i agree completely. Makes sense to get it all cleaned up before coming out with fundamental news on partners, commercialization.
MickeyV: I agree with all you stated. Will move up and down in a tight range until news of an alliance/partnership/marketing agreemeent.
i see it the same way. It is not speculation. They are real. They are a unique product that provides benefits to patients and to providers.......and can help lower overall cost of care. This is solid investment.
yes, agreed, and I have investments in some that I have seen significant gains. I believe in a diverse portfolio
haha, you make yourself very clear. I have been holding for 14 years. And have continued to buy and have bought as low as .006 and as high as 0.23. I believe in the platform and the system. And this latest clearance adds greatly to their first FDA clearance from about 2011. They are just ahead of the times and the times are now progressing to where it needs to be.
incorrect. The PR on the clearance was fine. The price dropped only due to profit taking.
is this so? Where did you obtain that information. I think it's incorrect. They were never in trouble with the SEC......they decided it waa too expensive at the time to keep up with the filings.
Agree completely. Next 10k will not move the PPS. It has to be news of co-marketing agreement or news of commercial partner. That will move it significantly.
Says LastOneStanding
there will be no 100 to 1 RS
ALRT system is perfect for the Berkshire, Amazon, JPMorgan vision on managing healthcare and lowering costs. They can make their own decisions and not have to rely on insurance reimbursement codes. So many better practices of care are not implemented because there is no reimbursement.
Vandalayind: I always enjoy and appreciate your objective introspection. Keep it going. thanks
agreed....IMO we'll see $0.30 plus by end of March
IMO the stop sign has no effect of the pps. It's all about waiting on news of business development and of companies or health organizations that show interest in using the ALRT platform. No news for quite a while. So we wait. When this news comes out the price will go up much more that after the FDA clearance announcement. IMO
thanks for your summary Buzz. I'm excited about commercial partners signing on as well as possible mergers. I think a RS would do considerable damage that would take several months to clear out.
thanks for your response
Wouldn't a RS bring on the end of the company. Usually a sign of desperation and the end game.
my opinion is we will see market reaction only after ALRT announces a co-marketing partner or a commercial customer. And that reaction will be significant. The potential is staggering given they are the only company with their comprehensive platform. And patent protected.
exactly, and this was no pump and dump. There was no pump. Just a single news release about the FDA clearance and notification that they would get back on line with SEC financial reports. And there was no dump. There would have to be a filing if Mr. Chan or his family sold any shares.
I've been buying this stock for 15 years. I recognized they were on to systems the healthcare really needs and I recognized they were years ahead of the times. Healthcare takes years to adopt change. I own more shares than likely all the posters here combined and I know the FDA, I know medical devices, health insurance industry and pharma. So disappointing there are a few on this board who are clearly being paid to disperse misinformation. 2018 will turn into a spectacular success for ALRT and for healthcare and patients with diabetes. I invest only in companies that are bringing good to humanity.
you miss the important points. equivalent in process but not in the data and what the data is used for. There is nothing close to ALRTs systems and ALRT also has use patents filed. Why do you hang around this message board when you despise this company so much.......what is your objective?
medical devices do not receive FDA approvals, they receive clearances. Drugs receive approvals.
Regarding comments about why no followup, why no news. i know this company is making significant progress but they don't put out news releases on every step. Once a co-marketing and a commercial partner that will be buying/using the platform, that's when news will come out and that will be very significant and IMO the share price will become very very sweet for the shareholders.
What you just stated is not true and all should ignore it. As I've tried to educate you previously. And there was no hype. Just a simple announcement.

IMO what is important is not the financials; not the data---it's getting current with their filings. I don't care what the financials show, it's the potential of their platform and systems that matters. Even if it shows they are $20 million in debt and have no revenue, that's to be expected given the years of research and development. They are looking at a market that is hundreds of $billions. Their system is new so the potential is difficult to project..........but it is staggering in size regardless. IMO
I don't think the PP was to happen unless the Chan's decide its needed. I thought it was planned as a contingency.
CVS bringing in ALRT would be a winner for both Aetna health insurance plan profits and for their pharmacy business. IMHO
agreed. or when they announce a co-marketing partner with a diabetes drug company or insulin company. Either could generate significant price increase. The co-marketing agreement would come before any buyout, most likely.
Big buy order...........500,000
I think it will be much sooner. Within 3 to 4 months I would expect some co-marketing or partnership announcements. IMO
Experts in this area say it's viable. Many have seen it and say it's about time we have this type of service.
well said Buzz!
can't understand why anyone who knows anything at all about this company would sell at these low prices. Must be market makers playing games. When the partnership news hits, and hopefully soon, it could go up to the .30 or above.....IMO.
I would expect they have already greased the skids and have found some clear pathways into other countries otherwise I wouldn't have expected them to be talking about launching in some select countries.
Hopefully they will send out clarification soon........and announce some partnering companies and at least one that will be a USER/BUYER of their platform.
Interesting. My view is it isn't even close to being forward. But my experience is not with penny stocks. Always Biotech, Pharma, Medical Device, and Healthcare Technology. And the ALRT price considering the services they are developing is crazy low. IMO, the issue with ALRT is their services/products are the first of kind...as such no one understands the value. They are not replacing anything........they are complementary. Whereas a new drug that is not even FDA approved may be deemed to have a sales potential of $500 million a year due to it's market category. And the company may not have ever had a single dollar of sales but the projected sales and earnings can generate $1 billion or more in market cap.
Good point. LOL. I don't expect the price to turn upward until there is news about a commercial partner or a diabetes supply or medication or insulin company that will be co-marketing.
Or one of the HealthInsurance companies or Govt sponsored healthcare in countries with single payer such as Canada signing on. Then I expect a steady strong surge upward. IMO we could see .25 by Thanksgiving and 1.00 plus by mid March. But, it all is predicated on some of the above developing. And given what I know about their web based platform, all the above should happen. Again, IMO.
Buzz, I think the float is far less than the 80 or 90 million. You have good contact with PS exhange. Could you find out how much of the float are registered shares, ie, in stock certificate form. I ask this because those in stock certificates are not yet available to be traded. thanks
haha, I'll take a million shares at .01
Wow, impressive. these tweets are clearly from health industry professionals. Wish some of them would join this board to help those who rant negatives will begin to understand.
Yes, the future is bright for ALRT and this diabetes management throughout the world needs this badly. Brilliant achievement by Mr. Chan.
true, only one time with the FDA announcement. But curious as to your comment about a long term before market demand credibility. is a long time equal to two or three months? It should be no longer than that. I've help build many companies. Consider how far along this company is. I would expect announcements of pharmacy chain and/or pharma or health insurance group agreements within 2 months at worst.
And the Smart big pharma may see to co-market. Possibly giving them a better share of MIND in the prescribing process. Especially as Pharmacists are being allow to prescribe.
