Lorsch should then get right in there and sue Epic.

That I would love to see.

As a former CIO at a midwest Epic hospital funded by the state, I got a Freedom of Information Act request to disclose my Epic contract since I was a public entity.

The swarm of Epic attorneys that made sure that info was not disclosed was scary and they paid all our legal bills regarding the issue.

Judy would have a field day with MMRF
