... Yes? Why not? Decrease shares. Lure in more investors. Raise AS. Dilute. Steal more money. Wash rinse repeat.
Maybe just a little bit
Well it's a good thing they'll be awarded the Niger deal isn't it Jeffster. I noticed you never replied to my last post; maybe it's because there was too much truth in it to refute? For those who don't know I told Jeffster here that he truly doesn't know anything about penny stocks if he thinks the statement "all stocks react similarly" is true. Take a look at VIIC today. Compare that with similar dollar and share volume to a big board stock.... Did they react similarly? No. That's bc penny stocks don't behave like big board stocks like Jeff here treats AMMX. Refute me Jeff. Please. Have you ever seen a big board stock shoot up 1000% in a day?? Hmmmmm.....
Hey I read through the document translating what I could.... The document basically outlined several initiatives that they've been working on over the last 3 years. Of particular important interest to me were these:
Water projects - building safe water outlets for villages and cities (using SOLAR power)
Solar power projects - a couple of coal power plants were mentioned but there's a big mention of solar power facilities in section 6 I believe.
And the big one: a railroad project that will link the Sahel region in Africa with with Mediterranean Sea that is starting to be built NEXT MONTH. I will provide links to verify this in coming posts.
Unfortunately there was no specific mention of the trucks or truck deals in the infrastructure portion of the document, however, they did outline hundreds of kilometers of roads that have been built to better connect the villages and towns of Niger.
There was also the 3N project mentioned, which loosely translates to Nigeriens feeding Nigeriens. This is a huge endeavor to start growing more good food and crops and in the document they actually talk about shipments of tractors that are now in Niger (with pictures, they're pretty nice). If you'll remember: the farm deal was tabled for a later date. Could be that in the coming years this 3N project will require many more vehicles to get completed. Queue AMMX to the rescue to supply them with these vehicles!
All in all it was full of great potential for this company. Niger has actually signed hundreds of millions of dollars in funding so I see no problem at all with their ability to get funding for the trucks. One of their initiatives was even to stimulate the private sector economy with government assistance. Pretty freakin close to what this deal is doing RIGHT NOW!
So the same buying volume on say ANSU last year would have shot a stock like AAPL up to like $10,000 per share right? Wrong. Bc all stocks do not react alike. All kidding aside your charts look nice and all but you have no idea how penny stocks work buddy. Not if you actually believe what you just said.
Don't treat this like a big board stock Jeff. That's your mistake. Other than being on the dark side
Suffering leads to.... Madness
Sneaky sneaky that one.
Bc ihub sucks at putting news up
He's a Jedi master now - using his chart wizardry to conjure up more investors here
Of particular interest is sections 4, 5, and 6 although I must say I was disappointed with the road portico of section 6. They pretty much just discuss what's being built, I was hoping for a specific mention of the truck deal.
But the solar deal might be mentioned in the energy portion. Those sections at least (4, 5, and 6) are worth reading through for sure.
Oh god is it good?! This is life changing... I'm only 10 pages in and I'm recognizing things that AMMX has discussed before. For example:
Their president has promised in his 5 year mandate (this is directly from the document):
Access to safe water for all through rehabilitation and construction of hydraulic structures in urban, rural and pastoral locations.
Develop infrastructure and energy investments in roads (TRUCK DEAL?), rural roads, electricity (SOLAR DEAL?) and railways (RAILWAY DEAL?)
In this document you will also find loads of projects that have ACTUALLY BEEN DISCUSSED by AMMX. Railways, farms, roads, equipment. It's all here. It's all legit. And it's all been wrapped up in April of this year.
We're 4 months down the road from April and can only be weeks away at this point from witnessing this government make all their hard work from the last THEEE years a reality. Ohhhh boy we're close.
Gentlemen. I know I've been facetious of late in my posts, but I now very seriously present to you all the holy grail of what the Nigerien government has been up to over the last 3 years. This program of government direct investment started in April of 2011 and JUST FINISHED this April 2014.
Please visit section 6 of this presentation. Disclaimer: it is all in French so have a native speaker or be proficient in it yourself to understand a lick of it. Or use Google haha. I speak it myself but have neither the time nor energy to translate this whole thing.

Also great news. What a company we have found.
And that is exactly what they're doing. I love this company and their responsiveness to their shareholders. A very happy marriage here between investors and management.
Looking forward to the coming months here
Why such low volume??
The force be with you JediDecker. May many kudos fall upon your ears
I know right? He's getting a little crazy. Tone it down Jeffster. You're scaring people
Good to see you coming around Jeffster. Kudos for making the big step to invest here
News from August 25, 2014
Did you all know there was news yesterday??
Kudos Jeffster
Infuse some capital then Jeff that'd be a huge kudos moment
Man I don't know how you do it Jeffster. It's tough bashing on stocks that you don't own... Just look at my posting history. It's exhausting! Maybe.... Maybe you deserve a KUDOS Jeffster??!!! I don't know.... I'll have to think about that
CCI is overbought. Correction is imminent.
Careful here.... No
Kudos zone here Jeffster
That highlighted orange space is a no kudos zone Jeffster. Be careful. Chart is warning of negative things to come
This is a no Kudos zone
K first of all. It's about $50k to be audited. Second of all let's talk about the stocks you're involved in Jeffster.... That's a NO KUDOS zone. That's a pretty dangerous place to be my friend.... No kudos..... Think about it Jeff. I know how important that is to you
Thank you for your reply, I'll email Marty about it this weekend to confirm a specific number of private sector parties, if possible.
We are close gentlemen. We are very close.
Well even if you just look at the 3 month chart you'll see what a large market order can do in a day. People need to understand how to trade before taking out 10 levels of bid support with 3 millions shares being sold at market price.
This would make sense as the government cannot pay the lenders back without receiving funds from the "end users" that the Nigerien government is selling these trucks to. A complicated arrangement no doubt. No wonder the lenders are wanting to be triple assured that their money will actually be paid back at some point. Thankfully we have the two AMMX employees on the ground helping to move this process along.
Pro bono or Born,
Do either of you know how many P/S entities are involved in this arrangement?
Ah ha... Here's the money post. They get those letters and bam. We land the biggest contract a micro cap company has ever landed (probably). AMMX going into the history books fellas. Hold strong please. The last thing I want is for 50mm retail shares to dump on the market at .15
Interesting indeed, the atomic crysallis ratios are aligned here as well. Very good sign indeed
Lmao Jeff will not be happy that he isn't receiving the Kudos this time... I'm re reading some of your posts I missed the part where private sector commitment letters are needed
Couldn't agree more
Very much agree. CAPC definitely has a lot to offer and no matter which way you slice it these are some crazy cheap prices
Awesome news. Love that we have a new accounting system in place now and that we are ready for an audit once some cash rolls in. We'll all be very happy investors come this time next year. I guarantee you that.
