looks like cgfi is trying to split their long time supporters out of the game in exchange for new deeper pockets......
if/when cgfi does its r/s next month-how high an increase in a/s will be submitted in june-any ideas-i say 1 billion..any other guesses..
i guess we see now why the pumpers came out on cgfi yesterday and today, seems they knew what was coming before we did....
once msj/srge minerals get through with the cinco minas mine they will probably buy bgl and maybe tiberius gold also-they should have plenty of money by then because the mines will make them extremely rich-the mexican bod are looking for more acquisitions.......imo
the only person i pay attention to is myself concerning srge or any other stock-my thoughts are sell during the pump and buy during the dump-so far its worked for me.....
you are so right-my bag is nearly empty...gltu
where are these facts located??? concerning msj being broke....
says who, bgl--highly questionable....
that is an assumption-and you know what they say when you assume with facts.......
and how you know that for a fact - we have had no news since feb from msj that i know of- did they file something recently stating they were short on cash????
msj stated the cinco minas operation would continue and another partner would be coming on board-as far as barnett, bgl tried to make a deal with him after he was let go by msj, seems bgl was acting a little underhanded also.....
msj being a private mexican company i doubt anyone can say with any surety that thay are broke....
no but bgl may deal with msj if they want to get a part of the mexican mines and since msj has acquired srge properies , bgl may be the next target by msj....
lets hope so since i have enough shares of cgfi at the moment and will not chase if the price goes up-but will continue to add when the pullbacks occur due to the flippers......
imo....srge and msj are in negotiations to acquire their sister company bgl....
that would be great considering what we have gone through the several months....
cgfi gains and excitement are great but exercise caution when pumpers pump too much-the next thing you know they will be gone and will leave a lot of bag holders behind.....
srge/msj mining cinco minas and all the other mines must be keeping them very busy-no news so i guess they are stock piling that gold and silver....
no , i prefer neither standing or reputation of srge or bgl and also throw msj into the mix because i am not too sure about them either....
soon imo very soon....
yes real company trading 0 shares daily in a slow death spiral on an exchange that may or may not police itself audited by reputable people until they are delisted in the usa.....
now that was funny-rule of law in mexico against a so called scam mexican company and a scam canadian company-wonder who will win?????
no speculation put forth on this board has any bearing on share price-only when something comes out officially from the company does any effect on price occur....
i was talking about bgl and msj-i think its a toss up as to who may be the shadier company-the mexicans have had prior dealings with bgl and i think they would lean toward msj more favorably-but what do i know...thanks for the reply.....
a private foreign company has no obligation to supply contact information to persons outside their country, as far as bgl i can't see mexican courts ruling against a company in their own country-after all bgl was run out once and have not been able to return-bgl is done in mexico i would think and all the fluff pr's will not change that....
i thought of the bankruptcy angle also especially with the share price plummetting, however i think all the assets would be sold to satisfy outstanding debts-leaving shareholders with 0 and management and creditors getting paid a percentage of amount owed-bankrupt properties tend to sell for a lot less than an ongoing concern.....
msj being a mexican private company will come out with clear titles and access to cinco minas and other srge assets as soon as the mexican courts hands down their decision concerning any and all claims by countries outside mexico....then the details of srge-msj-and j/v partner will be announced......
msj and srge are making sure all mineral and surface rights are in order with no possibility of a frivolous claim by an outside party can be made against them or their partner before making all details public-going to be a huge mining operation on the srge mines in the near future......lots of gold and silver at stake....
the deal between srge and msj must be huge-its been over 2 months and the follow up hasn't come out yet - they must be making sure all documents are in order before the final details are made public - should be coming out any day now - lots of gold and silver at stake and neither party wants to leave any room for error or misunderstanding....still waiting patiently
we know someone existed-penny stock companies do not start themselves, who ever is responsible needs to be found out and answers need to be given-penny stock scams occur every day but they should be held accountable.....imo
time to put that nonsense to rest,by now we all know that no one was killed but answers do need to be given....
you are indeed correct that srge has a lot of questions that need to be answered-i think we will all be surprised when this web of deceit is exposed fully.......
bgl being fully reporting doesn't seem to do them any good , most days there is zero volume and the share price has been declining steadily for the last couple of years-srge is on the the greys and has been in the trips for a while now with more daily volume than bgl-just a matter of time until they are together in the greys or worse.....
you are probably right-just a matter of time before bgl joins srge on the grey sheets and canada may close them down for their fraudulent claims and pr's......
for a short while during the r/s cgfi was .50 per share-if the mill is approved with no conditions we may see a bounce to near that again (maybe)-if / once production starts cgfi could run to well over $1 per share - we can all hope for the best......
itwill have to be a really big bounce just to break even-after the anticipation and the r/s this year is starting out really brutal...
cgfi is beginning to sound like a repeat of last year-will be interesting to see how many shares have been issued since the a/s was increased-24 ticks til we reach the trips again and if the mill isn't operating or a partner named we will see another r/s to help with the ongoing costs......imo
wgih has messed this up twice so far, to begin with they should have issued 2 shares or each share owned and second they didn't get the shares and info to the brokerages thus causing a dividend pull back, may be a simple accounting mistake i hope.....
i have another stock where etrade paid the declared dividend but took it back-it still hasn't been redeposited after 3 months-hopefully wgih will be different-but who knows....
yes it was but again seems odd a vitual company with a non existent ceo with no assets could run a scam for as long as srge did without help from someone.....and for me all roads lead back to bgl and msj.....
