I dumped all mine today, sick of this P.O.S.
According to Robert H. Lorsch, MMRGlobal CEO, "Clearly, MMR's future is being built on our intellectual property assets patent by patent, which we believe will ultimately continue translating themselves into license agreements. In less than two years, we had already entered into a $13 million licensing agreement with Big Pharma"
and not one little bit on sales of existing products or services.
We are going to sue our way to the .... middle to lower end
Yes I heard....off the charts!
You have a tiny little chart then.
Slow and steady.....up 36% ......down 34%
Averages count in Baseball.
0.064 closed
And now its back down in the crapper.....IMO
Speak for yourself.
I don't know your definition of low level investors but I have a lot of cash tied up in this stock.
No REVENUE is delivering the goods.
Nothing else but revenue.
Another PR with no Substance.
Here is the exact line from the press release where they had to opportunity to say something and fell flat:
"MMR met with potential licensees, investment bankers, and competitors representing the largest providers of PHRs selling through employers, insurers and payers, and to consumers, similar to MMR."
That sentence should have went on to actually say something and it didn't.
Who did you meet with? What was the outcome? How many companies did you meet with? Did anyone license or settle?
But of course all fluff and no stuff!
Yeah quite a day, quite a week.
6/100ths of a cent at least it wasn't a LOSER huh Borne?
Blowing the week out with a 0.006 gain Woo hooo Go BOB!!
Just correcting your message,
You said:
"Correct. Licensing should keep growing forward"
you meant to say:
"Correct. Licensing should begin growing forward"
Clearly there has been almost no revenue from licensing to date.
What a day this will be?
Why was there a revenue announcement that I missed?
Oh you mean more patents and lawsuits???
That won't make this day great.
if it hit 0.08 today that would be great.
Anything less is just a typical day for MMRFs up and down rollercoaster
Oh please who paid for that article to be written?
It is not one of the top EMRs and there is no revenue from the deal
Vendor Name
Total Installations Percent of Installations
• Meditech 1212 25.5%
• Cerner 606 12.8%
• McKesson 573 12.1%
• Epic Systems 413 8.7%
• Siemens Healthcare 397 8.4%
• CPSI 392 8.3%
• Healthcare Management Systems 347 7.3%
• Self-developed 273 5.8%
• Healthland 223 4.7%
• Eclipsys (Bought by Allscripts) 185 3.9%
Yes SNAP, they made the deal a year ago and no revenue.
SNAP!!
So that was June 2012, Over a year ago,
Where is the revenue from that deal?
There was only $51k in revenue last quarter so it clearly had zero impact.
Just one follow up comment, to be really "hooked up" with an EMR they would have a licensing agreement with 4Medica that allowed them to integrate the MMR service with every sale.
That would be news!!
Yes it does, this is NON-News, it will not generate any revenue for the following reasons:
1. In order for this program to work you have to have the doctors office "selling" this service to patients.
2. In order for doctors offices to know about this program, you need a "sales team" to go to the doctors office and tell them about it. MMRF does not have a sales team.
3. 4Medica will not be selling MMRF with their sales team because getting $1000 a month from the practice for the use of their service is better than taking shares of MMRF as payment for their services because MMRF has no liquid cash.
4. Even if it does generate revenue, it will be in Q4 2013 or Q1 2014 and the requirement was maintain 30 patients. if they got 200 practices onboard and they all signed up 30 patients X 200, not enough revenue to pay any bills because 30% gets kicked back to the doctors!
So in the scenario that I mentioned and you said was what you understood, the doctor or his staff are going to "Sell" the patients an MMRF subscription and just have to do one every day (30) for a month?
Even Saturdays and Sundays? Ok let's say its just weekdays,
so maybe 20 a month.
Let me ask you something, besides your coay have you ever been sold anything at your doctors office?
I want to clarify what today's PR meant, I may have read it wrong so please set me straight if I stick my foot in my mouth.
MMRF will give Physicians free access to the 4Medica EMR if they can sign up one patient a day for a month to their MMR system?
And then for every patient after that, that the physician gets to sign up, they will give the physician a 30% kickback of the cost of the MMR service?
Did I read that correctly?
Its a one string banjo and the investors are the ones getting "PLUCKED"
Just like the article he wrote on September 25, 2012
Will The Health IT IP Battle Heat Up as PHR Patents are Granted?
So to clarify, you believe that MMRF can take their current product (a website) and make it into a full blown EMR and you are basing your investment on that belief?
We are grossly outnumbered and outfunded.
MMRF product is nothing that could be developed into an EMR.
They may have a shot at a Practice management system, but they don't have the money to start either.
It would make no sense. The best analogy I could give you is that the company that makes the plastic knob on your car radio is going to go into the business of making cars.
They don't have the money, the talent or the time.
yes yes there is very big news, the news you have been waiting for is coming this week.
MMRF will drop their suit against someone else this week! YAY!
How much does the average CFO who loses $1.5m a quarter get?
Lorsch should then get right in there and sue Epic.
That I would love to see.
As a former CIO at a midwest Epic hospital funded by the state, I got a Freedom of Information Act request to disclose my Epic contract since I was a public entity.
The swarm of Epic attorneys that made sure that info was not disclosed was scary and they paid all our legal bills regarding the issue.
Judy would have a field day with MMRF
Sorry the articles you referenced have nothing to do with anything.
Deflection.
Tell Bob there are 500 other hospitals been running MyChart for the past 3 or 4 years.
The fact that he thought that was a great find means he has no grasp of the market.
So thanks for bringing that to light.
Here is the link to Cleveland Clinics MyChart
Look at the very bottom of the white box where you will read:
MyChart® licensed from Epic Systems Corporation, © 1999-2013. Patents pending.
MyChart is not a new product, it is part of the Epic EMR
Poorly written PR
Go to Google and type MyChart and you will see links to the login pages of every Epic client
Is that your source? LOL
If Press releases were a source that revenue was inevitable than MMRF would be APPLE!!
State your sources.
Really, what makes you say that?
MMR has announced dozens of deals in the last 12 months, not a single one has resulted in any revenue.
NOT ONE.
I'll remind you that they have been burning $1.5 millon a quarter with less than $60k of revenue and have sued everyone with a pulse and have not settled a single case or been ready for trial.
They recently dismissed a case against WEBMD when they failed to serve them in time.
So to quote someone else here who sounded like you, the result of today's drop is........FUNDAMENTALS.
Of which they have NONE

There it is in bold and underlined, the loophole that results in no revenue. They can offer it all day long, but if no one is buying...
