I think it's more about it taking time for the 4k market to become viable and for Ultraflix to be built and marketed than it is about what the company could have done differently. I would agree that poor communication and the less than energetic CC has led to the recent disappointment and is showing in the pps. Remember, Nanotech is crucified and picked apart for every single move and this market is mostly traded on emotions. This can change quickly and without warning. As 4k market grows and these content aquisitions are realized awareness will increase dramatically. Things are going to pick up in a hurry imo. Nantech hasn't even begun marketing the product yet. Q2 will bring tremendous growth in both the 4k market and Ultraflix. The pps will follow accordingly as subscribers and revenues increase.
An increase to the previous A/S does not automatically add those shares to the O/S or the float. This is a growth company right now and when and if those shares are used for content, aquisitions, stock plans etc they will have a restrictive legend. If they bring value to the company it is not a bad thing. This is the point of being a public company. Management has to weigh it's share structure against growth and added value and they can always be reduced or repurchased again. I think everyone would agree the main objective right now is to build out and market the flagship product, Ultraflix. I love how some experts here think this can be done without using shares, loans, or aquiring debt of any kind. Sheesh. Best part is one can contact the TA at anytime and get the most current share structure and decide for themselves. How many companies on the OTC can you do that with? I guess the TA isn't gagged after all huh? Wish we could see half as many posts acknowledging this as we saw saying it's a scam because the TA is gagged. lol matter of fact last two times I checked the TA confirmed the O/S was unchanged. When people see the exclusive title from Paramount, major titles from other studios and advertising plans executed they'll be VERY ok with the use of shares. This stuff isn't cheap but can bring exponential value to shareholders.
Yup, extremely undervalued in this range with just current revenues. Net profit of almost 1mm last quarter which is very rare in the OTC. 4k studios alone justifies a much higher market cap.
I believe we've been told it's all about the processor sales.....and brother business is a boomin!
Big news is iminent. This moves so fast with any buying pressure. The next form 8-k filed could send it Back over a buck overnight.
Timing is everything! It's happening now for NTEK. Ultraflix is built, tested and being populated with content. New 2015 4k models from Sony, Vizio, Samsung, Hisense, LG, Sharp and Panasonic are beginning to rollout with Ultraflix to be available on all of them. The 4k market is booming and everyone is playing catch up. 4k OTT streaming is clearly the way of the future and the vision of Nanotech to provide a platform, 4k conversions and content is about to pay off big time!!! The methodical walk down of the pps by MM'S on low volume last year is meaningless. Ultraflix was just being built and the 4k market was very limited. That is all changing in a HUGE way. The groundwork has been laid and Nanotech already increased revenues substantially with a 270% increase in profits to almost 1million last quarter. What's more telling to me is how far NTEK ran with much less going for the company. It's all about revenues in the end and the potential for Ultraflix is staggering. As many have said just a small share of this exploding market makes NTEK a winning lottery ticket. It should becoming clear to all that management is looking much bigger picture. It's hard not to be excited. I believe this is the beginning of a major move north longs have been waiting for. As the marketing campaign kicks off and awareness increases old and new investors will flock. NanoTech starts reporting the kind of increase in subscribers and revenues they are expecting previous highs will be a gift once again!
NTEK just getting started.
