And my apologies, sule99, for taking a stab at your typo. I see so much of it on these pages, sometimes it frustrates me...add a couple of beers after a long day and I took a whack at it. Transposing I for E is probably one of the most common typos out there for one that knows how to type properly and that's probably all the misspelling was, so again...I apologize.
Yes...it is true it has potential. Very big potential IF the tests are successful. But it's still a speculative buy...by definition.
Apparently the story with this security hasn't changed since the days of International Beryllium Corporation. History does repeat itself...especially when you control it.
Fundamentals...there are three reasons to put your money in the market....speculation, investment, and income. ACTC is way too rouge to be considered an investment. And income isn't even in the picture. And maybe one day you "well" learn how to spell.
"the timing of my tweet", eh? Hmmmm
Would one of you oil guys please elaborate on what this quote means..
." I am expecting more info next week as we have a workover rig available now so we shall see".
As I read it on the surface, I do not like it. Is he saying that one of the rigs that was worked over is now functional? And if so, now we shall see what? If there is really truly oil in the ground? I thought this was a given?
"I am expecting more info next week"...from who? Questus? Is he too busy golfing in Cabo on our tab to get off his ars and check his own fields? THIS is a businessman?
I also don't understand the acceptance of such ambiguous answers...when these emails are sent and responded to with such "clear as dishwater" answers, are you just nodding your head saying..."oh yea...that sounds great...doing a great job sir...keep up the good work"..?
That has good written all over it for soooo many reasons :) Betcha Phil would be drinkin some of that wine this morning if he didn't have to tend to his day job....
GOOD LUCK WINNOTLOSE! WISH I COULD DO THAT!
Without a doubt you are correct...they are crap...at times...at times, they are all crap. But I wonder if it's "them" or just the unpredictable nature of the pennies themselves. Yes, sometimes you see one saying buy, the other saying sell and the other saying hold. Tough part for them in pennies is either the pennies don't report, or the things they report are false. All depends on what the site is using for indicators I suppose. I like that deal on american bulls for instance that tells "what $100.00 did"...the picture becomes very clear there as to whether their indicators are any good for a given security. They put their money where their mouth is. But for sure...to rely on any ONE...religiously...is insane in the pennies...have to pool all of their TA and DD with yours and make the call...
Cheers, V63!
It ain't pretty, my friend. Something is definitely amiss...big drop, all the dd screams run like hell...no end in sight. A good pr and or some nice financials would be nice, but doesn't look like it happening. The slightest drop tomorrow and I am at 50% loss and am out. 50% is WAY more than I would ever give a blue chip before I bailed so I stayed with the ship as long as I can.
question is when WILL it reverse....after all it's fallen, it still managed to fall another 30% today from the previous and 75% since months start. Barcharts and american bulls shun it. stock scores says sentiment is (lowest I have ever seen on a stock). I have an investment in here, so it's against my interests to say so, but I would continue to sit on the sidelines and watch this thing drop for awhile longer. And it doesn't matter WHAT their financials look like...when there is no captain, the crew is all but AWOL.
Hi Surfer! Don't take it personal, my friend...didn't mean for that comment to look like a stab at anyone...just trying to make "light" of a situation that has us all on edge...you are wise to be careful about where you are going and what you are doing out there...if I were thinking about doing what you are thinking about doing, I would probably contact Wilmont or somebody close in and see what they say about you just "swinging by"...would be interesting what they have to say...I might just go ahead and ask myself :)
I am afraid I would have to concur also...would be nice to hear from some of those that were going to "visit"...haven't heard from or seen them since...kinda like a murder mystery novel, eh?
Thank you az...now I'm pickin up what you're throwin down~
Please explain, az...trend back to .03...I don't understand...it's been 01 for three days now? Just hoping I can learn something here...
short, medium and log term indicators seem to all say sell...stochastics says undersold at the moment, but macd indicates its going to stay that way or get worse...50 day seems to refuse to cross...due for a short bump, but I don't see any flags saying it's going to happen tomorrow or anything...then again, TA of a penny stock is akin to practicing brain surgery on a minnow. Brain or no brain, damn thing jumps when it wants to :)
28 days since last post
at a 52 week low
stochastics and RSI say its got room to fall
no P/R
MACD not budgin
barcharts says sell it...100%
stock scores says people hate it
only thing it's got going for it is that long term narrowing wedge...and if she breaks the wrong way oh crap...
Does ANYBODY have ANYTHING good to say about this dog? I would like to think it all has to do with the Fukushima fallout and it's still just temporarily faltering like most of the other nuclear securities, but the timeline of it's gradual descent doesn't jive with that theory...
Well, there is no arguing with facts...granted. But while this is true, it can be countered with Mark Twain's ideology... 'There are three kinds of lies: lies, damned lies, and statistics.' You can make anything you want look any way you want by manipulating statistics (and while I prefer FOX news I have to admit it's something they have a fondness for)but point being the bottom line is in the math...in life that means increasing the value on the right side of the equation...
disease - treatment=0 years
disease + treatment=(0+?) years
The nice thing about the "?" is it becomes a variable, and hopefully increases with manipulation of the treatment factor.
