Oustanding shares went from 130 M to 135 M from Q2 2008 to Q2 2009. That small growth in O/S shares doesn't bother me. Is that what you are referring to as dilution?

Let's see what the total outstanding shares are when the company reports.

It appears to me that this hype coupled with excessive trading volume indicates that the Co. is dumping shares on the market. While dilution can be a price killer the Co. may need the capital for expansion. Only the insiders know the answer.

Looks like we are going to fill the gap formed 10/13/09. Perhaps we will bounce after that.

I placed a buy order for 25,000 shares about 3:55 PM today at a price of $0.1025 and it did not execute. For some unknown reason my trades on VTSI have been slow to execute. Anyone else experiencing slow trades on this stock?

Slow trade execution -- A poster posted recently about his/her order that was not timely executed. Today I sumitted a buy at 4:57 PM at .093 when the low ask was .0929. It did not immediately trade but partially traded after a minute at .09. After the bell I got a form t trade at .0929. Peculiar.

This has been moving on air. It could reach .10 soon.

My guess is .093

The close action was me buying in, partially. See you'll tomorrow.

I am still here as well. I don't see any current benefit in pumping or trashing this stock. These dips are great buying opportunities. This is a longterm play with some trading benefits along the way. BTW, Bernie may have gotten COPI the A T & T deal. It appears to me that management doesn't promote the COPI stock because they are not trying to make short-term unsustainable gains. Hopefully management is more interested in the longterm objective of a profitable organization.
