I'm guessing they got it but i dont know for sure. I hope GETH will address this in the "upcomming news" they spoke of.
Warrior Entertainment Co. Contact info...Conor is the PR rep for Warrior Ent. and Rigan Machado. He’s on West Coast time, 954-579-0411. He said to post his number again for anyone who has questions for Warrior.
GSML & Warrior Ent are to complete their transaction this week.
Dont get scared folks, we're supposed to be getting news from the CO "soon". The CO is negotiating financing for the CA plant and cant release financials just yet. So I expect to read something very positive in the near future!!!
He was vague about that question for legal reasons he said, but he implied that there is big news comming out soon that will answer that question along with other public consirns. I did refer him to IHUB to read the discussions from his investors, he said he'd keep keep an eye on here. So I'm hopeing for another Mon press release, i guess we'll see.
I should have explained better sorry. It is what I was told would be Net, Net from 3 plants and magic bright for one full year, So yes it is a projection. We are to keep our ears open also! He didn't say why though. My guess is more news soon.
Gethfan, I had a little extra time this evening so I did some investigating for you. After reviewing the financials I called and actually got the CEO, Gary. Mabey he remembered my number from the other day but anyway, I shared with him my analisis that I posted on here today and I was off a bit, but here's the real numbers.
There are 76,797,447 shares fully diluted; Net earnings are 7,214,534; and Loss carry forwards are 2,800,000; 400,000; 685,000 = total 11,099,534.
THAT IS .145 PER SHARE.
So after the 10-Q is filed and people arn't scared of the "E", we that own GETH stand to make a healty profit :)
I hope this helps
I agree, the prolonged sell off dosent leave us anywhere to go. The 3-5 cent comment could have been a scam to allow someone to absorb the average vol and pocket a lot of money. I may dump out and move on.
Here is the short answer BeerIsGood.
Each plant is to probuce ~ 10,700 barrels per ponth.
Current value p/ Barrel is $80.
Magic bright is to bring in revenue of 28 mil the first year and 40 mil the second.
So were looking at a simple calculation of 38.2 mil in rev for year 1 and a 50.2 mil in revenve for year 2. I figure 70 million shares fully diluted. So with thoes figures at a 10% profit margin were looking at .057 per share for year 1 and year 2 is .075. A 25% profit margin is .143 / .187.
Until they release finincials we will not have a solit % to calculate these numbers with. But I would expect the 25% is closer to reality then the 10. Now do keep in mind that this estimation is per plant...so with the opening of a second or third plant one would bump up the revenue at ~ 10 mil per plant. So lets say that there are 3 plants 2 years from now, we could be looking at .25-.35 per share.
Now these number contain a lot of specetulation, the price of oil, the profit margin and and shares fully diluted. But I think it gets across the idea.
I dont expect that I'm the only current owner that thinks its a good time to buy before the 10Q. It's undervalued currently and I'm going to try to pick up another 25% in the next two weeks with out killing the price.
1) in comparison it not that much $$
2) there isn't a thought on here that says the price will go down after the 10Q.
So the risk is low and the potential gain is huge. No brainer for me.
It's obvious to me that there is "gold in them thar hill". I've read that the Chinese purshased the smelter that USPR was using. Now that being said it would make sence to me that the same group could be intrested in the rest of the production chain. As I mentioned before USPR is quite capable of the $1+ range. Once the logistics are ironed out with the smelter changing hands, it should start climbing up, up ,up.
I agree, the price per share has pretty much hit as low as it will go. With the occasional seller as the exception, I would expect to see a buying trend over the next couple weeks until the 10-Q is filed and then it should pick up even more. With the opening of a plant state side in the near future, I would also expect to see a considerable jump average volume as GETHE becomes a more well known name and moves up from pennies to the $1 region. I'll be picking up more of GETHE for a while.

GETHE Is Reaching Milestones as Follows
NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - Sep 19, 2011) - Green EnviroTech Holdings Corp. (www.greenenvirotech.com) (OTCBB: GETHE) and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Green EnviroTech Corp., a waste plastics recovery, separation, cleaning, and recycling company, today released a statement from CEO and Chairman Gary M. De Laurentiis commenting on his positive outlook on the Company's progress.
"The company has made significant progress with Magic Bright, a plastic commodity broker based in Hong Kong which is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Green EnviroTech. In addition to providing the Company with a profitable, revenue generating subsidiary, this acquisition will also provide distribution outlets in Asia.
"Our next anticipated milestone is the opening of our plant in Riverbank, California. Once completed, the plant will process agricultural plastic film and produce sweet crude oil that would be sold through our contract with Agilyx. The City of Riverbank is offering employment grants and has introduced sources for State loans and CPCA bonds.
"Our planned Sheboygan, Wisconsin plant is our next area of focus. Once opened and operational, this plant will utilize our licensed technologies and will produce mainly recycled plastic, known as 'TPO,' along with sweet crude oil. The oil will be sold to Agilyx through its contract as per the Riverbank plant. The main plastic product, TPO, will be sold to Ravago who has entered into a letter of intent with the Company to process the recovered TPO from the plant and market it through their various sales channels. Again, this is a major milestone for the Company to be able to work with a global plastics company like Ravago (www.ravago.com)," stated CEO and Chairman Gary M. De Laurentiis.
GETHE will make best efforts to file its quarterly report with the Securities and Exchange Commission before the end of September.

