I hope the SEC watches board. I really do. Between the market makers who are on here and pumper and dumpers, it's a sad shame. But, as usual, Old Biker said it quite well. I think his post deserves a sticky.

Be Careful and do your own DD

Now that we are over the quiet period and numerous PR's and other information is being released by EVCA, I have noticed that we have started acquiring lots of new names and some old names have come back on this board.

As a caution to all of the new users, please don't believe any "promises," claims of inside info, or out and out PUMP. Also don't let the bashers scare you.

Just remember, everyone on any message board has their own agenda, so rely on your own DD and research any comments, negative or positive.

The last time certain people came to this board and pumped it, the pps went from .011 to .11, then eventually back down to .017. So hopefully, this time, once the pps goes up and the pumpers leave again, by the time it settles back down to a solid bottom, that bottom will be substantially higher then it is right now.

Bottom line, IF you believe in the CONCEPT of the company, the OFFICERS in the company, or the PLANS the company has, then get in early on the dips and either sell before it starts dropping back down or bury the stock in the back of your mind and don't check the pps again for 3 to 6 months or longer. But again PLEASE conduct your own research and don't rely on comments made on this board or any others. Buying stock based on ONE PR, or filing, is just as risky as buying stock on the recommendation of a complete stranger you might meet walking down the sidewalk in NYC at 2 am.

With that being said, I freely admit I own a substantial number of shares, I have NEVER signed a NDA, I have NOT flipped any shares and plan on holding my shares for years to come.
