It was the SEC that “truly walked the razor's edge with their response to the [Defendants’] motion.” Plus all the items in Klein's Rebuttal.
The people left off the list I'm sure is more interesting.
Aren't most all individuals private individuals?
Did you deliberately leave some names off the list, like the Hallin-plaintiffs?
There are more motions to come and very likely a settlement that the attackers would not be happy with.
SEC case is weak, very weak and a waste of taxpayers money.
What is the source of that information? The shareholders I've been in contact with are being patient with the BOD. The communication with the BOD has produced much hope.
So David Hallin and his crew.
What the Motion did was expose the weakness in the SEC case. The SEC should try to settle this and get what they can to avoid embarrassment in a trial.
Who are these so-called victims? The Hallin-plaintiffs?
Hallin hasn't fared too well.
Just trying to clarify, because your comment was on the predicted scoreboard: Blackburn 14 / Hallin 0.
Are you saying Hallin got a win today?

"Cause no proof have been presented other than a ironoc post [sic]"
Please explain how the post is ironic.
I'm not sure, but I believe Klein has the information on it.
Treaty management was never involved in a pump and dump, but there was at least one shareholder that pumped it up all the way to the Belize oil announcement. Then he promptly dumped. The SEC should be investigating that.
Yes, I already knew that would be said. That's why I posted:
Quote:
"So what did he say then?"
I could say what THEY said, but they would just be called liars, so there is no point.
I received the same information anyone could get by emailing them.
Like I previously said, they answer emails.

Quote:
"Where the heck are those delinquent SEC filings that Treaty keeps saying they will file for over 15 months now and over 7 months since the SEC suspension ???"
I guess sending an email to Chris or BOD member (which by the way, they do answer) is out of the question, so I guess all that's left is rhetorical questions.
Quote:
"Treaty presenting no opposition"
It's a little premature to say that. Treaty has almost 13 months to file a Motion.
If they do, it won't against current management.
"FINRA is unlikely to let it out of the Greys while the lawsuit is ongoing."
So you're saying there's a chance!
Why? It's in the greys because of filings, not the lawsuit.
So I assume that date could even be pushed back.
"Motions to Dismiss, Motions for Summary Judgment, or other dispositive motions due by 9/3/2016."
Wow! This case could drag on for a very long time!
Quote:
"Treaty has not even filed a motion to dismiss, so that won't be happening."
It's my understanding at least two more motions are expected in this case, so yes it could happen.
Quote:
"And you think Treaty can prove their position?"
The SEC filed the Complaint. I believe it's their job to prove their position.
The SEC will never be able to prove their contention that the Belize oil strike was fake. That is if the case isn't dismissed first, which seems very likely.
Quote:
"The Belize Petroleum Department has all 3 wells designated as dry holes with NO oil shows..."
And we're supposed to believe a corrupt Belize Government. LMFAO!
The geologist onsite said there was oil. Treaty tried, but just couldn't produce it. I remember one of the wells had oil, but there was too much water.
He already lost once in court against Treaty, in the fake BK.
Quote:
"A fraudulently obtained duplicate tile isn't valid to begin with."
Treaty would not have a duplicate title. A duplicate of Mack's title would still be in Mack's name. Treaty received a new title and it is valid. If Mack wanted to contest the validity, he could go to court and do that. He went to court against Arcadia Drilling, not Treaty.
Just because it's in the SEC Complaint, that doesn't make it true. The SEC would have to prove it and because there were 20 witnesses to the strike, it is highly unlikely they could.
The only way Mack's title is any good is if he gets the new title invalidated. Has he done that?
Quote:
"Treaty and Blackburn can't even afford Klein"
Klein isn't Treaty's attorney. At least not now. He very well may be for future litigation against the attackers though.
Quote:
"Have you looked at the list of witnesses the SEC has lined up?"
Too bad the SEC will never get to use them before the Complaint is dismissed!
Quote:
"That is only Henry Klein's claim and everyone knows he is incompetent."
The Hallin-plaintiffs have lost 13 times. I think the math greatly favors Henry Klein! LMFAO!
Quote:
"That is only Henry Klein's claim"
Because he received the information from the SEC in discovery.