Chart looks ready for the next leg. A lot of accumulation here. Any news could send it flying to .01. IMO
Chart looks ready for the next leg. A lot of accumulation here. Any news could send it flying to .01. IMO
BINGO! Major content and acquisition news is forthcoming. NTEK had nearly 1 million in net profits last quarter. They do not need to sell shares to pay for operations. Funny how its meaningless when the A/S is reduced because it doesn't affect the O/S or the float etc. etc. but when its increased to acquire an asset those pesky details don't matter and its the death of the company. lol Funny how its said Ultraflix has no content and how badly you need content to compete but when an investment in content is made that's a bad thing too. Nanotech is progressing just nicely and could continue to fill a niche role with Iron Dragon and Imax etc. to capture a share of the market. That would be fine but 4k is booming and there is an enormous need for content. Nanotech is going for the homerun. They had the vision for 4k OTT streaming ahead of the big boys and the market is just now catching up. As a speculative investor, which is what we all are when we buy a penny stock, this is exactly the opportunity you look for. Nanotech has laid the groundwork and put Ultraflix in a position to not just survive but to thrive and be a market leader with the likes of Netflix and Amazon. The potential is enormous at these levels even if they only manage a small share of the market and well worth the risk. I believe investors will be very pleased when the plan and projections are released on the CC. IMO There is a major reason for this move and conference call now that the 2015 rollout has begun and the 4k market is expanding rapidly. The company is about to experience a massive growth spurt as they execute the business plan. The current market cap is ridiculous and the PPS is in for a major correction. I personally cant wait until they drop the exclusive content and live stream bombs and we start seeing Ultraflix TV commercials!
MAJOR content and marketing news coming!!! Here's a clue, 4k Studios Hollywood office and the the Hollywood attorney's Nanotech retained have been VERY busy. Hint hint, wink wink. Conference call on Thursday is going to be epic. Don't rely on others though, do your own DD, and get your questions in to IR. I have a feeling once everything is revealed shares will be MUCH more expensive come Friday morning. VERY EXCITING TIMES!!!
New 2015 4k models begin rollout this week!
http://hdguru.com/this-weeks-best-deals-on-4k-ultra-high-definition-tvs-and-hdtvs/#more-15341
This is the start of the major push we've all been anticipating. 4k is going to start reaching the masses in a big way this year. I was thinking about it, I've know about and followed the 4k market ahead of probably 99% of the general public and I don't even own a 4k set yet. I remember going to Best Buy to check one out 2 years ago and they didn't even have a display model. lol That's all about to change now though, 2014 models are over 50% off!!! I'm personally going to get a 2014 Samsung or the new Vizio M series later this month. I just came back home to regular HD and it's most definitely noticiby diferrent. Just like SD to HD it looks blurring now. Anyone that says its no better is delusional. 4k is the new standard and its going to be made for and purchased by everyone now, even the average Joe and Jane.
I just watched Jackie Chan in "Little Big Soldier" this weekend using Ultraflix on da 65" Vizio while dog sitting at the in-laws. It was figgin awesome!!! Another $3.99 to the bottom line from me and that's a steal. Iron Dragon is going to rock for Ultraflix. Imagine if NTEK just focused on Martial Arts movies and that's all they offered. That alone would be huge. There are millions and millions of fans and customers of this kind of content worldwide and this is just going to be one channel amongst a huge library of content. I couldn't have watched that on Netflix or Amazon either. This is what I like, NTEK has a product, I had a need for the product, I purchased the product and was very satisfied. I'll be a return customer. No scam in any of that right? The best part is anyone can check it out for themselves at anytime. They market Ultraflix AT ALL and NTEK is golden. imo
I believe 2015 is going to be the year for Nanotech they thought 2014 was going to be with the np1 only much, much bigger. Think about it, try to sell a piece of hardware to a select few people with A non smart 4k tv or offer a content service with way higher profit margins needed by and available to virtually every 4k customer going forward. Simple math to me and anyone who is caught up on the np1 never looked past the hype which is why they bought anyway. Its easy to point fingers and be frustrated at the pps but the more one steps back and looks at the moves and accomplishments by management for startup company with limited resources in a new market the more impressive it is and the better the investment looks. The chart is setting up to look like 2013 only there will be higher lows and higher highs. I love how everything is falling into place and I'm VERY excited for the future here!
JUST A REMINDER«« Richard Heddle is the CEO.
ZERO Dillution.
Form 8-k filed January 8, 2015 with the SEC states contracts completed for the first round of sales of PTO processors worth 15 million plus royalties.
