I think there is a point of time where the Company does not find it worthwhile anymore. If we do not get a go ahead from FN before end of June, it could be that they elect to skip FN and go directly for Oslo, especially if Oslo seems to be within reach without all the Nasdaq-fuzz and maybe already in Oct or Nov. I think it is like RD said, FN is probably in contact with Nasdaq in NY and to be honest, it feels like Nas is giving us the finger.

On the 3/6 you said that FN will come soon and we will go to $20. Seems like you just turned 180 degrees...LOL

Six days ago I said to Emptyone that there is no evidence what so ever that they even applied for FN.
