You also have to realize the small universe of people who see these PRs. Nobody has EVCA on a watch list, generally speaking. When they hit the scene with dealerships and such, then we get more people taking notice and jumping in. I would not be surprised if Eversull cranks up the PR machine soon and gets some media coverage, etc.
I am not sure you know what you are talking about. Read through basically every PR and SEC filing and see what companies state they will use their financing for. Same things.
This will not move until they execute, but unlike the folks who swoop in and swoop out of here with one line posts and bold predictions for which they are not held accountable for, many of us longs -- we know who we are -- realize that they have to set plans in motion and see them come to before they can execute in such a way that the PPS will move w/o some illegal pump and dump manipulating it.
They are apparently finsihing up some other deals -- not sure about what -- and will issue PRs when completed, as per IR. This is a journey, not a race. And these guys are at the right place at the right time.
This is a great deal. Soon enough, when they open dealerships, we'll be good to go!
Looks like we're headed to .02 again.
I have three separate orders in-- 500K each @3.00.
would love to see .03 today. not sure it can happen, BUT we are on the right track friends!
I would love that. Wish I had dough to put to this.
Tight spread. Lots of shares at .02. Should be interesting.
The Company is also looking at several smaller debt financing packages from other firms and financiers to help leverage the Company's need for funding and growth.
I agree. I have 1M set at $188 and just put 100K at $2.50.
We might be able to figure out roughly how much of the float we have through this little exercise.
Well, I placed one order and if it gets filled I will have $188 million less $5,000 commission.
I am in!! And I agree with your sentiment, OB!
Yes it should be.
Good point. There's no reason not to put all of my up.
I think we're looking at more like 5-10 million.
This sends a real message; the market makers play games every single day. We're not playing games though. We're just telling them and the "world" where we stand.
It is. And I think, if nothing else, it sends a message. Several of them. I am in. We'll have a million shares at least with limits at a buck and higher! LOL.
I am in as well. Going to offer up a few at a buck or so and a TON of shares MUCH higher. If you do this, be sure to look closely at your order before submitting!!
I will do it. Why don't we just all do $188.02.
Or maybe $2.50.
Seriously. I am willing to do it with a couple hundred thousand shares.
I wonder. It seems pretty much everybody knows about the official filings. Or maybe not. We can operate in a vacuum being so in tune with things as we are. Maybe getting the filing public will be enough. That said, I tend to agree... a little more meat tomorrow could do the trick. All I want is a sustainable bump, meaning higher lows. At least for now that's all I want.
Tomorrow should be a very interesting day. I hope the PR tells us something the SEC filings did not!
Last week. He said it's coming. Something about a fence being taken down and one of their car's out front. Who the heck knows?
Just another 5K? looks like it might be!
5,003. I like it.
No problem. I think the idea that it is intended as a "secondary" funding source on an "as-needed" basis.
Just got off of the phone with the guys at Auctus. They seem like nice guys. I would ask that you don't bombard them with phone calls. I feel like I asked good questions and, while they could not talk about EVCA specifically, they provided some color on how these deals work... the key points follow...
**Good for companies with liquidity. They can take advantage of this liquidity.
**This is intended for companies to use a "secondary source of financing." Auctus does "tie [a company's] hands." They are free to do other deals. It's there on an "as-needed" basis.
**They also said the chance is their for Auctus to lose money when a drawdown occurs and an opportunity to make money.
**They, obviously, only go with fully-reporting companies and ones whose business plan they like. They hope they will have a "long-term" relationship with EVCA.
Well, they're not showing their numbers now. You'd think everybody would have to be on the same page at the same time. No early adopters. No late comers.
Give it a rest. Please. This L2 thing also should help step the practice of disguising trade sizes, etc. Or curtail it a bit, at least.
I think this is good. Certainly prevents a lot of BS manipulation. I can wait for the stock to make a real move. Of course, I'd rather it happen TODAY, but I know the drill.
Somebody buy 198,900 shares. Slap that ask (that's a text from Toucan).
So, I guess the ask is not that thin.
LOL! Always good for some great insight and a laugh as well! I doubt we go much higher today. No worries, though. Nice seeing the actual numbers on L2.
I still have this feeling in the back of my mind that Old Biker IS Mack Sanders.
That's pretty interesting. I wonder if it's form/standard protocol. They need to do something because some of these cats have bastardized this and other otherwise legitimate stocks/companies. At the SEC website, there's a great form you can use to report perceived violations. Take it seriously. You are bound by the law if you file to acknowledge that you are being genuine. I have reported activity in the past, including on EVCA.
I have an NDA with Apple, but you don't hear me talking about that! LOL It's between Steve and I.
You know what happened here initially with all of the NDA garbage was a flat out pump and dump. Illegal, bottom line. And not only is it illegal, it's shameful. I don't live in a world where it's all relative. Sure, maybe ENRON is more important in the whole scheme of things, but you don't ignore "smaller" injustices and other people getting swindled on that basis.
That said, EVCA will rise, in due time, on its own merits. For what it's worth, without another pump, I don't see it happening today.
I hope the SEC watches board. I really do. Between the market makers who are on here and pumper and dumpers, it's a sad shame. But, as usual, Old Biker said it quite well. I think his post deserves a sticky.
BRA-VO! <EOM>
you can say that again. no shame.
I think he might have meant "deal" in a more general sense. But, yeah, you never know.
From IR on the Mitsu PR after I asked about how it works:
Right. Now that does not state no other financing. Just that they think this will work.
That would be good. I am not sure I believe it. Or maybe he's using a different a definition of "financing." I donnu. All I do know is that we never know, but it's all good! If that makes sense.
