Posted this link late last night. Check out the pricing points and problems with some of SFIO's competitors products.

Do a little DD and you can find the answer to the second question. Probably just easier to conduct yourself in the manner in which you are.
Check out some of the reviews of our competitors. Pay close attention to those which require filling the cartridge manually with nic liquid and the results some experienced during use. Also pricing and shipping of their products.

Sunil, Great article. This is great for SFIO. Look at the pricing points for the NJOY ecig. $80 for a starter kit! SFIO $29. Have some faith in the leadership here folks regarding distribution contracts. SFIO could flood the market with starter kits and earn a huge share of cartridge and accessory business if done properly. Well worth the wait IMO.
Just sent an e-mail to TS discussing this very thing. I purchased a starter kit for a friend of mine who is a district manager for a large convenience store chain throughout the U.S. If she likes the product and thinks it will sell in her store she has agreed to send a request up the line to contact SFIO regarding selling the product in their stores. Will keep all updated on this development.

CANDOIT, great find! I would like to apologize for the way i questioned your post regarding PAY PAL yesterday. The way i did it was not called for.
Your link is from a blog dated over a year ago. That is like believing a post from IHUB.
Anyone notice the date on the blog post the link came from?
Jan. 2010
Wonder why I don't post too often? It's like amateur hour.
Haven't posted on this board in a long time (except to question a shorter last week). Been in since last October.
Having the product on QVC would be a great idea. But we all have to remember, E-Cigs are regulated as a tobacco product by the FDA. Therefore they have the same rules regarding advertising that real tobacco products have. Advertising is very difficult for the tobacco companies now. Hopefully some loop-holes can be found by the SFIO legal team to create better opportunities for this product to by heard about for years to come.
You got a link to that as well?
Do you have a link to prove that?
The Games. Love the form T.
Appears to be a little battle between those who want to short this and the longs who want to make the shorts pay. Would say the skilled shorters had their way from the .50's to the .20's. Fun games to watch.
Now that should be easy DD to offer up and post with links.
That I can agree with totally.
Well then. Aint that convenient?
Not a contest. Just wish folks would provide solid and variable information when they make statements such as the one you made yesterday. Not too much to ask is it?
Hosey, you stated yesterday that there are several examples of Q stocks going backwards after having their Q removed. I asked you if you had any examples of any. Spymaster gave one and his example was quickly refuted. Still waiting on yours.
For this reason is why Spymaster3's comparison to another stock is so misleading. Qsgiq is a lone public player in this sector of IT equipment sales, service, recycling, and refurbishment. Not one of many public companies in the food processing sector.
Do you have a list of these stocks you speak of that perform so poorly after the Q COMES OFF?
I would like to take a shot at this one.
The 190 MM shares can be sold.
My view of this is two fold. The first is after the RM Krusecom will have 6 months to gauge their performance in the market space they are in. If they are performing as good as they plan to they don't need to dump the shares at a high rate, if at all. If demand for the shares is solid, it might be wise of them to add some to the market after a certain share price is met to add more liquidity to current and future shareholders.
The second. If they do not perform as good as they plan than investors will have ample time to remove themselves from the investment before the introduction of those shares.
the 190 million shares can be sold at a rate of at least 10 million per quarter 6 months after the RM and other shares can be sold within 6 months, or possibly shorter. Only the 3.5 million shares to the attorney have a restriction of 1 year.
The six month period is something that I believe we as investors should be very happy with. This a sizable window for us to gauge the performance of them by and that is why i think this is a better looking play all the time.
Also, prior to placing those shares in the market, Krusecom would need to announce it's intentions if I am correct. If not perhaps someone could clarify this.
Whats worth more a quarter ounce of gold or a ton of ore? There's a black market for iron ore? My brain hurts thinking about how one can acquire enough ore to make it worth the risk. Here is the next theory I predict will come out. When iron has been mined out from the current mine and the crew is moving to the next mining area, the theory will be that Bob and his crew were kidnapped and held for a ransom for six corndogs and a case of lucky beer. And if the kidnappers don't get it they will take the last tanker of ore sitting in the harbor and sell it to the highest bidding bowling trophy manufacturer in Greenland.
