of revenue from this deal over the next
12 months. The CEO actually emailed me back. Here is the estimate:
4000 x 10 banks x $20 for GuardedID = $ 800,000
ProtectID and Mobile Trust yet to be determined.
This is only one new deal. There are partners already making progress
and new ones coming on board as we go forward.
Very astute observation. Totally correct.
I cannot remember in over 35 years of trading
an opportunity like this one where you have
KNOWN facts ie. patents and top lawyers, with
technology in HOT INDUSTRY that solves critical
problems that everyone is going to have to have.
And the share price is under a penny. When this
takes off, for good, people are going to be kicking
themselves for not loading the boat at these prices
and exhibiting patience.
Someone please post a snapshot of L2.
This is good to see and is just the beginning of many deals in
my view. sfor is gaining traction in the cyber-security arena.
Revenues will come in time, no doubt. But keep this in mind:
the really GREAT news is ahead of us. I am referring to Mobile Trust
patents and full release, lawsuit victories and $$$, patent infringement $$$, major telecom contracts (IMO) after Mobile Trust
is out, and down the road, buyout. Anyone who buys under 005 has a
major win. Those who buy in the 000's have an outright gift and will
make mega bucks, IMO.
I really feel for you man. I have done same but not in this stock.
HOWEVER, KEEP THIS IN MIND. No matter how painful, or how many times
you kicked yourself for buying in at much higher prices and having
stuff fall through, it is much more painful to give up too soon and miss the ride after you have more than paid your price. The fact is, it is dirt cheap here, almost zero. Why not load the boat here when
you can have many more shares than you had before for a fraction of the cost. Now you may lose even more BUT if the company has finally arrived, the gain on these shares will make up all your previous losses and take away the pain. IMO, it is worth the risk. And you are so right: Money does not buy or give you happiness.
Here is the way I would look at it. I should have some play money
left from previous picks even after taxes and other investments.
SFOR is potentially HUGE. It is in one of the Hottest industries there is today without a doubt and one in its infancy. The Patents
the company has are worth a fortune and more are coming. It is a sub-penny though and out of mind for 99.9% of the population. It trades like a sub-penny but it is NO TYPICAL SUB-PENNY STOCK. The legal team proves that. The Mobile Trust deal is also huge and a game changer. How long do you think it will stay down at these kind of levels? With your money, what I would be doing is buying stock like crazy and hope to accumulate at prices under a penny. It is basically FREE now. Start buying and maybe you will get lucky and acquire significant shares for almost nothing. But I doubt it. I would want
75 million shares when I am done accumulating. If controlled 75 million shares and had an average cost under .005 I would be celebrating cause a couple years from now, it will make your previous
take look like chump change,IMO.
BEWARE. The mm's have been trying for several weeks to pry shares loose at 0005. They want them. Hold your ground and don't fall to their tricks. Buy at the ask price and buy, buy, buy. And be wary
of those who advise to hold on and wait until the price is higher
to buy or who are always emphasizing dilution or using other means
to scare off investors. Maybe not all but some of them have an agenda. Keep your FOCUS. The bottom line is the Patents are extremely
critical and are a game changer. That is why you have a law firm the caliber that we have working for us. There are those who would just like for sfor to go away for their own selfish reasons. They could care less about shareholders. The best thing we can do is not cooperate with them or be affected by their tactics. Stay focused.
Why people get so discouraged about huge volume on ask and V's selling shares is beyond me. THIS IS A SUB-PENNY STOCK. 25 million
is a lot of shares but it is only $18,000. Three buyers can take it out easily with $6,000 a piece. We finally got through the 0006's now
let's take out the 0007's. This will get much, much easier soon and there is a HUGE advantage for us to get this price UP. Look at this way. You get shares very cheap for the long-term which will make you
wealthy if this survives which in my mind, is a high probability. And
dilution will not be so bad a problem at higher prices as less shares
will be issued. We ought to be buying like crazy in here all the way up to 005 or higher.
Agreed. There are VERY FEW if any sub-penny stocks I have seen or know of that provide this kind of opportunity for big money to be made. I said opportunity. Most subs are junk and you can't get any information on them. This one is the real deal. This could be the little guy's pension plan. Potentially. Obviously, it could be a total
loss too. But at least it is transparent. And they file, are audited, have major lawyers and have multiple Patents. Keep in mind, this is an industry in its infancy. And it is huge. To me, that spells, Possible Home Run.
Bid support at 0006 starting to build which is very nice. We just need volume and buying at the ask price. The 7.5 million at 0005
in my opinion was not dilution but some sucker sold some shares.
A market maker probably gobbled it up. For lots of reasons, I think
a run is imminent.
I have a big problem with your assumptions. If people
are not interested in the technology, it is worthless,
etc. etc. etc. then why in the world is Blank Rome
involved in lawsuits, patent infringement etc.? You
think they work for free or on a hunch? I don't think so.
As for revenue, it is missing to a large degree because of
a breach in contract. That is a fact. It will be recovered
times 3 IMO. You have always been very negative on the stock
and state assumptions as though facts. I always wonder about
your motivation and if you have other motives. It could well
go belly up and we may lose all our investment. It is a Home
Run play nothing else. But at these prices, worth the risk
considering the industry they are in and the patents they have
even though you think they are on worthless technology. Time
will tell.
.
Anyone who is an accumulator long-term, anyone who wants to average
cost down, or anyone who thinks another run is coming and the price is
at a bottom. Odds are we are at a bottom if for no other reason, it cannot fall much more. Low risk-high reward. IMO. I do think there will be another run and are close to it starting.
