SCAM CDEX and the SEC

The SEC isn't interested in companies that tell fools right up front that their actually results might differ from the BS they shovel to attract suckers with money. This is the part that Captain Spam never seemed to understand.

It took him losing over a period of 13 years before the light finally came on. We expect this and we have that, contracts, shows, doctor this guy and doctor that guy, and this machine does that, and excitement is beginning to build (among the SCAMSTERS) as the money comes in! Blah, blah, blah. The facts about SCAM CDEX are that no one wants the props, the CDEX SCAM has no, ZERO products, the SCAM and it's insiders have gone through 36 million dollars. Some investors will never get a clue.
