very much so! I got in a little over 3 cents when we had a comedy show about to get picked up by Comedy Central...LMAO!! boy did I get PNCHed! please lord, let another pump happen so i can exit this "gem" with all my money. amen
I live in Los Angeles, exactly what channel on my direct tv can i catch PunchTV?? maybe i can go to a friend with comcast or time warner or dish. can you give me the channel that PunchTV will be on on any of those? thanks in advance
seriously? although the detroit feed has no pixel issues, i have faint lines that constantly go from bottom to top on that feed, not to mention the crappy color. Im a shareholder and would think that steve would love word of mouth advertising. id like to be able to watch PNCH and turn my friends onto it then they turn their friends and well, you get the point.
there is no way in heck im gonna subject them to a pixel issue feed or a feed that looks like its straight from the 70's (detroit feed) if steve was in any way serious, he'd be banging their doors down wanting it fixed! word of mouth in this social media age is not only free, but very valuable.
Im sticking to steve doesnt care, that is all. i wish he did
You can watch us here ( dont mind the pixel problem they are working on it )
HAHA, who exactly is fixing it? Why has it been over 2 months of pixel problems? you really believe it's still on Filmon's end?? you mean with all us bugging them(Filmon)and they just ignore it? A personal vendetta agains the CEO??? i mean this is LAUGHABLE!! Steve doesnt give a rats arse about the feed, if he did, he wouldnt let this go on and on and on and........
there is a certain stock that starts with a K and ends in G that is on the gray sheets higher than us. how is that possible with this:
we increased our assets from 200k to almost 3 million. That we doubled the shares outstanding and increased the assets 12 times in the process. That our last Q before the Fall Season showed a 7 times growth in revenues. That we had increase our TV Households by 2500%. That 5 months ago we owned 350 websites and today we have that plus a broadcast Television Network available to 55 million TV Homes. That we went from 12 affiliates to 35 in 4 months. That we are in business with the largest adverting company on the planet and a part of the launch of a new kind of TV network which will be in 260 Airports with other production partners like ABC, NBC and CBS. Could let them know that when many others have burned though 20 to 30 million dollars and never got their networks off the ground, we did it with a fraction of that and we are up and running 24/7 with advertisers filling every available slot.
Samblissed...thats freeking funny! lots of selling today, i guess someone needs to do a lil Xmas shopping soon. Im sure Yana doesnt accept cheap gifts. we've all been Samblissed!
Isnt Common Denominator a PunchTV show airing Fall 2014? I believe i heard something about that. that leaves a lot of time for things to change..err not happen. seems to be a pattern with our CEO..PR's the good, forgets to let us know the bad/changed deals
Punch TV to Add 16 Low-Power Stations Next Week
" Bounce TV, the thriving African- American-targeted multicast network, was supposed to get stiff competition in what looked like the fastest growing niche in the programming world . But while would-be competitors Kin TV and Soul of the South have missed multiple launch dates, casting their very existence into question, another digi-net in the urban space quietly reached a year on the air," Michael Malone reported Monday for Broadcasting & Cable. The text of the article is available only to subscribers.
"Punch TV, broadcasting to African-Americans, English-speaking Hispanics and anyone else 18-45 who identifies with the urban concept, adds 16 partner stations on Dec. 12, giving it a total of 35 — and reaching 55 million U.S. households, according to Joseph Collins, Punch TV founder and CEO.
"The affiliates are low-power stations. But Collins, who got his start in broadcasting as a teenage intern at WVTV Milwaukee, says Punch offers something fresh, with a programming mix that's 70% original.
" 'The [others] are doing black nostalgia television,' he says. 'I am focused on something different.'
"Soul of the South had initially pegged the first quarter of 2012 for its debut, while Kin TV shot for August. Kin appeared to suffer a setback upon the announcement last month that Lee Gaither , its former CEO, had joined Africa Channel as executive vice president and general manager. Gaither would not comment, and Kin TV execs could not be reached. One person with knowledge of Soul of the South's plans said the network was targeting a Martin Luther King Day launch, and set the odds at 50-50 that it would happen. . . .
info on LPTV:
LPTV stations are operated by diverse groups and organizations - high schools and colleges, churches and religious groups, local governments, large and small businesses and individual citizens. LPTV modes of operation and programming vary widely. These include satellite-delivered programming services, syndicated programs, movies and a wide range of locally-produced programs. LPTV stations sometimes tailor program segments or entire schedules to specific viewer groups (on the basis of age, language or particular interest).
