Okay, you were a tick faster than I lol.
Hey Don, I hope, everything is fine. What do you think about THJMW rejection regarding EC's motion. They came very fast, it's unusual for THJMW.
Greetings

I agree with you, Ilene, the public must know, what happens in the background. I agree with Don, that some items should be confidential, but this price rigging and the following theft must come to light. I can't be, that these processes are committed by a court and so, we must bring all information to the public, so they can't operate in the dark. AIMO. Do you remember about Bear Sterns? They only offered a higher price as the people started to make trouble and the press was called for attention of it.

My friend,
it's not just your country, it's the hole world with a corrupt financial system, which fails. Only to produce profit is not their job, they have to make the financial system working which means lend and invest money, but not in that way, they do. I'm very afraid about this development. It seems, that there are more crooks as we can believe. AIMO.

Very good, maybe we could organize to make clear, we won't let money go out for nothing nor we want to pay out crooks. AIMO.
We may discuss this with Don and Cat at the next skype conference.

They didn't speak only about one bank, maybe it a diversionary tactic, could make sense.
The big question is, who is milking whom, we JPMC or WG&M and A&M WMI? Find it out!
"Alvarez & Marsal LLC, the financial advisers, billed $12.6 million in November, bringing the total since September 2008 to $382.44 million. The fees for Weil Gotshal & Manges LLP, chief bankruptcy counsel, now total $254.58 million, including $8.74 million in November. Attorneys for the official creditors’ committee from Milbank Tweed Hadley & McCloy LLP have been paid $83.53 million, including $7.88 million in September.

Good Morning Don, good Morning fellows,
my opinion, they screw down prices until 8pm which means 2pm in EST and when German markets are closing, volume is going up. Did you see the low volume in NY? It's a joke. I think MMs are playing their games as every day.

Don,
very great news before Christmas time. So, we can celebrate a very blessed Christmas.
Thank you THJMW, thank you UIE, that's also our success.

Hi Cat,
yes, this showed, what a group of shareholers can move, we are a strong group. But one guy in the German board mentioned, what we can do by next step. His statement was very intersting. His opinion is, that, THJMW don't want to grant a second party beside the EC and so denied the motion of Daniel Hoffman, Though she could grant it. Our next step could be to file an alternative POR with incomplete valuation to force a valuation hearing. What do you think about this, could make sense. It require an additional payment, but if we could support the EC in their motion to valuate WMI correctly, we should do this.
GLTA and a happy 4th Advent.

Don,
our motion now MUST be to get the WMB stock, isn't it? If I were attorney and had to state before a judge, I would be better prepered. Was he good prepered, I think no. So let's forget this and focus our next goals for January, maybe we see a surprise on 23th of December.

Hey Catz, good guy, but once THJMW panned some low firms regarding their fees. It was on a 23th of December. Look this document, much.faster applied it on the German board http://www.delawaregrapevine.com/jan04stories/1-04%20walrath.htm

Hi at all,
I found this notice from 11/15/10:
SEC Revokes Registration Of Securities Of Colonial Bancgroup
11/15/2010
On November 15, 2010, an Administrative Law Judge issued an Initial Decision in Colonial Bancgroup Inc., Admin. Proc. 3-13967. Colonial Bancgroup Inc. (Colonial) is a bank holding company with securities registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) that had a subsidiary, Colonial Bank. The State of Alabama Banking Department closed Colonial Bank on August 14, 2009, and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation seized Colonial's assets. Colonial filed a petition under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Alabama on August 25, 2009. Colonial admitted that it had not filed annual and quarterly reports with the Commission as alleged in the Order Instituting Proceedings and that it wanted access to the investigative file for purposes of the bankruptcy proceeding. The Administrative Law Judge found that the Division of Enforcement's (Division) condition that Colonial sign a confidentiality agreement before reviewing the investigative file, parts of which had been obtained from other government agencies, was reasonable. The Initial Decision granted the Division's Motion for Summary Disposition and revoked the registration of each class of Colonial's registered securities, pursuant to Section 12(j) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.

Maybe Ilene or Cat could make an offer in court, we'll listening very intently.
Thanks Don for your summary. Seems to be a very interesting day on Friday.
Okay, so let's collect for this poor company and attorneys *lol*
Yes, the same opinion, I have. They failed and have to give back their fees.
What is your opinion about cancellation of WMB stock? May we ask bop and Daniel to object or to offer 1$ for this worthless stock?
- UNITED -
Not per share, the whole stock. It's worthless and so given away to FDIC. Big business.
We could try to set up a motion to acquire this stock for 1$, that was a hint of a German user. So, we could prevent the cancellation.
Don, my friend,
what is the item of your discussion. I read the Hoffman letter, excellent as usual.
But some postings were deleted without comment, so I can't see what's the content of it.
Regarding your question via PM, I can tell you, Stefan and I agree, if you can arrange, feel free to do that. Crooks are not only limited to our case, there are enough. IMHO, the whole PK trading ist a fraud.
@Jest, I can't PM and I won't open a full account here, 'cause I'm German-based so I'm posting most in the German communities. Yes, it was funny, that we had the same idea at the same time. I hope, you could arrange, what you mentioned with a 50/50 chance.
I think, we will have a great day on Friday, but as you stated @Don "Too many irons in the fire, makes it hard to brand the cow with the right one."
In German Rosen rhymes to Hosen which means in English trousers, it's funny *lol*.
If you want to discuss, you can contact me via Skype.

@Ilene, thanks for your support and your patience.
Unfortunately it was deleted, 'cause I didn't translate it to English. Background of this case with Spansion is, that the 1st POR was denied, but here the employees were fighting against BOD resp. management. Here, in WaMu's case, shareholders are affected, so, the chance the judge will rule in our legal sense, will be high. AIMO.

JP guilty or FDIC, OTS or who else? JPMC requested to approve WMBfsb as subsidiary of WMB, though it seems that it was a subsidiary of WMI. Can somebody explain? Guys, don't let this fraud remain unpunished.

And additional - GO UIEG! Yes!
Yes, that's true. I love it. I just got notice of the fact with WMB WMBfsb. Qashmane on the German board made an interesting analysis regarding an email sent to BOD by Peter Freilinger in his function as Senior Vice President of WaMu at 04/14/08. It seems that somebody is lying so-and-so regarding the item whose subsidiary WMBfsb is, but who lies? I will post this email (the öink), when it is available here. But read this on madblab http://madblab.com/post/tag/wmbfsb, very confusing.
