O2 Secure Wireless announced that the Company's subsidiary, Earthcom Service C por A, has secured its Corporate Offices in Santo Domingo.

According to a release, the new head office will be located in the National District.

The Company recently announced that its subsidiary, Earthcom Service C por A, has positioned itself to qualify for submittal of a bond offering in the Dominican Republic. The company expects to file the documentation for a $25 million bond offering. This Corporate Headquarter establishment was one of the necessary milestones required for completing the bond offering.

"This is a very significant landmark in our strategy to secure the bond offering. We are pleased with the location, and expect for this to mark an official beginning to our presence in the Santo Domingo Market," said Val Kazia, President, Earthcom Service.

O2 Secure Wireless is a Company that is currently developing wireless tower facilities in the U.S.

This is not the first company that had a corrupt (former) CEO.

The company has a product that is viable in this market. The future speaks loud and clear that there is a market for this product. Thank goodness for all no smoking signs. I hope that the world continues to ban smoking, this product will increase in value.

I have been watching for your posts. I find your posts are always intellengently written, most on here aren't, and to the point. I remember you posting that you had a large position and was just wondering your thoughts on this company. I beleive in this product or I wouldn't have invested to begin with. It seems as though NITE has the problem, am I off thinking that? NITE is shorting some other stocks I am watching too. Did NITE get caught with their hands too deep in the cookie jar? I understand that there were millions of shares dumped when everything went down, several weeks ago.

I beleive this product has promise. I can sympathize with all those that lost $$$$, I too lost, but again I still think this product will have a future if current leadership handles everything up & up. Right now, we have no way to know because of the block and assumed 'gag' on all PRs.

If NITE cannot get the shares they need in time, what will happen to all those using ST? If NITE is forced to buy at higher prices than they can afford, will ST suffer? Has anyone referred to their contracts with ST to find any special clause that allows ST hold them hostage? Is there a paragraph anywhere in the contract that states that ST has the authority not to release you (your account) so that you may seek another broker? Can you just imagine your bank telling you that they refuse to release your money to you when you go there to withdraw your funds because the bank has decided it is in your best interest that you stay with them? This sounds so ridiculous that ST can refuse to release your account.

I called ST, they said it will take 7-10 days to transfer to another broker.

If NITE trades ST clients' shares, will they be totally out of the picture on Tuesday? Do they represent another brokerage firm?

INDOTEL CID - Dominican Republic asks for the support of local broadcasting companies, manufacturers of production equipment, generation, transmission and reception device manufacturers, mobile or fixed, to implement the migration from analog to digital in the country.

The remark was made by the director Juan Antonio Delgado, during a show held at the Convention Center in Las Vegas by The National Association of Broadcasters NAB of the USA , where he announced the decision of the Dominican Republic to adopt the ATSC digital television standard.

Is there any news on FL? If the money Val was securing was for the DR towers, what is happening with the towers right here in FL? How are they being funded? How long does it take to get FDA approval? I thought companies worked for years trying to get FDA approval. How many other companies are doing the same thing? I know they have a patent on their product, however does any other company have a similar product(s)? Are you looking to be long or just to flip it?

Hello, just taking a look at this stock. Most posters here are only in it for a short time, take the profits and run. Doesn't anyone here feel that a long term investment with this kind of medical breakthrough, could be so profitable? Why the rush in-and-out? Keep some for future, play with a little. It doesn't seem as though you have faith in their product or the company, which was just acquired but a larger fish.
