yeah, just annoying waiting until the last minute without a reason for why.
well, I guess it's "have a good weekend" folks! Relax knowing you've got a great "investment" about to happen and that although it hurts...we need to "wait".....wait wait wait wait.....and then extend the wait. ;)
ha! That was funny....the "some places" thing. :)
Ahhh...then I'm 0.764%....dang....I do want another 25k shares....just can't do it right now...and later I'll wonder why! :)
I'm sitting somewhere near 0.1093% of approved shares. :) If we were execs in a company, we'd have about the same... :)
Thx Chicken. So we're back to institutional buying as the great hope. :)
Did you get all the shares you wanted today?
Yeah that would be nice....also...they said the Buy back was still in effect with the previous $100k or so they had to spend on it....has it been used up?...now seems like a good time if it hasn't.
Promises and Results man....I agree IFSL needs to put up in the 10-k and 10-Q...but thusfar they've been hitting the ball out of the park over the last 6months. If the PPS doesn't move though...that's not entirely their fault and can be worked on. As long as they continue to show increases in revs and so on, the PPS will adjust in time.
I see a lot of shares sitting there JUST FOR YOU at 35 cents. :)
I think we have momentum moving to the upside....little by little until it's a lot by a lot. :)
Okay, I have a few thoughts on your comments. I'm pretty much in line with you but here's my opinion:
1) I disagree a little that volume isn't pointing higher based on pre-fins anticipation. If you look at volume between 11/18 and 2/14 and compare it to volume from 2/14 until now, I think it's roughly doubled or even more than that. Secondly, look at the candles that are being put into place since 2/14...they're considerably larger suggesting that a decision point is coming soon for the PPS..so interest or anticipation appears to be building steam, though admittedly less than I would like. However, considering we don't yet have a PR announcing the fins release, we're not doing too badly.
2) I think based off of the PPS that Yes, we're under the radar. But I think that with UPLISTING having recently occurred and the recent investor conference that was attended that we're not "truely under the radar". I think that when folks decide to let you/us know we're no longer under the radar, it will be too late for those sitting on the sidelines to get in at these cheap prices. This thing will explode! Consider other penny or sub-$1 stocks out there what their revs and potential new revs look like. I'd like to be right here with IFSL.
3) I think I understand what you meant by the Investor Presentation being a little too "overview-ish" for your liking. I would totally love to see more information at all points in time. However, consider that a few weeks/months ago that IFSL didn't want to forecast earnings because they're developing new business and are afraid of giving away secrets to the competition, this Presentation is a really DECENT crack at giving us some insight. In addition, how I would USE this presentation is to compare the revs generated with each business vertical and it's "overview on the presentation". That's sort of the proof of how to predict or estimate the potential revs from the other "generalized" business verticals. Basically, if they're being general but accruing gobbs of cash, and walking the walk, then I think it's safer to assume they'll continue that walk with those other verticals. In the end, I have more information and understanding about IFSL's practices than I had before BECAUSE of that presentation. Glass half full kind of guy? :)
Anyways...just some thoughts to consider....have a good one.
Now that we have all this new visibility with trading OTC:BB and the institutions paying attention now after the conference in March and that nice Investor Presentation on IFSL's website...I think it WILL pop...not if fins are good....they will be. :)
We are building momentum like a train from its starting platform....we're building speed and volume.....when this train gets moving, don't stand in the way....gonna bowl you over! :)
This is a Good Day Then! :)
Down from where?....a buck fifty to a buck and a quarter?!? :)
I know...but it's awesome for Chicken who wants to get in and others who've waited too long all already are getting a lucky break. Not to sound like a used car salesman....but I agree with you about how this could be a huge investment into years in order to explore the full potential of these current new verticals and all the verticals IFSL WILL set up in the future. THey're working hard IMHO.
Anyways...say goodbye to your poor current selves shareholders! We're ready to pop! :)
Thanks Ash for updating the intro...I will check it out a little more tonight!!
I wonder if that run up we saw back on Valentine's Day (?) was an institution? It happened before the Conference mentioned earlier today which around March 11th....so maybe just someone getting in after waiting for so long.
Yeah, I FINALLY feel like I know who and what I'm dealing with in regards to IFSL. I also understand a lot better how they're doing business and it's in knowing that that we can decide is IFSL is progressing well as an investment.
Another thing to consider here. Do you recall how IFSL doesn't want to project sales forecasts and describe their business verticals too much and so on is for the reason that they don't want to divulge their new business models to competitors etc...? Well, this Investor Presentation does give that sort of information away. But what does that tell you? It tells me they're already KNEE deep into establishing themselves in those new verticals (ie. Medical & Pharmaceutical) so that they feel less threatened now if their competitors try to step up into these arenas.
