Such as reduction
Of cardiac death is statistically significant
With 4 grams of EPA compared to placebo
over a period of 6 years and 7 months!!!!
What about that !!!
Zetia!!
Perfect human beings simply do not exist.
Thanks. If you still have problem to sleep take two benadryls,
Which are 50 mg. But do not make it a habit.
All the best as always.
Hope you are kidding as intelligent as you are...
Rafunrafun:
Good morning,
Hope you caught up in your sleep? Do you know
Whether at Advom that Amarin argued that Zetia was
Allowed to be marketed prior to an Outcome study?
Anchor should have had the same privilege...
Be patient. Best of luck. I wish you bought at $1.50
and your average were lower.. Please do not cash out all
As a buy out may be in order in second quarter 2019. Just my opinion.
All the best.
Did you buy when it was0.78 cents? If Reduce-IT
Is successful you will be rewarded enormously..
Thereafter did they win two lawsuits against the
mighty FDA?
Concur with both of you. He should have
A quick glance at Company guidance prior
to making a guess.
Thank you. For sure JT is following other Outcome
Studies and not Other timelines that Rafunrafun believes.
If he does on a Monday it will be coincidental, not intentional. It would
simply means that data was understood by that time.
But he should also have said right treatment for t2dm
Patients...
Fine by me as he is not referring to timelines
Of interim studies that you articulated but rather referring how long other
Outcome studies take to release the the topline results.
Read carefully and see his implication about other
Outcome studies:
https://www.google.com/amp/s/seekingalpha.com/amp/article/4193410-amarin-corporation-plc-amrn-ceo-john-thero-q2-2018-results-earnings-call-transcript
Your usual line. Go back and see when JT discussed data locked
and issuing topline results and looking at previous Outcome
study timelines...
T2dm incorrectly treated with Insulin,
Thereby increasing insulin resistance instead of
reducing carbohydrate consumptions. I recently
Checked three friends in the US. They all took 2000 mg of Metformin.
When their hba1c and fasting blood glucose failed
to go down their practitioners put them on Insulin. Imagine
What about the other 11 countries? Are they checking for insulin resistance
When they are producing insulin. Don’t we have 30
Percent of enrollees who are diabetics?
No way rrr is 53% as a consequence of this flaw in treating t2dm...
Do you want me to get it for you?
But they are following other Outcome studies,
Not their interim dates. Go back and look their PR..
And not that wise either...
I sent my lab test results to one of the poster
to encourage him to start intermittent fasting.
Marzan:
With all due respect my concern is more
With treating t2dm who are insulin resistant
and yet being prescribed more insulin. I do not think
4 grams of EPA will overcome that amount of insulin
Resistance. I expect statistically significant
rrr but not as high as your predictions for the
aforementioned reason.
I do take 4 grams of Vascepa. Yes my triglyceride
Ldl went down. But when I cut down on refined sugar
And carbohydrate my ldl dropped to 39, total cholesterol
To about 103 and triglyceride to 60 from 120 while continuing consuming
4 grams of Vascepa.
4 grams of epa will not do it all. Abstaining from carbohydrate
Consumption is also warranted , which was not case with t2dm enrollees.
As always all the best. I appreciate your enthusiasm though.
Marzan:
Sometimes you are way too optimistic.
If Management understood all the data
Don’t you think they would have released
It to the world by now?
They would not do that as timing of ITC
Is independent of their control.
This is survival for the Omega supplements. Vital
Study proved that they are an utter waste of money as one gram of epa and dha have no statistical
significance. Now they come up with reduction of cardiac deaths... pure bs.
Where is the scientific data? Is it empirical, repeatable etc? It is
Pseudoscience.
In light of IR if they understand data by September
30 that is when they will release it to the world.
No room for any mistakes. Cautious!!!
The solution is intermittent fasting:
1. You fast say 10 to 15 hours. During that time
First glycogen is broken down as short term energy
Resource. Next in the long term fat is broken down
To provide energy.