The theories on this board are ridiculous.
MARK THIS POST
That is what is projected after the RM. Which has not happened yet. Which has to happen within the next 60 days. But you knew that. Next.
Read all the DS's and POR's in the I-Box. Also go to qsgiinc.com to read all the filings.
Check you history here folks, check your history
Just checked it out. It is there but there is no link to anything. Who knows who put it there or what it means.
It is for reasons such as that that very few BK's get to emerge with shares. Judges aren't going to allow companies to use shareholders as ATMs either, therefor the not allowing the newly issued shares to be put into the market until a year after the merger. Not allowing the shares to be placed in the market will allow investors ample time to judge if they want to stay in or get out. Also there has been some talk about the 425000 shares issued to creditors. For those creditors to receive all their money back they need to cash those shares in at a pps level of $9+.
If that guy thinks that a BK judge is going to allow QSGIQ to emerge from BK with its shares intact and allow it to enter into a merger that will barely turn a profit, well what ever you were gonna say is most likely appropriate here to.
Totally agree. Those that sell small to knock it down are being rewarded right now. I think those that had no motivation to enter will do so after the merger is finalized with Krusecom fins made public. This will cause a major shift in confidence and the true market will take care of itself.
They want back in at a lower price to make more money. Unfortunately for everyone who understands this play their are 10 who don't and those are the ones those who
I do. IMO the judge is aware of QSGIQ's intention of merging with Krusecom. And if this has been the two parties intention going forward then they should have no problem making it happen within the 60 days. I feel the two merging is the only way the judge would allow them to exit BK with their shares intact and is basically putting both parties to the task.
I also wonder if the judge has any knowledge of the financial strength of Krusecom and incorporated this knowledge in his ruling. Also to agree to only allow 425000 shares to be issued to outstanding creditors is interesting as well.
The Q coming off is a start. IMO the ruling from the 21st has had time to get out to a large enough investor base that folks know. Removal of the Q is just a formality now. IMO the RM is the key in that everyone finds out what Krusecom is worth. If they have a strong bottom line things get significantly better. This is where patience pays off.
Will pose the question. Why does anyone feel the judge gave QSGIQ only 60 days to merge with another company?
I agree with your assessment as well. QSGIQ can move very quickly in both directions as we are seeing.
At this stage news is key in terms of posting of Krusecom fins and the RM date. Those 425000 shares that will be issued will have little effect if they are dumped into the market. As it was pointed out for those creditors to break even on those shares issued this stock will have to move above $9.
The judge and creditors were most likely aware of this fact as well when the judge ruled in favor of QSGIQ exiting BK.
For all those out there that did some DD, did you ever wonder why companies that emerge from BK with their shares intact eventually run up? It is because BK judges will not allow them to create a scenario which hurts current and future share holders. Also judges want to afford creditors the opportunity to get back the money they are owed.
Emerging BK companies are basically on probation and any scenario which a judge feels will lead them down a road which got them into BK in the first place will not be allowed nor will a judge allow them to use current share holders as ATM's.
That is why so many Q stocks never emerge from BK with shares intact; they have no viable plan to protect current or future share holders nor do they have a plan to give creditors an opportunity to collect on past debt.
Interesting, thanks for clearing that up..

They did more selling at a discounted price IMO. The thing I see as a result is it takes fewer shares bought to move this thing. When this thing goes it will be a crazy show to watch as folks will be buying multiple small blocks at higher levels every time they want more. Lots of orders only to be partially filled. Glad I am out of powder for this reason alone.
Wouldn't be surprised if ETMM sold those to himself.
Not solid enough for the next leg of investor to come in. When official PR from QSGI or Krusecom or both regarding the court decision is released things will change.
Sounds like that is a ways up the road. I guess we just have to wait to see what kind of value the two QSGIQ and Kruse have together after the RM to find out what IBM would have to pay for the new company vs what they would have to pay to settle in court or out of court.
Would it be better for IBM to just acquire QSGIQ before it gets to court? Kill two birds with one stone?