The American Chemistry Council says there is a substantial market for the placement and licensing of PTO processors worth billions to the economy. MAY want to catch up with current events. It MAY help to see what a tremendous buying opportunity ptoi presents. MAYbe I'll buy some more too.
First sale my man. 15 million plus royalties. How much would McDonald's have had to charge for their first hamburger to break even?
I hear that Bob, these ridiculously discounted prices could only last so long. With just what we have today I believe anything under .10 is an absolute gift. Current revenues and 4k studios alone justify a much higher market cap. I'll continue to accumulate at these levels without a second thought until SHM 2015 unless something drastic changes. At that point I'll reevaluate my position, 4k market growth, company progress etc. After I do that I'll probably think anything under .25 is a gift if not higher. lol I truly feel May/June will prove to be a monumental time in the companies history. I believe Q2, Q3 and Q4 will bring record shattering sales for 4k panels one right after another. There will be explosive growth in subscribers and revenues for Ultraflix. I'm talkin exponential growth and by 2016 the very real possibility $1.00 will be considered a gift. Factor in buybacks, audits uplisting and new products/developments we don't know about, skys the limit. Those who stuck with there DD and SELF VERIFICATION and were able tune out the unfounded doom and gloom WILL be rewarded. The mood on this exchange changes very quickly! Jmo gl
Did someone say GREEN SPRING!? PTO is getting A LOT of attention. Too bad there is all that dillution, urrr I mean they are filing bk, urrr I mean Richard Heddle is a fraudster, urrr nevermind I'll get back to ya.
I believe he is referring to the marketing launch. There is going to be a major 4k push this spring by manufactorers such as Sony, LG, Panasonic, Hisense etc. and big box retailers as the 2015 models are realeased. NanoTech is timing their marketing blitz to coincide with their increased availability and consumer demand for the millions of additional 4k TVS, set top boxes and handhelds entering the market. They are also aligning this with the the drop of major content news re the "3 month exclusive titles." Trying to get the most bang for their advertising buck. imo
Ho Hum...time to buy some more. Weak and feeble step aside. Green close watch.
We see 8 million vol. In a week it'll be a signal all right, an signal we're at all time highs. lol With this low float and ZERO dillution the move north will shock and awe. Time is running out to take advantage of these prices for sure.
Wait nobody selling? How are they dilluting then? This is a pump & dump share selling scam perpetrated by notorious liar and swindler Tricky Dick Heddle right? Wasn't that the whole point of the fake form 8-k filed with the SEC Jan 8, 2015? Pretend to sell processors so Heddle could recoup his hopelessly lost investment? You mean he went through all that trouble to pump and forgot the dump? Oh it must have been that R/S they did....wait a minute that never happened either. You mean this guy can't even fraud right? Sheesh
Guys this is awesome news! Remember, Nvidia partnered with Nanotech on the NP-1. From the latest SHL,"We invested in a partnership with Nvidia to launch the NP1 so that we would have a means of delivering our Ultraflix application to consumers."
http://techcrunch.com/2015/03/04/nvidias-shield-set-top-box-could-finally-make-the-stream-dream-real/#gBcJ1D:r49y
Nvidia doesnt provide their components to just anyone. You think they just sent a bunch of chips over and wished NTEK luck? lol No, they worked closely with NTEK and opened a lot of doors while building and bringing the Nuvola to market. How do you think they got in with Samsung, Sony, Foxconn, Ingram Micro, etc. so quickly? Is it a coincidence Nvidia now offers 4k streaming on their gaming console and beat Amazon, Roku and Apple TV to market? You think it may have something to do with Nanotechs patent-pending 4k delivery technologies? Is it starting to make
sense why D foley would be excited about Google releasing new "Android TV" software and partnering with SEVERAL companies to build 4k capable TVs and set top boxes. You think Foley might have known Nvidia would be one of them? Oh wait, I forgot it was because he needed some beer money or lawyer fees so he tweeted that for a 1 day pump to trick investors into thinking there was some super secret mega deal with Google. Yeah, because it makes total sense that if Nanotech did have a deal
set to be announced by Google at the IO conference Foley would talk about it on twitter the night before. Haha yeah right.
