Can someone give me the skinny on the volume here? I see no real news or catalysts.
A trade of a meager 10,000 shares trying to manipulate us with price spoofing! Not going to work. This turd is done.
Best proof that Crede is suppressing run is the identical scenario that played out when Hanover was diluting their own shares into the market. It suppressed price in the .20 range. Then at its conclusion (marked by a nice PR), the stock sky-rocketed.
Will probably go green again in the afternoon, lol. Isn't that the pattern here? ;)
190k bid @ .17. Up we go...
Green, baby. NTEK doing what it does best.
Zero revenues and 2 billion outstanding shares. LOL. Pump & dump.
I'm not talking smack. It was poking fun at the fact that the stock is declining, despite repeated encouragement to buy it here. It's only immature, really, if someone takes offense at a simple question. It wasn't trading insults, name-calling, bashing, or even rude.
This isn't a trading room floor with suits and ties. Humor is allowed, last time I checked.
If someone asks "where's all the FREE pumpers now? lol" I would respond with equal jest, noting that as an investor I'm indeed currently holding a red bag. But then use that opportunity to list pending catalysts, positive company news, updates on their debt relief, etc.
Conversation 101 stuff, you know. 'Less we all be reduced to trading robots wielding nothing beyond numbers and charts.
SQNS - where'd all the pumpers here go? lol
Anyone have a link to the Dr. Phil video?
Pump is over, dump coming.... when this entire message board is full of people typing in bold with the elevated enthusiasm of a retarded child on his birthday, you know it won't last long...
QualityStocks, you should be ashamed of yourself. You're essentially promoting a scheme that steals people's money. Every long term investor here has lost everything. Can't you see that? I imagine you can. But you just simply don't care. You're getting paid money, and you dismiss your morals for that paycheck. Shame on you.
Bought another 8k today @ .172. Buying at the top would normally worry me... Not here ;)
How can the volume be so high here and the price go nowhere?
If that brief little hiatus was the dip, this thing is really going to fly. Looking strong again.
Why is the market maker WORL working chump change increments on both the bid and ask? What a little turd.
This lower price correction is occurring with smaller volume. Buying all week has outpaced sells. This isn't fooling anyone. Stay long. ;)
BONE - Found a bottom, going to bounce soon.

Can someone definitely say when the Crede dilution will be finished?
TraderGolfer, you seem bitter. My last posts amount to "I told you so" because you didn't listen when I said to move on, repeatedly, while in the .03 - .05 range. I even posted a chart showing the price channel stagnation. So, you can say thanks for nothing all you want, but when the next trader comes along and tells your little club what's coming, maybe you'll pay attention. Then again... maybe not.
Cund, I'm wishing you guys the best. I just call it like I see it, man.
I'll check back in later. Peace.
TraderGolfer12, because it's a public message board and I have a right to be. Secondly, because I was a former investor (before I wised up). Thirdly, because I have compassion for people and am trying to be a last thread of hope to encourage people to cut their losses and move on. The market is bullish right now, and it's feeble ignorance to be investing in this kind of thing.
BUT - most importantly, I'm here again because groups of people tend to become very one-dimensional and form a herd mentality. Thus, those little aggravating folks who show up with entirely different paradigms actually serve the group quite well by diversifying the idea pool.
That's the problem here. Many of you were too short-sighted to let criticism deter your large investments. In psychology it's known as the "confirmation bias." So, when little 'ole me came strolling by with very relevant criticism, I was met with harsh retaliation from a lot of you.
David Foley, I'm not putting coffee in here. I'll be sipping my Bordeaux wine, thank you very much.

I wonder how a human being enjoys their new money, while not thinking about the fact it ripped off many different people? Does he not feel guilty? He probably has some elaborate story in his head about why it is justified and not immoral.
"insider initiated slide?" lol. That makes no sense. You are trying to justify to ignorant amateurs why this this is falling. People are dumping, that's why. It isn't rocket science.
INSIDER SLIDES! lol....
Anyone bother to listen to me? Nope... As a matter of fact, I've had my posts here deleted for telling you all where this is headed.
Another -20%? Why am I not surprised...
I hope the company fails and Shaun has to live in a van by the river.
Screw L2. That's like staring at RSI or any other 1 indicator all day and claiming it represents the entirety of the company or stock. It's a very over-simplistic and limited way of understanding complex price movements.
OK, I'm done with the teaching for today.
How would converting 10 million dollars to common stock and disposing of them at current market price benefit the investor? It doesn't. If you can't realize the long term incentive of the investor, the nature of preferred shares as a hybrid security, and the long term capital strategy of Free seas, then you need to go back to the drawing board.
They're fixing the debt on their balance sheet, and these are the right steps.
It's not more dilution. Read the filing. It's preferred stock. The investor will be holding long to accrue the stipulations associated with the shares. No one gives a 10 million dollar loan and just dumps the shares immediately. The individual is anticipating an increase in the future value creation potential of the company. Use your brain, man.
What is the next catalyst that investors are expecting here?
Weak hands? The only thing weak is this stock. Gotta love the people who keep playing their violins as the Titanic sinks, with an entire repertoire of delusions and cognitive biases that keep them on board.
Next you'll hear about the epic "bounce" coming... lol.
Get real, folks.
Did anyone listen to me last week? Probably not...
My research includes losing several thousand dollars in the penny stock game. It consists of too many broken promises, questionable financials, and the long arduous game of "news is coming!" or "just imagine what revenues will be next year!" or, even better, "wait till REAL investors hear about this!" -- the game is so transparent to me now. So, yes, I've done my research. As a part of that I've moved on to trading mostly Nasdaq stocks, which are at least a little more reliable and trustworthy.
The stock market is just as rigged, crooked, and devious as any criminal organization, but the penny world is on a different level of hilarious corruption.
Now, this doesn't mean that MWIP isn't a good company, or backed by honest people. Friedman seems to be a good guy and Mediswipe has made a lot of progress since the early days. It's just that its trading audience is subject to all the murky logic of the stinky pinkies. Sad but true.
I'm not here to bash or cause drama. I really do have compassion for those who are stuck here in hopes of recovering their funds. If you can afford to wait, that's great. If you can afford to cut your losses and move on... even better.
The "green rush" of marijuana isn't going to invite the little guys. Been that way since day 1 of the ubiquitous Evil Empire. Sorry, folks. Don't keep chasing pennies.
Remember me? I come by periodically to comment on the price action of MWIP. As I've stated time and time again, there is very little indication (from both a technical and fundamental perspective) that this stock will trade significantly out of the trend it's been in since the beginning of April. It's most impressive run was due to the Money Runner's Group, not any intrinsic value rush on behalf of investors.
I managed to get out completely at the end of August in that last little price spike - which predictably fell right back to the normal trading range.
In my opinion, there are many, many more stocks out there that are more worth your time.
I've heard all of the complaints here time and time again: market makers are playing "tricks", shorts are playing their shorting game, "accumulation" is happening, and a host of other lame excuses that are so famous in the penny world.
Just wanted to extend my condolences to people trapped in this. You can yell at me all you want about "it's a REAL COMPANY!" - but I've also seen those posts over and over again in the penny world. Means very little.
There's money to be made. And it ain't here.
Patience pays, remember.
EPAZ is a black hole for your money. It goes in and it never comes back out again. The absolutely silence on this board (aside from complaints) in the face of all these pitiful PR attempts, is proof that Shaun is beginning to realize his defeat. You can only dilute and sell people trash for so long until they wise up.
Karma will come back to everyone in the long run.
