EYSM thoughts... IMO, EYSM is a solid start up company that had a management change not that long ago (if I recall correctly). The new CEO, aka "SG" as many refere, has had his work cut out for him. His efforts are to be commended. EYSM has made substantial headway and has been turning a profit for some time. Some will argue that SG is not offering solid numbers, but is releasing percentages. Being that this is a start up company (regardless of it's recent accelerated success) a positive gain in numbers or percentages is what it is; a profit! A company that turs a profit will prove a success. The result is we all make money, and that's what EVERYONE in this board is trying to do. The bashers are trying to get the price to drop and you to sell so they can buy your bad decision at a lower price. The cheerleaders have bought what they want and need the price to go up, then they sell and they make their money.
My advice to anyone investing in the penny land is to research the company (do your DD), buy at a price YOU are happy with. Then sell a a price you pre determine. Ignore the "hype" and the "doom and gloom" posts you see on these boards. Unless you take it for the entertainment value it is!
IMO, your money is safe with EYSM. Why? Because EYSM is growing and turning a profit, regardless of how big or small it is. EYSM is a company you will not make "fast" money with. Hold your stocks long! Either EYSM will be a household name in the years to come, or a big dog will buy them out. Either way, lots of money to be made by all who hold out.
Ask your self this: "Can I live without the money I invest in EYSM for the next 5 years?" If the answer is YES, then you are bound to make some money, and IMO, lots of money! The way things seem to be going, it most likely won't take 5 years.
Bottom line, get your advice from your DD. If you are still on the fence, ask someone you know and trust. The only thing I use these boards for are 1) intertainment, and 2) to find potential future investment opertunities based on performance, NOT on idle banter made by bashers or those that claim to have or hint to have knowledge from the inside. Make your own decision, be happy with it, don't invest money you can't live with out, sell at a predetermined price that's not at a loss and accounts for commissions, keep your emotions out of all of it because this is business!
Now let's make some money!!!
I dont know if 14c approval takes a lot of time or not. It is simply a statement confirming that the shareholder votes were not solicited, and were made voluntarily by the shareholder. It seems to me that this would be a routine form and should not take a long time. But I honestly have little knowledge with SEC red tape.
You are correct. My apologies for making a long story short. The SEC must approve the form 14c relating to the proxy pertaining to the split.
SWRF No, I don't. Last news stated there was a delay, but it would come as soon as the SEC approved the split.
EYSM is holding average despite the rather entertaining attempts made by some a month ago. Did rabbit season open? Is the bunny stuffed and on someone's wall?
Nice post. Should help get the price sub-penny. Then we can pick up the dropped baggage and take it to the bank! Do you think it will get below a buck before the 10:1 split?
Just saw it. Have not looked through it yet. Here ya go...
SNVP 10k
SNVP is back to the ball park it should be in. Wonder if there is any insider activity? Hope it is a sign that folks are loading up in anticipation of a great 10K and production news.
It's going to be a hat trick! Name Change, A/S Reduction and #'s out in the next few weeks. (imo) ....And for the final trick, let’s make the sweet bunny disappear!
It's Great news! I’m anxious to hear what the vault inventory actually turns out to be. Obviously there will be high value assets, but an actual value of the vault is what has my suspense. Regardless, I can tell you there will be a priceless chest of success and proven accomplishment for SWRF!!!
EYSM GREAT NEWS!!! This will make a grat foundation for the financial report in April. Talk about momentum!
Elysium Internet, Inc. DBA www.TheDirectory.com (PINKSHEETS: EYSM), an emerging leader in the Local Business Search market, today announced that March's revenue has surpassed that of February making it five months in a row of top-line revenue growth.
www.TheDirectory.com Founder and CEO Scott Gallagher commented, "We're very pleased to report to our shareholders that we will complete our fifth consecutive month of top-line revenue growth. March's revenue at this point has surpassed February by over 20% and climbing. Additionally, our client call volume is up over 100% sequentially as our rankings and sites continue to generate record appointment levels." Gallagher continued, "We officially launched our first local group buying discount program in the dental market last week and are experiencing very strong results. The initial campaign is scheduled to run until April 15th. The success of this campaign will play an important role for us as we expand our marketing efforts through our call center into the local dental industry during April."
Behind Medicine, Dental and Chiropractic are the second and third largest health professions. The market for dental care in the United States alone is estimated to be worth between $71 and $94 billion. According to the US census bureau there are more than 127,000 dentists practicing in the US, that compares to 37,400 Chiropractors and 8,726 Podiatrists.
SNVP is starting to show signs of life! We should see a green finish to the week!

EYSM elevator going up. Agreed. EYSM is a very transparent company. Thus our quotes need to be accurate in content and context. I believe Blue’s intentions are in the best interest of EYSM and those on the board. However, it did come across as if it applied to the current year. Enough said…. GO EYSM!!!
I don't see a trial membership option listed on the site.
You dont scare me. Holding EYSM for the long!
EYSM Quick and easy money often comes with a BIG risk. EYSM is a no-brainer imo! Unless you are scared to make some money

West Texas Intermediate (WTI) and other crude oil spot prices have risen about $15 per barrel since mid-February partly in response to the disruption of crude oil exports from Libya. Continuing unrest in Libya as well as other North African and Middle Eastern countries has led to the highest crude oil prices since 2008. As a result, EIA has raised its forecast for the average cost of crude oil to refiners to $105 per barrel in 2011, $14 higher than in the previous Outlook. However, EIA has raised its 2011 forecast for WTI by only $9 per barrel to $102 per barrel because of the projected continued price discount for this type of crude compared with other crudes. EIA projects a further small increase in crude oil prices in 2012, with the refiner acquisition cost for crude oil averaging $106 per barrel and WTI averaging $105 per barrel. EIA's forecast assumes U.S. real gross domestic product (GDP) grows 3.3 percent in 2011 and 2.8 percent in 2012, while world real GDP (weighted by oil consumption) grows by 3.8 percent and 3.7 percent in 2011 and 2012, respectively.

SNVP 23 Feb 2011 Press Release: Savoy Energy Corporation Lease Provides Access to Austin Chalk, Eagle Ford Shale and Buda Formations. Savoy Energy Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: SNVP) an independent oil and gas Company announces today the signing of a Letter of Intent to acquire a 215 acre lease in Central Texas. This lease has been identified as being within the "oil window" of the Eagle Ford Shale Formation and is contiguous to other acreage under contract.
Arthur B. Bertagnolli, Chief Executive Officer of Savoy Energy Corporation, states, "This acreage tract is a contiguous part of one of three separate units we are putting together for future development. The key factors presented by the geological data obtained are in-line with other successful EFS wells drilled, completed and produced in Central Texas and should mitigate the drilling risk involved. Although the Eagle Ford Shale formation is the primary area of focus, the Austin Chalk and Buda formations are also prevalent in this acreage. Successful development of these units will allow us to continue to use this model as we continue to grow."