Its sad if people are actually gullible enough to fall for that obvious garbage spin. He was excited because the same platform and software used to deliver Ultraflix would power millions and millions of TVs, set top boxes and handhelds including partner company Nvidias Shield. Is it starting to make sense why Nanotech has always stated they were not trying to compete with manufacturers on building hardware? As always stated the ultimate goal is to deliver their 4k network, Ultraflix, to consumers.
This is just one more in a fast growing list of devices that are making that happen. Nanotech was so far ahead of the game and by now it should becoming crystal clear to all. It IS happening, these ARE exciting times! Ok, bring on the nonsense. lol
Really? Just like US Steel never bought any fuel either right? It was said that would NEVER happen also. Whoops
I just love the smell of NEWS in the morning! ;)
Yup, today's close confirmed it. Love it when previous highs become new lows. Stairway to heaven. Pennyland is inevitable this month.
Update: PTO processor #3 improved by 15 million plus royalties since 2013. Actually much more since the American Chemistry Council says placement and licensing of PTO technology good for 8.9 billion in US economic output.
Agreed, Seen it happen too many times, Shares bought in Jan 2013 at above .03 steadily declined back to .009 by the end of May. A month later those shares were worth 12 cents. The company has much more going for it now. Stocks don't normally go up during the investment phase. This will run past previous highs again, Watch! Ntek has turned the corner. The platform is built and will be available to most 4k customers moving forward. Ntek has invested in building robust library before a major marketing campaign kicks off as their target market is "exploding."
As the 4k panel rollout happens ntek will release huge content news re MGM, Paramount, Universal, Disney and those titles they are "holding close to the vest." Remember? Major marketing campaign will kick of as millions of new sets are going in to consumers hands. Like it or not Ultraflix clearly has a place at the table. There is a reason NTEK is getting a lot of ATTENTION. Anyone selling down here is nuts and I'll continue to buy. Just 1 million subscribers makes NTEK a winning lottery ticket. Thats less than 2% of Netflix subscribers. Spotify had 10 million paying subscribers after 2 years. Thay lost 50 million the first year. They are just one of "thousands of streaming apps right? Nanotech already has a net profit.
I love the risk/reward especially at these levels. Its only a matter of time now. Patience will reward longs.
I'm no market reasearch analyst but check this out. My inlaws bought da Vizio, 65 incher I think little while back. I showed them Ultraflix and watched Space Junk and a couple IMAX films with them. They are Science and Nature nuts, one being a retired teacher, and they absolutley loved all the nature Docs and even the Aquarium and ambiance stuff. Im pretty sure they've purchased all of them by now. lol Anyways I went to a retirement party they were having and guess what was up and running when i got there? They have the panel mounted on the wall it is quite big and absolutely beautiful. They had the Aquarium rocking and I ish you not everyone was fn mesmurized as they passed by it. I was sipping on my Makers Mark manhattan just grinning watching everyones reaction.
There had to be 40-50 people pass by stop to comment on how real and "3d" like the picture was. After a bit i couldnt resist so i went over a threw up some of the city scapes and time lapse stuff just cause it was free. If I had a blue shirt on i could have sold 2 dozen sets and signed everyone up for Ultraflix. Guys once people see it they love it. Just getting these gift cards in peoples hands as they purchase their new set will set this off. These folks are just one small part of the target market and there are millions of people just like them. Are they going to watch Iron Dragon? Probably not but there are millions of other folks who like that stuff. All those purchases add up to $$$. New releases, exclusice titles, original content and live events coming. Its just getting started, One day we will wake up and the top will blow off this joint or they will have accepted a huge buyout from a big boy. Watch and don't forget to post when it happens.
