Boy, another pointless crusade for you to carry on. Start now and leave.
Thanks

So what? look at Tejones
Likely a rig working on a frac job on their gas well in Bastrop, TX. (not TNOG's rig, it's a JV)
We are awaiting further information. When available it will be posted out here.
Nothing to document jlevonson, that was an opinion which I believe to be true but it is an opinion nonetheless.
Ah, the second member of the tag team makes an appearance. Now the board will be assailed with even more seemingly erudite commentary which basically neither confirms, clarifies or educates but mightily tries to obfuscate. yee haa!!
good point.
You could be right, accounting is not my area. However, that does not mean it's illegal.
You can in the oil biz as business is predicated on developing these 'assets' and future business is based on a degree of conjecture.
mthead... re your link to the Food fund for animals.. that is my home page and I use it daily. Good job
It's all in how one values potential assets. The initial report by Maupin alluded to up to 200 million in potential reserves if memory serves. Titan for better or worse chose to show a conservative multiple of this estimate as an asset and the current management chose to regard it differently and therefore adjusted it out. That is not to say that the asset(s) no longer exists. Maybe it does, maybe it doesn't, maybe it's less, maybe it's more. Time will tell.
Now if you think there are illegal activities going on pursue that venue. I do think though that your grounds and / or motivation would be viewed as highly suspect being that you are not a current -or- former shareholder. (as you have said)
I really don't see you doing much though as you have no basis for a suit and in disclosure your real agenda would have to come out for all to see and observe. I think we know what it is anyhow but that would cinch it.
That's about all I care to say about this though maybe others will offer an opinion.
Not unless you seek credibility and without credibility what would be the point of posting anything? You would be without merit, without substance and without respect. Actually, I think that is where you are at this time. Sorry.
It's like I menioned last week. Hiding behind an alias grants no one an immunity. An alias is not a separate entity under the law.
mel, I agree.
that's good. But it that be the case they will likely try again. Then again Yellowstone Park right in our own back yard houses a super volcano which could wipe out the whole country. Like the man said 'no one here gets out alive'.
that's a simile, not an accusation. English is such a nice language when one understands it.
I think we have all devoted way too much time to him. Something to do until there is finally some kind of news.
then you should be willing to provide documentation. Documentation = credibilty.
boy are you slow.
You could have contacted the SEC and posted nothing about it here.
As it were you evidently had some reason to mention your intent to contact the SEC with your issues.
Since you chose to indicate your intent then I would think you would want to have the action you claim to have taken to be validated by the readers on the board where you posted said intent.
Clearly this is not the route you have chosen so I think it would be fair to say that you may or may not have contacted the SEC with your concerns. Being unwilling, possibly unable, to document the contact throws a number of variables into the mix basically negating the point of you mentioning the whole thing in the first place.
Interesting but that is really just a web page and does not indicate whether or not an actual compliant has been filed. An actual case number is assigned upon contact and will look something like the one I submitted. ... File HO#######.
just the response id number thanks.
Actually, I've been there. The real issue is whether you are going to provide real validation to your statements. The answer to this point is a very obvious "no".
I'm sure everyone will be awaiting the results. You will of course post this data including your SEC contact and phone number and case number, which is assigned to every call or complaint. If you want some credibility you will now have a chance to show how much you have. Put up or shut up. Go get 'em jlo.
verifiable
No one attacked you personally either except to note that your credibility is highly suspect and who could argue that?
Anyhow.. off to do some meaningful work. Clearly this board is where you conduct business so I would expect to see a further string of unsupported, biased and slanderous meanderings from you when I check in later.
Back to that again are you? Always good to see a person complain prolifically about being a victim even as he attempts to do the same to others on a regular and ongoing basis.
Keep on typing.
dogface... The same? That's a crappy thing to say.
I get some too though I can't reply to them.
Bottom line.. It's time for TNOG to Put up so we can all Shut up.
then I imagine you understand the concept of 'criminal complaint', possibly the additional concept of 'corroborating evidence'. That's good because a man should know what he's getting into. I feel so much better now.
Now I really must go.
No, it was a statement and a request. Thanks for obliging and the bwaaaaa's and for everything you are willing to put in writing.
Rodney Crowell said 'the things you don't understand can reach up and bite your hand like a dog bone'. Bet that might hurt.
keep on typing.
I strongly agree with you slojon.
also note that the new management team almost immediately negated that 'asset'. Certainly no one, including myself, was happy about that but it may or may have not been a crime. Crime is determined to some degree by intent and intent is not a known variable at this point.
Have a fine weekend. I'll check in later to see what else of interest you may have posted.
Another threat. Keep on typing.
You know better and I guarantee so do I. By the way, isn't that a threat?
keep on typing. One more piece of data saved on the old harddrive (and backup tape)
slojon, people can make a big mistake in thinking they can say and do anything behind an alias. In truth that alias is merely an extension of the person who assumed it. The owner of the alias is 100% liable for anything said while hiding behind it. I'm comfortable with the position that most of us have adhered to. I have neither endorsed buy TNOG nor have I bashed anyone for their choices. That's as it should be and most of us have no liability.
There is no law that allows free range attack priviledges, especially for non shareholders.
Good. If Shareholders, including myself, incur any provable harm due to your constant bashing and rants I will personally file to have your alias and that of Mr Crow released so that I can pursue a suit against you both. This was already a strong possibility from several days back when a prospective shareholder said he chose not to get involved because of the torrent of negatives swirling around this issue. Keep on typing. I've saved every bit and byte, every nuance and every detail.
Hmmm.. did I ever mention what I do for a living?
why are you going to contact the SEC? You certainly have that right. This time write down the phone number and contact name.
