You're the only one rumbling about that. The rest of the organized crime unit we call our congress is only ever throwing shade on weed because the pharmaceutical companies pay them to do it. That's the only reason it won't get rescheduled off being a class 1 drug deemed to have no medical benefits like heroin and cocaine, but the Feds won't do anything. The people would revolt very hard
Lies
Haha if everyone apologized for that, we'd never get done reading about it
You're ok
Not sure of the exact date of the RS but 1/31 was 90 days from 11/1
Technically those MMs are always exchanging between themselves. They represent all of us traders.
But yes, this reeks of manipulation; but it's just a slingshot being pulled back and an opportunity to scavenge cheap shares from weak hands
Lol damn greasy, one more and you're on fire.
Good luck today. 1 hour to boom time brohammer
Well, some good DD on a stickey above might be an agreeable premonition to what you've just said. Nice having you aboard molson, I look forward to taking the ride with you
16 1/2 hours until boom time :)
Oh for sure. This thing has such a tight share structure, much smaller than other stocks with ten times the pps
No. You're able to cancel orders any time
I thought so
RSI shows pretty well over sold at this point
It's actually an acronym.
Pretty
Heavily
Overly
Optimistic
Extra
Yes this is bullshit
Is there anything substantial going on today?
Sounds about right
Outstanding shares - number of shares currently sold into the open market
TA - transfer agent
Market Cap - share price times outstanding shares
Also, BASF, BG, Adidas - there's a few OTC companies.
Your argument holds no water
Wrong again - NASDAQ has them listed; granted they are deficient and will be moved to the OTC soon, hasn't happened yet
Revenues are the basis for valuation. Gross profits are sales less cost of goods sold. COGS are the most expensive part of doing business. You're wrong again to say it means nothing.
If you extrapolate that revenue over 12 months it gets us to about 70
For the last time. Valuation is derived from revenue. $6M in revenue with a PE of 10 makes it worth $60M. For a reference point, the PE of the S&P500 is between 15-18 almost all the time.
Also, PE ratios under 15x earnings are considered value stocks.
We don't need 20 million a quarter. We need 1.5 million a quarter and we had 800k before January 15th
It's a $32million actual valuation with a PE of 10 based on actual earnings so far this quarter, assuming we replicate them each quarter. That's how you crudely do forward looking earnings.
10x forward earnings is standard valuation. Do you really think Exxon has a trillion dollars worth of assets?
Wow somebody got boned for a typo today, shares went through at like a penny and 3 ticks.
That's a bad day for one guy and a damn nice one for another
I dunno man, you might be a little rosy on that idea. I've seen CEOs from more reputable public companies make bigger claims and ultimately have nothing to back it up.
Not saying you're wrong at all, just trying to keep a modest perspective.
You'd figure he'd want to announce positive sales agreements immediately; why the wait?
If the debt was eliminated we would be over $1 again easily. But right now we can celebrate the reality of revenues outpacing debt obligations for the first time since the slide started.
There's no reason this can't stabilize and have a mid term outlook back near 20 cents
Yeah let's not forget the hanging man doji in the middle of the day today (look at the hourly chart), it's a tell tale reversal signal. So bear turns bull tomorrow if buying pressure continues
Could use a bull run here
It's looking that way
Wouldn't suck to see a share buyback
Nobody picked up on the office space reference there. Probably wasn't very funny anyway
Yeah this is a recovery story.
But one thing not to love about icld is the share price.
Good things come to those who wait... right?
PeneCloud?
Yeah you're reading it wrong. It's $7 :)
Agreed. Typically if a company is in a strong enough financial standing they won't need to accept such abhorrent debtor conditions
Volume seems to share that sentiment
I noticed an article in December quoting the CEO as "deeply disappointed in our current share price" and then mentioned restructuring or refinancing debt and "exploring the sale of non-core assets to eliminate some of this debt"
Sounds like Mark Munro (CEO) is hard at work on the right strategies.
They keep getting sales contracts, I think this thing is really over sold. The last market cap I saw was like 1.7M or something micro like that, I agree, it can't be right
I can only speak for myself. I'm not exactly made of money, I've thrown all I'm willing to throw at it or any investment regardless the speculative opinion. I can't afford to buy more, otherwise I definitely would because I anticipate some good PR garnering more interest and ultimately more buying pressure.
It's frustrating but we need a formal release before we can actually get annoyed. It's always quiet before the storm
Thank you for stating what I thought was obvious. Maybe I won't get pissed on for pointing out the text book manipulation I constantly see in every market