They also mentioned they have other verticals in mind. Now if these ventures already make many millions in revenue, what will the next few verticals bring? I won't even begin to talk valuation here. :)
Just a thought Ash, but is that link something that we could paste or post as a reference in the INTRO for IFSL on Ihub?
Oh, yes, sorry!>..I see what you mean now....good point! :)
Oh, did you get something I didn't? I only see the header slide for the Q&A but no actualy Q's and A's. If you see something there, could you forward us the link YOU used? Thx!!
ha! Well, I haven't checked out the radio piece, was hoping someone else would. I don't want to listen to it for X min and find out it's just a listing and IFSL was included ya know? I prefer that if someone mentions the radio thing that they also say where to look for it in terms of time-in on the cast or something else besides advertising a radio station. IMO.
Oh, good point! Yeah, it was in the 8-k filing but not embedded so it wasn't highlighted so you could just click. But here is what I cut and pasted into the URL from the filing and it downloaded that great PowerPoint presentation.

I just read IFSL's Investor Presentation and I AM IMPRESSED!!!
You ALL should go check it out...it really helps clarify many questions I had. Also, it makes me VERY EXCITED about IFSL's future. I think I'm really happy to hear how they want to get into the Medical and Prescription vertical as well. I now understand their "triage" relationship between Borrowers and Lenders. SO MUCH makes sense now.
What a great read! I also enjoyed the points they made in the graphs denoting the cost of healthcare rising, the mortgage defaults and the rise in the PayDay Loan industry relative to inflation and job pay increases (or lack thereof)....
In addition, this is just the "here and now and not so distant future"...but they have great plans going even further out.
Finally, some transparency that I have been CRAVING!!! This is the big ticket meal I've been waiting for. We are at the Mountain's Foot ladies and gentlemen...expect BIG things! No hype...go read...see for yourself. It's not just words too because they've already got the money to show for it...walking the talk and not just talking it. :)
Go $IFSL!
ahhh....must have been a glitch....now scottrade is back to 32 and 35 bid/ask. Well, perhaps a glitch? Or a look into the future? :)
Yes, here we go!!!
LOL....no sooner did I say that you'll be begging for the bid to be 35 cents, did the ask FLY to 60 cents! Unless of course my Scottrade is just messed up....but it's been showing me 60 cents for like 15 minutes now or so.
WO!!!!!!!!
Can anyone confirm this? mY scottrade account shows the Bid is 15 cents BUUUUTTTT the ask is 60 cents?????
Nice Find Ash!
Too funny...those who will not consider buying at the ask will in a very short time frame be begging that if only the bid could be as low as 35 cents again! :)
not for not...but I'm hoping we'll do just the opposite for ONCE! :) But if not, at least it will be to your advantage. :)
lol...no, should I be? :)
Actually, I kinda like the low rate of complaints relative to the number of sales (right IFSL? :) and also that they've CLOSED ALL complaints.
Ask (literally!) and you shall receive! :)
Thx whoever! I'll tip one back in your honor tonight! :)
Someone paint this green...It's St. Patty's Day! :)
A Trade A tRaDe!!!! Yes it's to the downside, but there's a pulse! :) hahaha
Happy St. Patty's Day to everyone!>....at least we have a good reason to drink! :)
Well, whatever folks are thinking, I believe one fact remains. We've uplisted and are now much more visible in the trading community. With amazing fins (which most of the PRs from IFSL indicate will happen), we should start seeing real investors and many more eyes popping at this undervalued stock. And that's that.
Well, at least the volume is to the buy side. :)
Yeah, I think I will gently disagree with you. Chicken is right, that last run was nice and I think big news like great Fins will do us good.
Also, lets not forget we're not the only ones on this board...I bet there are MANY MANY lurkers on this board that keep an eye on news and discussions without contributing themselves and getting involved. But I bet they are financially involved.
In addition, I can't see how "institutions" won't want to get involved with a company making millions per quarter that's still being rated like it's making hundreds of dollars. :)
This patience game is a toughee! We just need to keep reminding ourselves of the big picture stuff:
1) Just Uplisted
2) Had a ridiculously high earnings report for Q3
3) We're expecing Q4 to look even better
4) We're expecting Q1 to follow this trend of upward and beyond
5) IFSL has only JUST recently entered a $40 Billion Industry
6) They've hired a VP of Corporate Finance whom has contacts with big boy hedge funds: read as we're expecting some Institutional INvestment soon (also read as within 2 months)
7) etc...many good things.
I think it's tough for us because we try to micromanage the expectations instead of looking at it as investors and keeping a general eye on the general business. IFSL's done quite well without much of our help and we need to trust them to keep it up. Beyond that, and beyond "waiting", there isn't much else we can do.
Have a good night folks.
Ouch....I can't even begin to think about that. :)