I spoke with Gary D. this weekend, he said some news is comming very soon. I got lucky I guess, but from our conversation I believe GETH is moving in a good direction and the up comming news will address the 10Q issue. He was confused why Phil's contact info has not been working and he will send me working contact info for him that I will share ASAP. I'm looking for the PR, when someone finds it post it please.
GSML .006 Good Close. Someone should call Conor from Warrior Ent. He's a good source for veriving information. He's on west coast time (954-579-0411)
Has anyone called the PR Rep for Warrior? The number is on my post from yesterday. I'm Curious if anyone got the same impression as me.
This is a steal at these prices. I've reviewed the GETHE related web sites and the CEO has a life time of experience in this sector. With 1 plant in operation and 2 more ready to fire up this stock is ready to get on the elevator.....going up.
I have had to call in buys on GSML with Etrade and TDameritrade.
I've spoke with Conor from Warrior Ent, He's their PR contact and I've contacted GSML via E-Mail. I'm confidant that GSML is the real deal and after reviewing the financials I believe that by diversifing their intrests and aquiring consistant revenue this will allow the tax losses to hit the books as Price per share around .20-.30. They have the potential for me to consider them a long term CO.
False:
Warrior Entertainment Group is incorporated in Colorado but it is actually owned by Imperial Group Holdings out of Naperville, IL. You can search Colorado SOS here for Warrior Entertainment Group and see yourself:

True:
IGH was simply a service provider who filed the forms on behalf of the CO. This is often done in lew of hiring an attorney. When they moved from NV to CO a question on the paperwork was “what is the name and address of the original incorparator?” In the 08/2011 filing in CO. IGH is not on the paper work. Which is the current paperwork with the state.
Vort it seems that you do your homework so call Conor, he’s the PR rep for Warrior Ent and Rigan Machado. He’s on West Coast time, 954-579-0411. I appreciate your insight Vort, but I think you’d understand what I’m saying better if you talk to him yourself. I encourage anyone else that has questions concerning Warrior and its affiliations to call as well !

1) only about 4% of their total claims have surface mining rights
False, company retains 100% mining rights to the total concession (37,000 acres)
2) the gold seems very fragmented in placement
False, the intercept levels for Gold are extremely high, As per Dave Burney. The area that was drilled is only the tip of the iceberg.
3) if mining were to occur, someone would have to spend $50M+ to build facilities and infastructure to get anything rolling
Possibly, however $50m is small change for a large company.
4) this is hard rock, deep down mining, which will be expensive
Has he been in the area? Rock is no harder than anywhere else. Re the harper report, open mining is very viable given the concentrations of Gold ,Silver and Copper
5) I don't think you'll see a buyer here when someone with $50M to spend can buy something like Mayan Gold, an active producer with 1M inferred ounces of gold and facilities and workforce up and running.
Mayan are up and running with 1m ounces, USPR have inferred 1m on the first 5 acres. Burney is talking about a possible $5b asset find
6) These claims look to be a massive land area with gold spotted in small areas and it's not feasible for 1 company to mine the whole thing.
Thankfully this guy is not running the large mining companies!! That's why he is on a message board !!
7) There are claims like this all over the world that go untouched because it makes no sense to get the gold, which is one of the reasons why gold is rare and valuable
The only thing you have said that makes sense, however if you bothered to do you're DD you would realise that this concession is centrally located in the the richest mining area in Mexico and there is a possibility that the source of of all these mines is the USPR concessions
8) This one seems to be maxed out unless a major wants to buy this whole thing for pennies on the dollar.
Please short or sell, lets do the math. on first 5 acres resource min of $300m, even with 50% extraction costs (which would be excessive) you are looking at $150m. Company value today is $30m. Still some way to go. That does not take into account the remainder of the 37,000 acres when Mr Burney states there are much higher concentrations of Gold, Silver and Copper.
) Not trying to bash, just was thinking of putting in, but nope. Anybody in should be well in the green at this point, so congrats...
You are bashing, or if your aren't bashing then you have not done you're dd and are talking form an uninformed point of view. Either way you are off the mark
it's looks to me that there in a quite period as alluded by the press releases, this is a common practice with investment bankers before a big event. With the tech they have and it's potential in a market with oil where it is, this is very under valued.
I recently found out that USPR is selling the mineral rights and property. I have not been able to find out for whom they would do this, but with who purchased the smelter it makes me wonder...hummm
Also with the propertys potential it should carry a premium.
My thought is get ready to make some money folks.
I'm glad I found some people that are interested in GSML too. I just spoke with the accounting co and GSML is planning on and is in process of correcting their standing with Pinksheets. There is a clear direction with management and I'm personally very excited about picking up Warrior. I met Rigan Machado a few years ago and he's a very driven person. With his history this could be very good income source for GSML. Just GOOGLE his name for more info.