2. This how the caveman evolved. When he could not
Find food for an extended period the brain had to stay
Sharp so that he can hunt. Nature deals with fat by breaking
Down the energy stored in to ketone which supports the brain to
function effectively.
3. Unfortunately the food industry came along and introduce
Corn flakes and massive amount of carbohydrate for breakfast. At the same
Time they created a gym at the corner of the street and the Moto is eat as much
As you want and go to the gym to lose the weightduring the weekend. The net consequences we have
An epidemic of t2dm all over the world.
That is all for now. All the best to all.,
The predominant mechanism of reduction of ldl
By statins is not through reducing inflammation.
On the contrary 4 grams of EPA in Anchor Reduce remnant
Cholesterol by reducing inflammation. Lately Cantos study
Proved that MACE can be decreased by decreasing inflammation.
We know EPA at high dose reduce plaque volume and improve
Plaque stability. Does that result in overwhelming efficacy in reducing MACE?
There is more serious issue in treating t2dm. In t2dm the patient has insulin
But it is not effective in removing the glucose from blood and storing it as energy in the liver
And fat cell. The net effect is that this creates insulin resistance. This together withconsumption
Of alcohol leads to increase in triglyceride. The solution is to decrease consumption
Of alcohol and decrease consumption of refined sugar and carbohydrate which creates the insulin
Resistance resistance. So to combat insulin resistance the solution is to reduce insulin in the blood.
But unfortunately when patients do not reduce their calories intake their hba1c and fasting
Blood glucose hits the roof and they are prescribed more insulin which creates more insulin resistance.
If you want to understand this fully watch all the videos of Dr Jason Fung, a Nephrologist from u of Toronto, Canada.
When a patient is producing insulin , he/she is a t2dm. Once the maximum dose
Of 2000 mg of Metformin is not effective in reducing the hba1c and fasting glucose level, the next
solution is to reduce the consumption of carbohydrate. But most patients fail to do so.
There is a paradox in the treatment...
Be patient buddy...
Jason, you are absolutely correct. They
Must deliver after 6 years +
But you can also issue it the following Monday
If you are extremely cautious and still that
Would not be late according to the
Company guidance.
What is your definition of late in this
context Sir? Company has rieterated
Top line results by end of third quarter.
I second you and concur..,
Ranjo what is your point?
To Chas: did you get a chance to watch those
Videos ofDr Jason Fung about treatment of t2dm?Just a few hints: half life
of endogenous insulin is 5-6 minutes... Do we have about 30 percent
Of dm enrollees?
If Amrn follows their pattern of delivering information
on Mondays and the Cafepharma ads are true
Then topline results will be out next Monday or the following
Monday at latest.
They will move ASAP. Period!!!
Or do they release on a monthly basis?
No, routine with one or two additions. Called
an update...
Thanks for sharing your grounds for going with a BMW I-3. Here is my opinion.
Make you read all youtube videos about the I-3. For the price you mention it is definitely a good deal. The following is my opinion.
1. If you go electric it is better you go full electric and not hybrid.
For example it is my opinion that BMW has the range extender because when the battery capacity goes too low it was difficult to charge it again. So
they used an efficient gasoline to recharge it . Of course at the same time it extends the mileage.
2. Since you have solar and have a second level charge station at home I strongly suggest you look into full electric.
3. I was interested into a Tesla X model but I am now seriously leaning towards an I pace. I watched all their youtube videos. They are quite impressive.
If money is not an issue for you consider the Jaguar I Pace because
of their battery warranty that I mentioned earlier. Also with an extended warranty and a maintenance package you can keep the cost low.
4. Safety is important to me. I believe the Jaguar I pace is safer than the BMW I-3. I find the I-3 a bit small since I am looking for a cross over SUV. Also I live in san Diego and I go to Vancouver often. That is another reason I want a cross-over SUV that is fully electric.
All the best. Best of luck!!!
I assume you are going electric. Jaguar I pace which is
Electric is the only company that gives you a new battery
If it dips below 70 percent after 5 or 7 years. Check it out!!!
