Congratulations.
Scottrade no bid. ask 5 cents. The price is 0.048. No hurry to sell. Wait until the avalanche is over.
Last price 0.048. No ask bid. What does this mean?
That's true. Why is this the company listed at the address and telephone number for FV?
http://prosperitysystems.com/node/63
The evidence is yet to come in.
This is a strange website. Combination of FV and something else. No news posted.
It is interesting in that awhile ago I reported that the BBB gave SUNworks an A+ rating. Then SLTD comes out with a PR giving the reason for its pending acquisition the excellent service given by SW.
As Ronald Reagan said: "Trust but verify". Don't listen to anyone, especially on a forum like this. Check out the company doing your own work.
Just checked Scottrade. No quote. Still early days. Will have to call the broker to get the deal. Will wait to see if the stock appears on StockCharts.
Be a moderator, not a pumper!
I prefer to do my own DD.
That is the conundrum. Which is legitimate? Which is pumping? I learned, to my sorrow, to do elementary things to test a company's veracity. Call the listed number to verify that is the company's telephone number. Check out the address on Google's street view. If they claim an association with another company, contact that company to verify the claim. I have done all of these things with SLTD before buying. Another positive for SLTD is that the president was on television paired with another company. Not one having to do with SLTD. I am acquainted that company's stock chart. It is a good one. That said, big risk big gain with a penny stock. Up to this point SLTD passes the smell test with me.
Support told me I was bothering them with too many questions. They don't want to hear from me.
I bought some more shares, averaging down. Next few weeks will tell how all of this will play out. While the acquisition is a plus, the inception of the 3D solar panels will be the big story. I have bought into stocks with big innovations to come which never panned out. I hope this will be the exception.
It meets my rule of buying into a stock taking off from a base. I'll put in a little money and buy a lottery ticket.
Normally, one would expect three soldiers down, not two. A white up is encouraging.
I will be glad to get this out of my portfolio. I don't want to look at it. What a deal for pumpers. Make thousands and get away free.
You go to many retail sites such as Walmart and eBay, you get the option of increasing the number of items listed.
Another Pump and Dump?

Has anyone called the bogus phone numbers?
Is there any way to show more than 10 charts per screen? I know about candleglance. Thanks
Can anyone explain why this stock is going up?
The big move up was due to two premises: the buyout and the roll out of 3D panels. Let's hope this happens.
Why is their office in the Pittsford Flour Mill?
Solar3D Cites Customer Service Excellence as a Key for Proposed Acquisition
SUNworks Growth and Profitability are a Function of its Superior Customer Service–a Critical Factor in Solar3D’s Decision to Acquire
Santa Barbara, CA – November 19, 2013 – Solar3D, Inc. (OTC: SLTD), the developer of a breakthrough 3-dimensional solar cell technology to maximize the conversion of sunlight into electricity, today announced, that customer service excellence is a key factor that led the company to its proposed acquisition of Solar United Networks, Inc. (SUNworks).
“I have acquired, consulted to and/or managed dozens of companies in my career with Bain & Company and in my private equity work,” said Jim Nelson, CEO of Solar3D. “During that process, I learned a key truth: companies built for long-term growth and value are built on great customer service. SUNworks is outstanding in that respect – collaborating with the customer, identifying its needs, delivering on promises and completing on time. This is a management team that gets it.”
Abe Emard, Chief Executive of SUNworks, added, “We have an absolute commitment to providing the best customer service in our industry. We have confidence that customers will come back for more if they are fully satisfied. And they will refer us gladly to their friends and colleagues. We are very ambitious and intend to grow revenues and profits very aggressively. But we will never outgrow the desire to deliver quality.”
SUNworks, focused on the design, installation and management of solar energy systems for commercial, agricultural and residential customers, is one of the fastest growing solar systems providers in California. The company has delivered hundreds of 2.5 kilowatt to 1-megawatt commercial systems and has the capability to deliver systems as big as 25 megawatts. Its revenue for 2013 is estimated to be in excess of $7,500,000, with estimated pre-tax profits of almost $1,000,000. After the acquisition, SUNworks will continue operations as a wholly owned subsidiary of Solar3D. The transaction is expected to close in January 2014.
Nelson concluded, “With SUNworks the management team as a platform, we will seek to acquire additional companies with the same level of commitment to customer service excellence. That is the value on which we will build our solar systems business.”

The spread between the bid and the ask is 0.0001. Looks like another big move up today or tomorrow. My city councilor will be presenting this company to the city's new energy manager in the new year.
Since no one else will post. Go SLTD!
The SEC is not going to prosecute.

The Levittown Police should pay a call to the company's address.
Here is the president's reply to my query.

Far Vista claims its field contains 5.5 billion barrels of oil which works out to around 714,285,714 tons of oil. The Russian government does not allow a foreign company to hold more than 150 million tons of oil.

If that's the case, why hasn't someone done it before? And why is it taking so long?
If the 3D panel becomes reality. SLTD should look into franchising.
Is there a quiet period during a stock suspension? If not, then the lack of PRs from FV at this time speaks volumes.
Sunworks has an A+ rating on the BBB website.
I wouldn't put too much money into this stock. They talk about acquiring a company. Is it a done deal? Magic 3D solar panel which is not in production. Typical enticements of a scammer.
Good luck.
Not impressed. AOL email address. A person, not a company, on the voice mail. Investorshub introduction calls it a scam.
