100 percent only to Mark IMO the auditor doesn't owe shareholders anything Mark does. As president of a company everything that happens within your company falls on there shoulders not the employee. If the auditor sucks fire them and get another one that's what a boss does or CEO. When you have crappy service at a restaurant whose fault is it employee first then management talks to set employee after that it falls on the management if the employee continues to be crappy management fires them. It's management 101. This isn't the auditors fault they work for Mark. So unless Mark or MIKP lives in a dimension outside of our world. This is how it goes in any business in these here United States of America and across the world.

I see everyone has had about enough of Mark. I say let's just get that class action going if everyone's on board. I look at it this way why stress over things that you can't control and Mark and MIKP is definitely that. Since Mark can't seem to keep a deadline we as shareholders can keep a deadline. Not a threat I see this as just business. Let's set a reasonable date to file and find the best way to approach it and follow through. That's what you do when you have a real job. There's nothing to do with them. I just called etrade and they want except them because their OTC and he said it's extremely difficult to find any brokerage that will accept them. He said I can look online to find a transfer agent that may trade them for you. So basically there worthless and that's exactly why we received them in paper form because he knew we could never trade them. What a crook!

Yeah I would leave this one alone. If you have a spare hundred or 2 to play the lotto I would grab some as cheap as possible but to seriously invest would be a huge mistake as this has been on the Grey going on 2 years with no sign of revenue current or in the future. Mark has moved on to his other stock and isn't really paying this much attention anymore Imo of course. He may pull a miracle but I'm having more and more doubts as the months pass.

I've been through a suspension before and sadly this is it for fortitude. Unless they can absolutely prove without a doubt in the next few days that what they where saying was true this will go to the Greys and die just like every other suspended stock. It's over people believe me been there done that. It's not pretty! I believe Tom was selling as many shares as he could because he new he was going to be suspended eventually. When you see ceos coming out with PRs everyday watch out because no real Ceo or company has that much time.