On the technical side, LPTV stations transmit on one of the standard VHF or UHF television channels. The distance at which a station can be viewed depends on a variety of factors - antenna height, transmitter power, transmitting antenna and the nature of the environment (rural or urban, hilly or flat terrain).
some confusing stuff out there here is this:
LOS ANGELES, Sept. 12, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- IC Places, Inc. (OTCQB:ICPA) and ClearVision announced today the companies will kick off their four year Production/Content Partnership, at Raleigh-Durham International Airport this Fall, airing two new shows over the network. The ClearVision Airport Network will provide IC Places with an unparalleled ability to reach and engage air travelers by offering full episodes of their shows on the innovative Airport TV Network.
The Hollywood Fast Lane and Travel Tech will be the first two IC Places shows to air over the ClearVision Airport Networks.
the date is Sept 12, 2012 for ICPA the REELZ PR date is Oct 01, 2012: i bring this up cause the PR talks about Leonard Maltin and Richard Roeper as doing movie reviews. Did something change with ICPA? would seem odd that you'd have 2 shows for that kind of stuff
I think you might be right. here is another example of where will there be any time for ICPA/PunchTV's shows?

this has been going on for like a month! no one on PunchTv's end is addressing this?? i mean really, a few days i can understand but weeks?? I doubt many will want to watch PunchTV on filmon with all the pixel problems that have been going on since launch.. to simply say its on their end and let it rest is silly...Steve, get on their butts and make em fix it!! for the love of god, i need my PunchTV clear!!! Please!
this whole pixel problem on Punchtv is just silly....always on filmons end. funny, i can watch other programming without the pixel problems. here is another reason we all love Mr Samblis
here is his response to that issue on Dec 1st:
Once they fix the pixel problem and put us on the right channel we will begin getting viewer reports each month. We will also replace the main video player on all the I places websites with a live stream of Punch TV which will let people in each city advertise in each city within that live feed online.
why oh why is it always somebody elses problem?
i dont know about you all, but im gonna be watching...Lil Wayne Documentary on PunchTV for only like the 10th time!! whoohoo...maybe time for some new programming??? LOVE LOVE LOVE repeats...over and over again! ohh yeah, go ICPA$$$
From Mr Samblis:
There are so many variables and we are so new with this new direction that we just can't offer revenue projection.
We are not going to do a reverse split. We would not consider a buy back. Companies with excess cash do that. We are spending our money expanding the company.
Travel Tech is in the one CC airport at this time. As they expand we will grow with them.
I am working on several TV shows which will be announced as they reach a point of per production.
The other questions will be answered through press releases and other forms of public communications.
seriously ANOTHER PR for that Eros crap?? I mean this is the 3rd PR that mentions this silly concept of a mini series. is it really going to air on thanksgiving too?? i mean has been delayed before...ohhh brother, if this is the future of PunchTV...we're in trouble!
ahhh another down day!! remember those days of a Vegas party? zoot suits?? buying Perchy all the beer he could drink?? The honeybadgers meeting and shaking the hand of our bestest CEO for making us all rich?? Good times here on the ol ICPA train...on the tracks to?????? Well played Mr Samblis, well played!