Good buy right here. Finish .005-.006 run to .01 plus inevitable.
I'm going to speculate on the opinion of SAIC, The American Chemistry Council, CEO Richard Heddle and my own eyeballs. Btw ain't she purrrty?
We all think there is a substantial market for the sale and licensing of PTO processors. We think that the company's change in course to processor sales and licensing will set the course to profitability. Mr Heddle and I look forward to increased shareholder value without dillution. I'm buying and that is neither speculation nor opinion!!!
I don't think projecting from misprinted or inaccurate numbers is going to further the conversation. This is clearly a typo. Sales "soared" to 12,730? lol
"Global shipments of 4K LCD TVs soared nearly 700 percent to 12,730 sets in 2014,according to DisplaySearch."
"Still, the 4K's overall future looks bright, if not for the Japanese: DisplaySearch estimates global 4K TV shipments will more than double to 32,206 sets in 2015,and again to 68,068 by 2017."
It's saying 12,730,000 TV's were sold in 2014 up 700% from approx. 1.8 million in 2013 and predict 32,206,000 in 2015 and 68,068,000 by 2017. I've seen much higher projections. I'm not trying to argue numbers or make predictions and I know we want the same thing so I appreciate your thoughtful reply. Bottom line is every article, report and so called expert are now using words like "soaring, "skyrocketing" and "exploding" to describe the 4k uhd market. Even in the other link you posted they say the only hold up was bandwidth requirements. Well, Ultraflix already streams sub 10mbps and internet connectivity is only improving.
If people cannot see the explosive growth and potential happening RIGHT NOW in this market I'm not going to convince them. Just 1 million Ultraflix subscribers makes NTEK a lottery ticket. Is that achievable? I think so and probably much more. Netflix has over 50 million subscribers and growing. They started at 0 just like Nanotech did. When Ultraflix is compared to and by promoted with Netflix by the President of Samsung, Sony, the COO of Vizio, CNET, NY Times, USA Today, Techhive, Digitaltrends, Best Buy pub crawls, Akami demos, JVC demos etc. it lets me know the opportunity is real. A major push by ALL panel manufacturers and retailers is coming. As HD inventory is cleared 4k is virtually all that will be manufactured and in turn sold. It's coming, think about it, out of every 10 people you know how many own a 4k set or even heard of 4k uhd? Its the next format and almost everyone will upgrade as they did from SD to HD. If not for want, just because its what will be sold at Wal-Mart, Best Buy, Costco and every other store. With prices hitting mainstream levels once you see it who is going to buy an older HD model anyway? I'm placing my bets as the upside especially at these levels present a tremendous opportunity. There are many who will be caught on the sidelines as is the case with most unknown companies with a new venture. That coupled with the wild swings of the OTC is the reason for the current pps. Once it IS proven with content deals, subscribers and revenues shares WILL be at a premium. Up-list off this exchange and watch out!
I actually think these numbers are VERY conservative.
I don't claim to be an expert and I think its a little
premature for accurate projections being 4k is still in
its infancy. However, he is projecting only 36,000,000 4k
units sold in 2015 which is conservative considering sales
jumped 700% from 2013 to 2014. It was projected last year
100 million units would be sold per annum by 2018.
This also does not factor in Android devices, tablets or ios.
Then he is saying only 50% of those units will be able to stream Ultraflix. This is very conservative considering it is already
available on Samsung, Sony, Vizio and Hisense. That is
a major chunk of the market right there. Now, of
those he's projecting only 5% that can stream Ultraflix
will actually make a purchase and only 1 buy every 3 months.
I think its very conservative and achievable. Even just
that is 50 million in revs from Ultraflix alone not counting ad revenue and eventually subscriptions. Remember, every single
projection by the "experts" thus far re 4k sales has been demolished. Only about 1% of new TVs sold last year in US were 4k and 10% worldwide. Imagine how much bigger the market is going to be.
