Dang, what happened. I thought some logical conversation was going on. I have been in and out of ANDI several times and got back in last week and this week. I think things are looking good and was just offering scenarios of where all the shares are coming from so cheaply.
Not trying to confuse. Just saying that this could be shares that were given away several years ago. And no I am not suggesting that they are using shares to pay for anything at this point.
I do not know. You asked who would be selling and I think it could be someone who acquired these shares a while ago that is not an investor and was in need of cash. Many companies use shares to pay for services rendered. This is just my guess. Or it is one of the investors on this board that own a whole bunch and needed to cash out for whatever reason.
There are nearly a billion shares out there. Who is selling is a good question. But with this many outstanding shares it could be someone that was given these shares for services rendered last year. Remember, 9 mil shares is only $18000.
Who's going to cave in first. Are bids going to go up and buy on the as k or are the asks going to drop and fill the bids. This will tell us a lot.
How do you come to that conclusion? I did not read it like that at all.
It is not a merger. The CEO of ISIM has been invited to sit on the B of D for this company. Many CEO's are on boards and the businesses have nothing to do with each other. Or it could be the beginning of something big. We just do not know yet.
Hey man, congratulations. I had this one in my watch but did not jump. Think about cashing out with your 40% gain.
Yep, other peoples impatience needs to be used to your advantage. I see it every day. People expect to double their money daily and when that does not happen or they lose a few bucks they walk away to the next sure thing.
I was just kidding. I actually re-entered during that craziness. I had a bid sitting at 17 and was getting impatient and almost cancelled to hit the ask at 20. Looks like one of the longs needed to cash out of a few shares.
Ronshappy, is this the special Friday surprise you were alluding to earlier in the week?
OceanEagle1 were those your 52000 shares just dropped at .001?
Read before you react. ISIM is not named in the suit. A former business that merged with them a while ago is. ISIM is in no danger from this.
The financials released last week stated that they were going to raise money by issuing shares. I do not remember the exact dollar amount though. As far as share price, volume does not equal higher price. We are at a point where buyers and sellers have found a price that for their interests suits them both. The range today is .009 to .0014 that is a pretty big gap.
They are big buyers as well. I think that they purchase a lot as well as working the short angle. They make there money when shareholders sell out of frustration and impatience.
Sellers could be frustrated people who are accepting losses to free up cash for other opportunities. It could be the company is diluting or has given shares to people for services rendered and they are unloading them. there are buyers at this level but it seems that there is a buying resistance at .0013.
It is not going to go up just because it has high volume. It will go up when people stop selling so willingly at a low price. There has been a lot of shares traded, but if you have watched the bids dry up when we get to .0012.
It was bought by someone from someone. It is both a buy and sell.
I want it to go up, but need another day for my cash to clear up and buy more at these levels. I would love to pick up some at .001.
Listen, I am not into conspiracies. But, I am fairly certain that this stock with low float and super low price is being subjected to someone who has money that is able to throw it at both ends, (short and long). I believe that people are panic selling and playing right into this persons hand.
Don't put so much effort into the chart. I bet half the people who own this stock do not know what the business plan is. Honestly with the relatively small public float and super low price this thing can easily be manipulated by one person with a spare $50000. If you watch the ask sizes, they are fluctuating so severely that someone is not even trying to hide the manipulation. You need to watch closely and try to not make all of your money back at one time. Since people are going to pick this thing up at .0009 then you better be ready to unload before they do. This is more psychology than business. Someone has a reason for doing what they are doing and it is on us to figure it out.
Buying is going to have to pick up big time for this to go anywhere. I still think it is a good buy at this level, but am afraid it is going to take some news to get this thing really moving.
Got a buyer for 500. Who buys 500 shares of this. That is a .70c commitment.
10 million share got dumped at .0011
I get it. This is not easy or for the faint of heart. These things go up and down for no reason at all. Most are not traded because of business reasons, but because of chart plays. Reading these message boards can be very unhelpful too. With the constant MERGER and GOING UP talk from a few things start to look tempting. I have found that these are usually people who are looking to drive the price up a few points and then sell leaving you in at a high price. Good luck to you. For what it is worth, at this point you may as well let your 52000 shares ride. Good luck to you.
OceanEagle1, you may want to seriously consider not trading if a loss of $70 is this bad for you. No one likes losses, but in the pinks you have to be ready to lose once in a while.
The honest responses I have gotten from you and another poster have been refreshing. This type of trading is not for the meek, I will continue with my research and if you have any facts I would love to see them in your continued posts.
I love your enthusiasm, although as I have followed it has scared me off a few times. That is my one of my problems with this stock. The only people talking about it are the shareholders who have confirmed that they own million+ shares. Someone sells every time it gets to .0028 and I am beginning to believe it is one of the supposed longs taking profit and waiting for it to fall again and repurchase, etc. I will agree though that it is worth the purchase of a million or two shares soon, although the second it touches .0027-.0028 range I will be out again. I hope that it goes through th e roof for you if you are a true believer and long in ANDI.
What is coming Friday? Doesn't this happen every week? Someone claims something is going to happen big. I still think that there is some play in this stock and might put some money back in it, but just because I think it will get back to .0028 before it inevitably comes back down. Share your knowledge if you have it and it would benefit you and the other guys who are large shareholders now.
I have traded this stock few times for a little profit here and there and would love to find a reason to stick it out. There is no doubt that this could be a profitable company, but my concern is the nearly 1 billion shares floating around. It seems to continually fall back onto the .002 level and move a little up on news and then immediately fall after profit taking. I keep reading all the posts from the same few people claiming that this stock is poised to fly to the moon, and want to believe.
L2 strange how?
ronshappy, I would like to know what you mean. What do you mean things are not as they seem?