Stem cell research is the closest thing we have to the fountain of youth. Setbacks will stop it no more than Chernobyl stopped nuclear power. I wouldn't put my bank on this stock, but I do like sitting on some...it's kind of like incubating an egg that no one has ever seen or knows when it will hatch...but hatch it will and when it does....
Good Luck, Chopper and all!
OH yea...she's a bueat, Clarke...I'd say somebody better find a ceo pretty quick or we will all be waiting for the lifeboats. I think this ones screwed...

Could I ask how TDA restricted your purchase?
no crap! a wink down in the bat of an eye
I would think you would have to buy an awful large amount of shares to make that profitable and the volume doesn't really reflect that being the case...I have tried that game and buying at that low and selling at that high is albeit impossible...do you suppose?
And by the way, Phil...it almost seems that I was trying to put words in your mouth at times in that (blog?) :) I apologize if it appears that way...I was not.
All due respect, DH...I don't really think Phil is saying there is (any longer) a problem with FINRA at all...I think he is pointing the finger at impatience. And as I watch the bid/ask size and what is coming and going I cant help but believe his point is spot on. And, (by the way you will have to pardon me as I know NOTHING about this whole process we're going through really)you state "company who failed to make a profit" in reference to a company that has only been in existence less than a month? That seems to be asking alot. I will give you the fact that this "Frank" is at the helm...and history details his track record...and history repeats itself. And any investor worth his salt already knows this history and maybe that has a lot to do with why so many people throwing out on the ask every time it drives .001/share. But the price to me seems to have gone from stable to unstable...the earth shakes...and every day it seems that the more of the "unshures" are weeded out the longer and stronger the ask price gets. It was holders that raped this one the day it came available...not MM's...that was obvious...and it would appear that Phils claims it is holders that continue to keep this stock down seems logically valid. And I also cant help but feel (and please don't take this personally lady investors) that when the hens are weeded out and there is nothing but roosters left, and the fruition of filings and the new ticker come to be, that then there will be a very great increase in the value of this security. I don't know, dh...but I do know I will be in ...in the end...good or bad...hell or high water :)
Good and honest insight, Ron. Great advice for those that have not yet learned that point...I like the way you are willing to lay all cards on the table and share 100% of your knowledge to anyone, anywhere and anytime. You are a great asset to IHUB and I hope to see you on another board at another time. Heck...you may even become one of my technical indicators some day :)
Lots of great people in here...but it would appear class is dismissed. Good luck to all!
Last one out please shut off the lights~
Hi TomSawyer and thank you! I hope that somehow we do all get together and force some answers from these folks...I don't mind the loss so much as I can't stand just walking away from something without leaving a mark of my own :)
And the energy you trade,
He gets right on to the friction of the day.
WOOOOO HOOOOOOOO! Thanks, Philly! You too! Hope the price hold a little while for me on Friday...tried to get home in time yesterday to buy before the bell, but I was late! We are trading Friday aren't we?
HAPPY THANKSGIVING, ALL! DONT BURN THE MIGNONS, SLOWJAB!
I guess what I don't understand is why the sec would pull the rug out from under a company that hasn't filed this report since 1999 back when it was some kind of an aircraft company. Why. Why did it wait until the day a split was completed...over ten years later...to the day. Why. Over ten years without filing and then bam. Not only does the company looks like a scam for this, but the SEC doesn't look any less a scam. I don't buy it one bit. I can't help but feel something got screwed up here and it will be resolved, but don't know when or where or how. But still the whole damn thing just doesn't make sense...
How funny! I am at this time drinking some Brugal out of a fresh pineapple and smoking a Opus X Perfecxion No. 4 while I wait for my chicken to finish up in the Traeger. It's a good day...
OMG...and here come the Schleprocks...
Absolutely. That's all it was. And your philosophy on the buy on panic is classic Buffett, although he would never be caught dead trading a penny stock. Or who knows...maybe at night he's a junkfood junkie. I learned this morning. I learned that I should have taken some this morning and covered my investment...and maybe a little extra...and bought back on the inevitable panic sell off with my little extra, leaving a lot in the pile for when it (IMO)inevitably goes back up. At that point, nothing would have mattered as my investment was covered. There are a few aspects of splits I don't particularly like, but all in all it's not a tough play at all...but opposite Joshuas theory here...the only way to win...is to play. You cant score from the sidelines.
Google street view doesn't look very promising for that address either...
Thank you.
I'm not buying into it either...if this thing was going to crash out from under us it would have done so while our hands were tied...just went through it on cdma...immediately after the split the price spikes and BY THE NEXT DAY the price back to original. This has been holding high and tight for days now...and the minute it's back in the public trading she drops...either someone is trying to spook us as been mentioned (BOO!) or as also someone mentioned, there have been many sitting in here just waiting for an opportunity to get out and break even or lose minimal so of course they are going to jump ship...
If nothing else at least they don't think we're all asleep at the helm....
sent the following email to TDA:
In regards to my investment in GDHI (currently GDHID) which is in the process of doing a 1/10 split, it was recommended to me in the newswire to "Stockholders who hold their shares in street name with a broker are urged to immediately confirm with their broker that the broker is including their name on the list of beneficial owners being submitted to the transfer agent."
I am requesting confirmation for this request.
Sincerely,
And I got this response:

That's incredible, Philly...I can't wait to hear how that goes....and I will follow with the same call of my own...