I actually thought Ultraflix would only have a niche
market with Martial arts, Nature Docs and maybe some Indie films.
what they've managed to put together in the last
year is Incredible. 900 hours of content already with exclusive titles, original content and live streams coming. Its awfully tough to get a seat at the table, just being mentioned with Netflix and Amazon alone speaks to the potential. You have to give credit. Nanotech had a vision and made a huge investment of time and resources in 4k at a time when
most big boys were hesitant waiting on others to take the leap.
Now there is a "gold rush" going on for content. Panel manufacturers are fiercely competing for market share which benefits Ultralix as its in their interest to provide the most content to their customers. People want to say dilution but unlike most in the OTC you can actually see the results and tangable progress of the investment. Isn't that what a public
company is supposed to do? Use its shares to raise capital to
attract talent and execute the business plan?
Were they supposed to have a car wash or church bake sale instead?
I also love how the previous high 0f .17 is
constantly pointed out while failing to mention
the pps ran thousands of percent from the trips and
retraced several times before that. Hell, my first
purchase was down 60% before that run to .17 in 2013. Stocks go up and down duh. We all know its mostly on hype and momo in the OTC and 2014 was awful. Every once in a while though you get a real company who is able to succeed and become profitable. Nanotech has turned the corner now, O/S was recently reduced,
revenues are rolling. The PPS will correct in short order. The next run will see new highs and be much more sustainable on revenues not hype. Its unfortunate actual
investors have been shaken out as the company has only grown and achieved huge milestones this past year. It goes to show how powerful a tool fear can be. I've done my DD so all the scam, fraud, trips, suspension gibberish nonsense I've heard for 2 plus years doesn't bother me. Its laughable with all that's available its still even being discussed. Again, fear is a hell of a drug.
No longer is there any doubt 4k/uhd is the next format.
Now its all about watching the market grow, adding content,
acquiring subscribers and realizing revenues. Watch what happens over the next few weeks as 4k sets rollout and marketing kicks in. The ride north is going to happen fast and furious.
When audits, buybacks and up listing comes later this year its dollarland. Anyone lucky enough to find and invest in this company right now will be rewarded. IMO
Btw I don't have pm and no I'm not Shish. GL NTEKers
I am, however, taking the advice of The American Chemistry Council. These distinguished scientists, chemists, engineers and plastics industry professionals say there is a substantial market for the placement and licensing of PTO technology. Form 8-k filed January 8, 2015 with the SEC states contracts completed for the first round of processor sales worth 15 million plus. Respected CEO and major shareholder Richard Heddle says onging negotiations for additional sales of PTO processors. He thinks deployment of PTO technology will validate to company's change in course to processor sales and set the course to profitability. He says his goal is to bring value to loyal shareholders without dillution. Haven't seen any dillution and sales completed. Got to respect a man of his word. Going to be a very "GREEN" "SPRING"
Looks like some playing catch up with 4kstudios! Long ways behind and no platform to
monetize the content though. Huh, must be some market out there.
http://money.cnn.com/news/newsfeeds/articles/marketwire/11G032314-001.htm
The "land rush" for content is in full swing.
Funny how Netflix 4k content is Awesome but Ultraflix sucks.
Netflix has 3 tv shows, a few older movies and "moving art," "Oceans," "forests," "deserts," and "flowers." Ultraflix has Rocky, Rainman, Fargo, Robocop, world's fastest Indian, Iron Dragon, Imax, concerts, Nature Documentaries, Red Bull and hundreds of hours of free content. How is Smurfs 2 not ragged on but Rocky is? Personally myself and probably everyone I know has seen Rocky many times and will no doubt see it many more. Now its available in 4K. I actually watched Rocky II last night. I hope Ultraflix gets all the Rocky movies and Rambo too.
