Great! Nothing on Avanza yet.
Avanza's custodian bank (Merrill) received the check last week (Wednesday I believe). When they have converted the check into money on their account they will transfer it to Avanza. When Avanza receives the money they will book it on each owners account the same day.
This is confirmed by Avanza customer service today. With a little luck this will happen in 1-2 days.
Yes, agree on that.
He didn't spend any 1000 hours. He read DD made by others. But it sounds good to say it because he think it gives him credit.
Are you guessing or have you confirmed that?
Are you trying to answer a question or a statement?
Yes agree, and the impression is for sure 99% false
I drop it here. You only embarrassing your self.
More than one in that dreaming club...
Yes and you were obviously dead wrong.
I think there is a point of time where the Company does not find it worthwhile anymore. If we do not get a go ahead from FN before end of June, it could be that they elect to skip FN and go directly for Oslo, especially if Oslo seems to be within reach without all the Nasdaq-fuzz and maybe already in Oct or Nov. I think it is like RD said, FN is probably in contact with Nasdaq in NY and to be honest, it feels like Nas is giving us the finger.
F-Shares. Still no information from Avanza.
Yes agree. The fact they have a pool in the stern with two 60 feet jumping towers is just ridiculous. And the funny part is that they look small when your of the boat. The running track on deck 3 was something like 670 meter long.
Yes they have and they are damn good. I could watch Youtube, check mail etc out in Caribien without any problem from all places on the Oasis Of the Seas.
Good. I just called Avanza and asked about any news regarding F. They haven't heard anything from their foreign custodian bank (ie Goldman Sachs or similar).
As I understand it the transfer chain is Siaf-Broadridge-AvanzaCustodianBank-Avanza. And the Custodian Bank can hold the money a looong time before the even commit they've got it...
Glad to see that you finally have come to the conclusion that the handling of F-shares is a failure that has put the company in even worse situation than before and certainly not became the positive boost as it was attended to be.
In my view it is extremly bad handled and the fact that the company had ONE YEAR to plan this action and still fail is just unbelievable!
The "slow to pay" is for sure not increasing the share price...
You can ask Carog. According to him it would be so much better answering with Thomas than with Peter.
Have we had any poll for the Dividend Policy?
My guess is (% of EPS)
For the year...
2015 - 1%
2016 - 2%
2017 - 4%
2018 - 8%
Congrats!
How do you know it's going to happen? Have you called OMX here in Stockholm and they said to you that it's all clear and we are just discussing the time plan...? It's not even public clear if they have applied yet.
Regarding The Conviction To Hold as someone linked to earlier.
I wonder if SIAF could be the same success as AVANZA. Take a look at this chart which goes back to 1992-11-12 when the PPS was about 7 SEK. Now the PPS is 335 SEK... It took about 10 years before the PPS really started to move up. I wonder how many that bought at around 1995 that still holds the share...?
Great Joe!
I must say I find your comments among the most funniest to read. Since it now looks like we all will receive money in a few days and you remove your target of $5.
May I ask what your new target is then? $6...?
I think you have to make up your mind of what you are talking about.
You said that "the dividend policy should come soon". And I comment on that and said that it will probably come on the last day of the second quarter = Jun30.
Now suddenly you are talking about dividends.
You have to understand that there is a BIG difference between "dividend" and "dividend policy".
Edit: Just saw that it was Emilez that wrote the first text...
Soon? I think it's fair to beleive that it will come on the Jun30. And I have no problem with that. It will be VERY interesting to see!
That's a good start.
I actually can't understand how many here gives him credit before he has delivered anything in this company. I've seen a lot of top managers that take credit for what other people under them create. Bertil is alone here, it's all on his shoulders. I'll give him a lot of credit after he has delivered.
They only had several years to plan and prepare this payment. Don't ask for to much... I for sure understand why they are not on a senior list!
Purchaser, relax. This is just information that Avanza has not got any information from Siaf yet, no complain. I just asked a question to Avanza and got this answer.
Thanks NJM. A bit difficult with translate on the phone...
Regarding F-shares. Has anybody got the money?
Answer from Avanza----------
Hej,
Jakob

Agree TF. The F-share will probably take a week or so before we see it on our accounts. The Divi-policy will be very interesting to see. And I really hope they come out with something serious as you say. Everything else than a cash dividend for 2015 will be a clear failure.
In september the Bond will be repaid and that one has become a very good investment. About +70%. Dollar-SEK made it better.
Regarding FN, I don't think they have applied.
Yes. We are getting close to what I always said. I'll be impressed and glad if they uplist on any list before year end.
Yes. And as I said before. Glad if they manage to uplist on any exchange by end of year.
When will you all understand that Bertil has a history from COOP and Vattenfall? Two of the most unagile companies you can ever think of. One is a cooperative company and the other is a state owned. Both with a heavy legacy of over administration. As I said before, a management title from one of those companies doesn't impress one second!
A yearly dividend gives the company much more freedom compared to a quarterly. And a yearly is much better/more than we have today.
Nice with Dividend policy before end of Q2.
You have to do some Google Translate on the RedEye site.
