Actually according to plugshares thousands of chargers and JNSH's own documented super low usage, they is an over capacity. And if the newer cars get longer ranges that less public charging, look for an even more over capacity.
Yes not much has changed. The median market share went from .05% in 2014 up two tenths of a percent to .07%. Big difference. And according to the chart Chicago is a lagger. Maybe many people don't have their own parking to get chargers like most big cities. After all who in their right mind would own an electric car in a city and need to rely on public chargers that would require 3 to 4 hours. Even JNSH SHAREHOLDERS DON'T BUY THESE THINGS AND THEY HAVE GARAGES.