How is Jerry Maguire any different from Rainman? Philadelphia good but Fargo bad? How many times can you watch House of Cards? Whoops looks like many are already done. Back to Smurfs 2. haha
http://money.cnn.com/2015/02/27/media/fast-house-of-cards-fans/
Literally half Netflix's content is "moving art," "Oceans," "forests," "deserts," and "flowers." lol Why is content this so great and Ultraflix blows, especially when everyone says There is little difference between their 1080p and 4k stream? Ultraflix IS the leader in this emerging market and the worst that can be said is they are COMPETING with Netflix and Amazon.
2015 is going to be huge! If someone would have said a year ago Ultraflix would go from unknown to 900 hours of content, deals with Magnolia, MGM, Sony, Samsung, Vizio, Universal, Paramount, Hisense, Lionsgate, 11 Giraffes etc., featured by The President of Samsung in a keynote speech at CES, featured at Sony and Vizios booth at CES, Sales to JVC, Ingram Micro, Staples, Amazon, Shopblt, Office depot, Rakuten etc., will be universally available on practically every 4k set and Android device moving forward, featured in NY Times article, mentioned with Amazon and Netflix by CNET and 4k TV sales would increase 700% without knowing anything about the share price would you buy or sell?
Its an easy BUY for me and Warren Buffet says this is how you create wealth in the stock market. The PPS will take care of itself with revenues and previous highs easily surpassed. Once
uplisting out of this cesspool occurs 1 dollar plus. After that who knows, Netflix went from $40 to $350 back down to $50 then up to $475 in a couple years . The Pumpers and flippers are gone.
We have a solid base, strong financials and an experienced management team in place. How many in the OTC can say that? The 4k "revolution" is here and NTEK is leading the way.
I feel for those who couldn't afford to be patient, were shaken out or can't see what's unfolding right in front of our faces. Ask Cubes how he did on the transition from SD to HD. He was flat broke and unknown at one time. It didn't happen overnight either
and 4k is moving remarkably faster. I have a feeling there will be a lot of sellers remorse around here.
Wrong! SEC stated No Fraud! None. Zero. zilch. Complaint was based on an accounting error re media credits. It was corrected immediately and effected nothing l. Who bought because of media credits? lol. Complete nonsense and ancient history. Whats new you ask? Form 8-k filed January 8, 2015 states sales contracts completed for first round of processors. AMERICAN CHEMISTRY COUNCIL says there's a substantial market for the placement and licensing of PTO technology. I agree. 2nd round of sales imminent. GREEN SPRING
Yes Sir, Huge news about to start dropping. Everything lining up for 4k and NTEK this spring. LG, Samsung, Sony, Sharp, Panasonic, Hisense, Vizio, and Toshiba all set to release their 2015 models. Ultraflix will be available on them all as well as Android phones and tablets with ios coming. NanoTech is timing a major marketing campaign to coincide with manufactorers massive 4k rollout. It's all right there under our noses. Remember the Techhive article last month, "Ultraflix wants to become the Netflix of the 4k generation?" First off its incredible that it's even a remote possibility this upstart 4k service could compete with Netflix. Anyways, remember when Aaron Taylor said they were keeping certain titles from sony " close to the vest" and said there would be content deals with Sony, Universal, Paramount and Lionsgate in the next few weeks? Remember how Ntek talked about the 3 month exclusivety on major titles and new releases? Remember how they talked about inserts with manufactorers and gift cards available at retail outlets. It's all being timed for maximum effect and exposure. I've said all along Iron Dragon alone has major potential and its proving to be successfull already. Subscribers and revenues will explode virtually overnight. The best part is the ground work has been laid, and the platform is built. Now it's time to watch it grow with the 4k "revolution." Profit margins are going to be ridiculous. Ultraflix WILL become a household name in 2015. Mark it! Exciting times!
