Wanting the pps to go back to .01 is a wet dream for some. The reality is it is at .03, even with all the billions in dilution and total non-revenue from all these fake deals.
I guess the proof will unfold.
I'm surprised the post didn't have the A/S total of 500 million as the benchmark from going from 106 million to 500 million in two months.
For those extra shares that are actually out there, let's see what EWSI has secured in terms of deals/revenue for those shares. I'm thinking those were shares well spent. Others will say those shares went for vacations, dinners, kid's tuition, lining of the pockets, ect.
Let's see who is right.
There is a difference in Float and Outstanding shares. The O/S is up to 332 million in March. The float in January may have been 106 million, can't remember, but the outstanding shares certainly were not.
Move it to 777 in tribute to the airliner.
I see we made it back to 3cents. What did it start the week at?
Will not get another update till the first week of April. Just had the latest update last week.
Back in December EWSI said they were going to monthly updates, which they have provided for the first three months of 2014 so far. Following through with what they pr'ed is something this company does on a regular basis.
You would have to look elsewhere for that type of manipulation, because the company sure isn't involved there.
So instead of manipulating a run up, EWSI is just going about its business, signing deals, and if someone wants to buy into work they are doing and creating, then so be it.
I actually appreciate the CEO being focused on the deals and not the pps. If that can't take care of itself, given what's going on, then so be that also.
I wouldn't necessarily consider THAT a waste byproduct.
Where are you pulling that figure out of?
Longs that want to drive the price down? I guess they want to add to their pile at discount prices. Maybe a Kmart special?
You mean not flippers, but actual investors?
I noticed the low volume. Not many folks wanting to add or sell. Any news afoot?
I would hate to be "that guy" Martie, always having to suck up and says things like I am a serious businessman trying to build a serious business. That's got to get old.
If I were him, that would be enough motivation for me to leave this place, and get to a better place, with a better view, and join the world of actual investors. That would be my goal. So those of you, and you know who you are, just keep it up. Your efforts will be to long's benefit.
Those two charts look to be fairly consistent. You must of doctored that 2/28 chart. Come on now, tell the truth.
Oh I forgot, all the funny stuff with the share structure has been going on in March.
That's probably the most honest reason out there.
Reaching, are we?
Looks like it wants to get back to 3 cents. Wonder if it will be allowed to?
I guess they wanted to sure that you didn't miss it.
Any long here should actually enjoy the opportunity to buy at these prices, if they have the extra cash. Let those bringing it down do all the posting and work, and just take advantage of their handiwork.
Of course, their hands might be a little dirty, so it could end up being their dirty work. But not to quibble, just add to your pile. That is, of course, if you are a long with ideas of where this is headed. If you have no idea, then I got nothing.
That caused a panic? Why?
They did post on their website yesterday that the float increase to 227 million shares as of 3/05, and the outstanding shares increased to 333 million shares. Is that dilution that freaked everyone out here?
Those figures represent an increase of roughly 40 million shares from February's total.
Just got back in today, what cause the panic here today?
And what's up with twenty of the same pr's from Blackrock?
As of Wednesday, March 5, 2014:
Issued and Outstanding Shares 332,519,930
Public Float 227,331,205
Looks like the float is nearly closer to 200 million than 300 million to me.
O/S 288 million. Float 188 million.
At the rate the O/S and float have been increasing, getting to 1 billion shares should take about ten years, give or take a year, or never, as the case may be.
Wonder if those audited financials will coincide with the 10K. What's the rush?
Again, we will know the updated monthly share count for March in a day or two.
The majority of the volume today was when it was going up. There were few 100k shares of selling that dropped it back down.
Makes you wonder how, or if, any pink stock ever gets anywhere other than stay the same or drop?
We will know in a day or two about dilution, or lack thereof.

Do you really need to ask that question down here?
What's your new tool's name?
Those selling in hopes of buying back in at lower prices are flippers not investors. If someone sees the value here, but sold that value, in hopes of buying that value back at a lower price, they really don't see the value here to begin with.
That strategy may or may not work. My advice, if you see the 35 cents pps and don't see value, then don't invest. Just don't engage in activities to try and bring the price down to where you do see value, because that is just a pure unadulterated attempt at manipulation. IMO.
If you don't see value here at this level, just move on.
I remember, looking like below .03 back in December, and then again, back in January, and for good measure, also back in February.
As we move along, I'm thinking the odds of this going northward of .03 is greater than the odds going southward of .03. And that even takes into consideration the level of manipulation in trying for the southward route. A doubling or tripling of the effort, might secure a southerly course, but if the company is left to plot it's own course, a northerly path is what is in store here.
It looks like the .03 pps is holding pretty strong as a bottom. I assume that some shorts come in at the bottom, just like some longs come in at the top.
As of exactly one month ago, 2/03, the float was 189 million shares, and the outstanding shares were 100 million more than that, give or take a few.
Let's see what the new figures, to come out this week, look like. My guess is they will be a little higher, and just one tiny "up," will suffice to accurately reflect the reality of the share structure.
This should be updated again next week, at the first of the month like they said they'd do.
As of Monday, February 3, 2014:
Issued and Outstanding Shares 287,639,993
Public Float 188,962,777
I've wonder the same thing. Maybe it's that the industry EWSI is in is not sexy enough. E-waste can't hold a candle to the pot stocks for instance in terms as pzazz, it just blows them away in terms of fundamentals.
On the flipside, others still can't believe it is still under .40.
To each his own, I guess.
That audit status on otcmarkets has been there for months now.
I'm assuming what the company is currently undertaking is a level of auditing that will qualify for the uplisting planned.
