It will be interesting to see what the eventual court case outcome will be. If they get award I suspect people will take advantage of the promotion that will happen and people will dump their shares. If they don't get an award people will probably dump shares. Just my opinion based on my 100% stock picking record.
The latest pacer filings says the judge is taking CCGI's dimissal motion into advisement. Does anyone know what this means in legal terms. I am saying this because It has been the general consensus that they would settle right away??? I heard even a high profile lawyer friend said so.
I guess all we can do is wait 4 weeks until the next filing. Has anyone called the T/A????
In an SEC filing just three days after the fatal accident. "Tesla Said an Autopilot Crash Would Be 'Material' Before Elon Musk Said It Wasn't" What kind of an idiot is Elon Musk??? The same idiot that considered battery swapping as a solution for the long charging time. That sounds like something a promoter would say. I mean really.

Does anyone know if the CEO has a stake in the company? I know there are shares that are voting only, but does the CEO have a stake or is he working just for a salary. I am just trying to figure out what is the point of this being a publicly traded company rather than a private one.
TIA
Has anyone contacted the T/A?
Hyundai And U.S. Department Of Energy Extend Fuel Cell Vehicle Loan Partnership In Concert With New D.C.-Based Hydrogen Fueling Station
Hyundai is a fuel cell pioneer, along with Toyota and Honda. There are working on their second model. All car companies are making an BEV because there is a market for it. But they are preparing for the future at the same time. I think 2020 will be the tipping point. Mercedes is offering a 500 mile plugin Hybrid next year (which will also have a Fuel Cell version). How much public charging will this car need. It is like there is a conspiracy with the car manufacturers to make sure public charging is rarely used.
As always anunnaki's opinion.

I nearly fell off my chair when I read this.
Great Article.
Ecotricty is more inline with EVgo. All Level 3 chargers. The ones that the experts are telling us are needed to make EV's work. We know how great Evgo is doing. It also points out that the buildout has been subsidized by the gov't and auto manufacturers. Because there is little to no ROI on these things. The one thing that the article leaves out is how expensive Level 3 chargers are to maintain. They cost around 80k and they need special software and hardware to monitor the charge so that the batteries don't burn out with the extreme heat. Their transformers constantly need changing. $$$$$$$$$
Looks like we have a long 5 weeks to go before the filing. Everyone is trying to guess how low it will go. Some think it bottomed. But we've been through that road each time in for the 5's down. The 2's are here to stay. As soon as we get used to it we will be ready for the teens. 5 weeks is a long time. After the filing comes the court ruling in sept. The latest pacer filings says the judge is taking CCGI's dimissal motion into advisement. Not what many were expecting. If earnings aren't stellar as we are expecting, we could possibly break new lows.
Great article.
Is this the contract that the CEO said in PR they had a better than average chance of getting???? Did the CEO really say that? If he did I think he should issue an 8K to clear up if that was his opinion or did he have knowledge to that fact.
There is ZERO evidence there weren't part of the millions upon millions upon millions of shares the company issued to people that had ZERO faith in the company and sold. But there is evidence that millions upon millions upon millions of shares were sold and those people had ZERO faith in the company otherwise they wouldn't have sold so soon IMO.
I agree attaching a number value to a list of projects would be a good idea. But more important would be to break down the income with expenses. Payroll and that sort of thing. Because it doesn't matter how much you make, it matters how much you bring home. The profit on these small companies depends on how much money the CEO decides. Does he make 100k or 500k for an example. But this is a pinky POS so don't expect those sort of details. These are trading vehicles nothing more nothing less. If a person is looking for an investment , pinky land is not the place to be. IMO.
Who is arguing they used profits?????? I am merely stated they issued shares at .0008 yes .0008 to pay 16k with of debt. This is a freaked public traded company. If that isn't bad enough the recipients didn't care to hold on to it. Scary to say the least.
Why didn't the company just use 16k from the company profits. Rather than issue discounted shares at .0008 on the backs of shareholders. Only to have whoever those shares went to sell right away following dilution and fluff press releases????? If the persons/person be it insider or friend held on at least it would signify there was value. Why couldn't they of waited a year if so many good things were happening. But the way they dumped tells me the shares are worthless. That is the way I read it. There is no positive way to spin this IMO.16k is pocket change.
Right out of the gate ccgi was trying to dismiss the case. It appears they will fight tooth and nail to not pay a cent. That is the way I read it.
Let's see how long the 2's hold up. Six week the. Until the next filings. Of substantial revenue doesn't follow after all those great forward looking press releases, look for the teens. At that time we should check in with the t/a to track the dilution. after all this is the same company that issued stock at .0008 to pay down 16k. Why did the creditor sell the millions upon millions of shares right away? BTW stock is a companies current. It is basically the same as cash. Why would a big shot operation need to issue those shares if they had profits. Make no sense to me. All my opinion.
The counter suit is frivolous IMO. ccgi had a legitimate case. They believed that since they were in negotiations for all of 350 greens assets, they should have been given more time to negotiate the Chicago. They knew it was 't worth what ccgi was asking. I believe they were basing that on Florida law. However the judge used federal law so they lost that suit. But their suit was not frivolous so why should they pay anything. If they are forced to pay they will probably appeal it or just drag it out. I would be pissed if I were ccgi.
Great things happening this summer. It will be a pivotal point many have been waiting for. Some people will get rich or be well on their way. Although I doubt that will be in the cards for JNSH shareholders. Let's see if the next filing reflects all the fluff press releases the company made earlier in the year. As always in anunnaki's opinion.
I could never understand why a settlement would be such a big deal. It would be a one shot deal. Not like a product being proven and an endless stream of revenue being followed. Needless to say any settlement would not be close to millions and would probably take over a year. Ccgi would probably appeal the decision. The only true value of a settlement is the hype generated for flippers to flip shares IMO.
That is right, the same company that sold shares at .0008 on the backs of shareholders to raise 16k, to people/person who sold ASAP for what ever they could get. They didn't seem as optimistic as the flippers.
OTFLMAO.
LMAO, this is just confirming what I am saying, There is an overcapacity already. And the public chargers are rarely used...... And even with the best incentives the market share is among the 5 worst cities out of 25 cities. It ranks half the median average. You can't make this stuff up.
Looks like smart money is getting out. Will a new group of promoters show up in the teens to prop it back up or will we have a full slide to the trips????
Correct I have been mentioning the the EV monthly scoreboard for some time now. I also mentioned EV sales were down 6% from 2014. But why am I not surprised it once never discussed. Sort of like the networks usage. All we hear is it's going to be parabolic. But as we know nothing negative can be mentioned. Everything is spun as a good thing. Just as NRG pulling out of the charging business. Funny when I started following this POS 2.5 years ago I was told the charging network was the big kahuna. Remember Chicago was in a top ten city LMAO. See the little DOT on the bottom that says Chicago.
I was wondering what is happening with the million plus contract the company spoke about 3 months that they felt the had a better than average chance of getting.
Did the company have reason to believe it or was it an opinion adding to fluff up the PR?
If the company believed it as fact, were the dozens of companies bidding for the same project aware JNSH had a better than average chance?????? Maybe they would adjust their bid?????
I wonder how they would feel??????
