Here's a nice cdex SEC filings list of treasure losers with the SCAM. Some are triple losers, having lost millions. Some have stuck around clinging, hoping. 2017 will be the big one with the launch of the G4!
That news release was the last items publicly sold by the SCAM. Former employees have related that those units were cobbled together from the junk room. Of course this is a dead horse that's been beaten. It's even hard to find a picture of the Valimed. Unless you saved the pictures of the stuff poteet sold on Ebay.

Great five year old article about a device that is no longer available, built by a cdex team that no longer exists, led by an engineer no longer working at cdex. The CCT is gone, why? If it was so great why haven't thousands been sold? Maybe there was a problem, that the SCAMSTERS haven't told us about.

The only dots to be connected here about SCAM CDEX are the real ones investors can see. The SEC filings, the press release lies, the hard facts of bumfield failures, like Hanover[Elite taking bumfield, Terrell, and Coates for suckers at the loan-A-thon and then disappearing. What did you think of the failure of the G4 prop that bumfield sent to BD back in 2011? Did you hear the Stockradio interview of bumfield when he admitted that the G4 was a failure with the so called "Beta" units. bumfield also stated that they are actively seeking more suckers to fund their schemes.

Only the feeble minded would buy into the Coates connection to the CDEX SCAM. Just like the poteet connection, the Stevenson connection, the "great men" connection, the brilliant minds connection, the bumfield has a GED connection which makes him super smart, etc.. In fact the only results have been failure after documented failure. A legitimate company would have good working capital, good credit, needed products, sponsors out in the open willing to talk about their support for the company.
The Osprey deal smells like the bottom of the pond. In due time the pundits will move on and act like it never happened, just like Elite]Hanover and Hanover International. Sure, here's one you will recognize. I would be feeling a little better about the SCAM CDEX if they said they were anticipating and able to spend 15 million in 2015 on clinical trials of anything. But they're not. The risk factors for CDEX SCAM read the same year after year. Boiled down it's "if we don't get some more cash from suckers we'll disappear".
Year after year they come and then after they lose it, they go, that's worth rolling on the floor laughing about, especially after they've been shown the evidence. Just ask Robert Stewart, Michael White, Pete Mania, etc. the list is really to long.

Last year the subject of the "Firm" Hanover Elite run by Dodi Handy was all the rage by pundits here loudly proclaiming what wonderful things are in store for CDEX. Now bumfield gives 12 million shares to "Osprey" for similar "services". Many here spent considerable effort trying to convince the pundits of who and what Dodi Handy and Elite hangover was. It took bumfield, Terrell, and Coates to make fools out of themselves (wasn't hard for bumfield) at the NIBA loan-A-thon, not to mention blowing the better part of 10 grand (suckers) to show that it was all a SCAM on SCAMSTERS.
One of the things I found was that the "Firm" was run outa some rental in Florida, didn't seem to matter to some here. Well folks, those who ignore the past mistakes are destined to relive them until the truth finally sinks in.

I contacted the company and actually got a response from Dodi Handy. Of course she denied any involvement, but from my research anywhere she goes a pump is around the corner. That's nice, however some simple homework might change your mind. Like how many products does CDEX actually have for sale? Is there a demand for said products? How many products has CDEX sold in the past 15 years? Where has all the investment monies gone in the last five years? Why did the company go bankrupt? What is the history and experience of the company's officers? How many employees does this company have? What is it's infrastucture? What facilities does it have? Etc., Etc..
Look at the end of the day I think everybody here would agree that conceptually the product and model, works and can work.
Oh and not everyone here agrees that anything that they have ever tried to hawk on the streets comes even close to working. Have you seen the methgun? The Valimed line of boat anchors? And as far as the G4, nothing but a, as you say "conceptual" prop. A "product" that no one has seen in working commercial form.

There's no doubt that "jeffy" can drink, likes the vino. But for getting things going he likes to drive things into bankruptcy. His recent radio interview on "Stockradio" told us that the G4 failed to live up to expectations years ago. It's going to be tough to create profit from a failure.

Effective May 28, 2015, CDEX Inc. (the "Company") entered into a Consulting Advisory Services Agreement (the "Agreement") with Osprey Capital Advisors, LLC, a Florida limited liability company (the "Consultant").
You notice in the filing that the the "partners" are called Osprey Capital Advisors, LLC. But the web site they're called Osprey Advisors. Could it be that in confusion there is profit? Those Osprey do seem to get around the money lending business. Small sample below...
