I like the last sentence. Guess who's gonna make a ton of money and has two thumbs!
I can't wait till Wednesday. Shorting this turd is going to make me so much money!
Where are we going?
That's funny. I have nearly three times the total shares of all institutional investors combined. I can't wait until we get some real hedge fund money here...
Yup. I'll buy when it's in the teens...
Should be soon, probably by the 15th. Loaded up another 72,000 shares today :)
I've done my DD, that's why I can't justify buying this stock. I was looking for legitimate arguments that I may have missed, not comments from the peanut gallery...
I've been thinking about buying PHOT, but can't justify buying into a penny stock that posted a $1.6 million dollar loss for the previous quarter. How does a company in the pot industry post a loss? Even if you took the CANV lies completely out of the MJNA quarterly report, they would still post a profit. Can anyone here tell me why it's a good idea to buy into this company? Before you say it, no I'm not here bashing. I've got $10,000 extra right now and I'm looking for a place to put it...
Can't short twtr. Etrade says no shares available to borrow. Anyone else have this problem?
What are you talking about? It's already happening. I just bought some Cibedex last week. They're going to use Dixie's recipes/formulas with their own branding, because they can. MJNA and Dixie are definitely parting ways. Tripp doesn't even like to say the letters M, J, N, or A anymore.
I ordered some Cibidex on Saturday and it arrived today. Not too shabby for the USPS shipping option.
Interesting. Every time the short percentage goes that low there is a big price spike within 2-3 days. We'll see if that holds true this week!
I just order some Cibidex drops from Hemp Meds PX. I'll let everyone know how the shipping time and packaging are.
Time to short pandora. iTunes Radio is going to destroy this company...
Anyone have a link to Dixie show on nat geo? I don't get that channel...
And your point is?
You don't see rescheduling marijuana in October as a catalyst?
What are your price projections?
That's my point exactly. Her dumping 9 million back into the float for personal gain and MJNA increasing A/S for financing purposes are in no way related.
I completely understand the mandatory registration of 1%. What I don't understand is your comment:
"If she did sell we would not need to raise the a/s."
What does Michelle Sides selling her shares have to do with the need to raise the A/S? Selling her shares would in no way benefit MJNA.
Seriously? Because the proceeds from selling her shares would go to her, not MJNA. Is it really that hard to figure out?
Michelle selling her shares would raise no money for MJNA, so yes, raising A/S is still an issue whether she sells or not.
If that's what you believe, why didn't she sell the first time she registered?
Michelle said she had not and had no intention to sell any shares. I believe that's much better evidence than what you're posting here.
Everyone already knows that Michelle filed 144s, but did she sell any shares? Your posts are null if you have no proof of insider selling.
I could definitely see that happening. I had my sell order set for .22-.23, since we've had previous resistance at .24. But, I cancelled that this morning because it's really hard to tell just what news will come out Tuesday. I had hoped to see .40s again on the last news, but the volume just wasn't there, maybe we'll have better luck this week!
Oh yeah, I'm outta iHub jail!
Would have been so much better if the article would have actually mentioned MJNA. What would be even better? If Dixie actually provided MJNA with some revenues. Hopefully we'll see some changes in that area when the laws are changed.
I love it when it crashes! Got my buy order in at .135! .
Go MJNA!
Bought 50,000 this morning at .1285..... That was cutting it close!
Grain alcohol works best. Rubbing alcohol contains a considerable amount of water.
Razor blades don't dull as a result of shaving. Trust me, metal is a much harder substance than the hair on your face (or elsewhere). Razors dull as a result of corrosion caused by water. If you store your razor in pure alcohol after shaving, the water will be removed and your razor will last much longer. So, LQMT doesn't need to make razors, people simply need to understand why their razors get dull...
That still doesn't mean that LQMT will profit from Apple's use of liquid metal, because they won't. Everyone should realize that the stock is going to pop big time when it's announced, but you better sell right away because there will be nothing supporting the price and it's going to crash immediately after.
The iPhone 5C could be made of liquid metal and be the cheaper version at the same time. That's the whole reason Apple bought the patent rights for use in personal electronic devices, so they could lower production costs and become much more competitive. Molding liquid metal is much more cost effective than machining every piece.
Oh yeah? I have 860,000 shares, so every time this stock moves up by one penny I make $8,600 which is pretty huge. Unfortunately, it works the other way as well...
I've ridden it from .12 up to .17 this week, and I'm willing to bet we'll see a quarter next week. We may see even higher than that as we near September 10.
Yeah, they audited Q2 2013 (3 months), but they already had the previous two quarters audited (6 months), which means they have 9 months audited and have made zero progress.
The only issue with the auditing process, is that there is no auditing process. They said they would be auditing previous financials, going back for two years. They posted audited Q4 2012 and Q1 2013, but according to the Q2 2013 statement they haven't made anymore progress. In 3 months they have done absolutely nothing involving auditing. That's what pissed me off the most this quarter.
Llamas still owns HDDC, which owns 411,900,000 shares of MJNA. So yes, Michael Llamas is still a very important factor here. Just imagine what the price would drop to if that many shares were introduced to the open market.