Strong support today. Chart and RSI look primed for the next leg. Anything under .01 is a bargain short term. The next news dropped could sent this to penny land. After that who knows, seen much less run much further. With the share reductions I could seriously see IJJP at. 03 to .05 in March. Flippers will make a few cents but longs will benefit from a nice staircase pattern. JMO
Check with the SEC! NOT A SCAM! No fraud EVER. Total bs. Form 8-k filed with SEC Jan 8, 2015. First round of sales. 15 million plus. 2nd round imminent. American Chemistry Council says "substantial market for placement and licensing of PTO technology. "Billions in potential revenues." I agree with the SEC, the ACC and Mr. Heddle.
Wow, so many emotional swings on this board! lol. Great news toady with a 15% green finish. A lot of nervous traders in this ticker. Chart looks great for the next leg. Dips and consolidation is healthy guys. I think a lot of sellers will be sorry as they have over the last couple months. I see a close at .009 plus on Friday. I've been reading the " damn did I miss the boat" posts since the run started. Lol No its not to late! Still a great buy imo. More news and catalysts coming in the "green" sector. March should be huge.
4k OTT streaming market set to explode worldwide!
http://www.wired.com/2015/02/live-4k-broadcasts/
The growing "app-ification" of television and lack of 4k content from networks and cable providers means huge business for streaming 4k streaming services. Ultraflix is positioned perfectly to take advantage with the largest 4k library available on practically every 4k tv going forward at sub 10 mbps. No wonder Sony, Samsung, Vizio, Hisense, LG, Panasonic, Sharp, etc are so eager to partner with NTEK and make Ultraflix available to their customers. As the article states, soon it'll be almost impossible to buy a non 4k set even if you wanted to. Where are all these millions of new 4k customers going to get their content? Just with the current 4k studios conversions and OTT revenues alone we should be trading at .10 plus. It's unfortunate a lot of investors have been shaken out of there shares over the last few months as Ultraflix was built out. The OTC cesspool is easily manipulated and causes many people to trade on emotions buying highs and selling lows. That is why few get rich and most dont in the stock market. This is pennyland, it's hard to buy and hold but what NTEK has accomplished with Ultraflix in a few short months is actually remarkable. As 4k rolls out to the masses this spring and news re major content aquisitions, Ultraflix marketing, revenue projections etc comes out we will head north fast. Many major catalysts coming and I have no doubt we will see 100% plus days here again. Solid base here, great buying opportunity short and long term for you " traders" out there. 25 cents this year not even factoring in audits, buybacks and uplisting. Ultraflix is also a prime candidate for buyout which could happen at anytime. If you think there haven't been offers already and will be more in the future you're fooling yourself. Imo
4K sales up 700%! 100 million per yr. predicted by 2018! Wow, China accounted for 70% of sales.

The Asian market is leading the way in 4k adoption. Do you think there is a market for Martial Arts content over there? "Brotherhood of Blades" (available to stream right now sub 10 mbps) was awesome on Samsung and for only $3.99. Are you fn kidding me? Didn't I read just last month that Ultraflix will be featured on Hisense, Chinas largest tv manufacturer? Won't customers have "one click access" to the worlds largest 4k library by clicking the Ultraflix application button? Doesn't Hisense have distribution deals with Wal-Mart, Best Buy and Costco? Erin Magee director of marketing for Hisense thinks so.
"Giving our consumers access to 4K content is key, and UltraFlix provides an incredible library of 4K Ultra HD content," said Erin Magee, Marketing Director of Hisense. "We can now provide consumers with the best options for streaming 4K VOD content combined with the best 4K Ultra HD TV experience."
The potential for Iron Dragon alone is staggering. How much Martial Arts content does Netflix and Amazon have? How much content period does Netflix and amazon have? Are the moves made by NTEK starting to make sense? The proof is in the product guys and we have a good one. Just getting started here, truly a life changing opportunity to get in now. As word gets out the current pps will be a thing of the past and we will be hearing a lot of woulda, coulda, shouldas. GN all
Wow. Thank you for acknowledging ACC is legit and independently verifies there is a substantial market for the sale and licensing of PTOI processors. Don't need the be a member of the Academy to win an Oscar right? Exciting times ahead!