TY for your reply
what are the 500 million preferred shares for?
ahh the ol next Q play....lets think about this...that statement is steves golden goose! i mean he and others can always point out the new affiliates that will be added or how about more airports rolling out and added, every quarter will be better....LMAO!!
ahhh 4 years of a golden goose! well played mr samblis, well played!
would that direction be my bank account to our ceo's bank account? is that direction you speak of? seems to be....
play games with me??? im not the one playing with peoples' lives or their hard earned money. i am a shareholder and not a very happy one...im deep in red and you just dont seem to care, you dont try to reassure anyone. just make me feel better steve, i believe in you...i dont want to use the believeD in you.
in all do respect, you dont answer real questions. ive seen a bunch go by and you pick and choose what you answer. I just want my money back steve, can ya help me with that?? theres a real question for you
The Company incurred a net loss for the nine months ended September 30, 2012. As of September 30, 2012 the Company had minimal cash with which to satisfy any future cash requirements. These conditions raise substantial doubt about the Company’s ability to continue as a going concern. The Company depends upon capital to be derived from future financing activities such as subsequent offerings of its common stock or debt financing in order to operate and grow the business. MMM love this part! lol
i think when steve mentioned knowing what WE were getting for christmas, i think he probably meant what we were getting HIM for christmas.....lots of folks' money! ahh Merry Christmas everyone!
4 billion shares authorized????? well there ya go ICPA'ers you can lock up more shares in the "good" hands....lol this is a cruel joke! 4 billion?? really??
As we move forward we may still need outside funding. The cost of funds are directly related to how close your outstanding is to your authorized. By increasing the authorized we have expanded that cushion and put us in a position to obtain funds much cheaper then if we where close to our authorized. form Mr samblis.
does this mean we can expect more dumping of shares??
when i got in many many months ago...it was winter of 2012! he knows what were getting for christmas...lol where is all that now...ohh thats right...keeps getting pushed farther down...like some shows on punch. did i see the CFO is going to quit icpa?? uh oh
LOL i knew it was coming....just wait till march!! ahh i know what i own a huge LOSS!
LOL you didnt know??? is the proverbial...next Q! when the next Q comes, it'll just go back to again, next Q....lol
oh and please, by all means lets keep thanking the wonderful CEO that has taken MY money and im sure others' !! thanks Mr Samblis
YIKES!! gotta be expensive to produce, direct, write, pay the actors for all that QUALITY programming over on PunchTV!! this is a joke, it has to be...people are excited for this??? ohh thats right the proverbial...wait till next Q....lol thats the only common theme around here...is wait till next Q over and over again
weird...there used to be a yana22 that was/is a huge pro ICPA'er that was banned not to long ago....i wonder if they are same person??
too funny about: http://www.icpa-punchtv.com/

hmm, maybe the Kims are on to something....from ABCNEWS.COM
Korean 'Flower Men' Buy 20% of the World's Cosmetics for Men
Every morning Chung Yong-Hyen, 35, goes through a daily ritual of applying five skin care products.
"I wash with face cleanser, serum booster, toner, moisturizer, and sun screen," he says while being pampered at Amorepacific Spa in downtown Seoul.
The lean 6-foot tall marketer in public relations visits the spa once or twice a month and spends about $500 every season on various products "to maintain and take care of" himself.
Chung's lifestyle may seem at odds with conservative Korean culture in which macho men tend to have dominated the social scene. But the latest numbers show a surprising trend of Korean men striving to look beautiful. Nearly 21 percent of global sales of men's cosmetics, a total of $495.5 million, have been sold here last year, according to Euromonitor International, a global market research firm.
That makes Korea the largest market and by far the largest in terms of per capita – only 19 million men - as well.
Marketers make a point that the new consumers of cosmetics are straight men who are embracing a new version of handsome.
The whopping sales figures are expected to increase by 79 percent this year, reaching $885 million, according to South Korea's largest cosmetics company, Amorepacific.
LOL and a bunch more too! here is a brief snipet....not just PTV
ClearVision, which will debut at Raleigh-Durham International Airport this fall, brings together top-tier news and entertainment programming, as well as customized sports and music, from over 100 content providers including CBS with offerings from CBS News, CBS Entertainment, CBS Daytime, and CBS Interactive, among others; NBC, with shows including The Today Show, Smash, The Voice, Grimm, America's Got Talent and The Office; daily headlines from around the world from The Wall Street Journal’s WSJ Live; and sports from the Tennis Channel with original programming like the travel series Destination Tennis and highlights from major tournaments like the French Open and US Open.
exactly! i was hoping PTV would be the only one on that list...seeing how there is a few more stations for people to view, doesnt look all that great to me. just my opinion!
