Left out the P.S. A large volume buyer/receiver such as Bao may already have such a ocean volume rate package of the type mentioned in my earlier post. Obviously Bao having control of much more tonnage (from multiple origins to multiple destinations) would have more clout to negotiate the better deal.
Your guess is as good as mine, but no doubt Dillon has the expertize to do so. It would be nice to see Dillon negotiate a volume rate package betwen CWRN, Bao and an Ocean Carrier possessing a large fleet, that provides multiple incentive rates for different size ships along with different annual volume incentive tiers. A convenience rule would also be nice which provides that where a consignee can't take a Panamax then two Handymaxs' could be substituted in lieu of the Panamax at a rate level say in between the Panamax and Handymax.
If Bob did get a load out in December, though a PR wasn't issued (perhaps due to quiet period), it could be there was informational posts made on IHUB on which we just didn't connect the dots.

CWRN people- anybody like the name "St. Marfa"
Post 61998 - I think your're a little low on the .004 it is reasonable to believe the ship has departed- and not very often do you see a destination stated "TO ORDER"- sounds like a clamp for some reason.imho
Looks like Sapphire Princess is a cruise ship. To determine type ships go to portarrivals.com and click on "by vessel"
JWEZ - thanks go to you and Waggett for your time and effort. Your posts today have made me feel better about Tivus. I'm glad to hear they remain on track for good things.
As you today asked a poster to step back and consider things the way you see them, you might want to consider giving Tivus a similar break by recognizing you and I have not been on the front lines of company decisions, therefore, don't possess the full story. Having all the details it could just be that we would have made the similar decisions.
You also posted today that "making negative comments doesn't accomplish anything" with which I fully agree. It would be nice to see a more patient and considerate attitude from some.
Good luck to you.
Centaurs, you are absolutely correct. There obviously are some deceitful posters on this messageboard who will be attacking and distorting any meeting report. A couple of these messageboard deceivers are paid to issue their negative posts, and perhaps a couple are not dishonest but simply don't know as much as they think they do.
Good to hear! Thanks
A honest person would give them credit for having the cohones to go to Philly and face Tivus.
In addition to exaggerating what I posted, yours is the kind of post that does us longs no good. Before you stomp on Tivus' grave you might want to see if it is dead.
True, but would mention that as a former business owner I can vouch for the old adage that sometimes it's not the owner controlling the business, but the business controlling the owner. The point being that unforseen circumstances do arise and all a person can do is respond as best they can at that particular time.
If you are saying I've ever suggested averaging down you are mistaken (though sometimes it's a reasonable thing to do). With regard to my being being positive, I think I fall more into the patient, hopeful, don't jump to conclusions camp. I think that attitude better serves all longs, rather than posting negative comments about the company that drive current and prospective investors away. The statement Negative Nellies like to make that people never invest (or not invest) based on message board posting is certaintly not true. We longs should let those who are paid to drive away investors do their own job.
Obviously we all are disappointed, but the case on Tivus hasn't been closed yet. Perhaps the advertizing at Philly will be a big success and our troubles will disappear.
Hopefully we will be able to see the picture a little clearer tomorrow when we get a briefing on the meeting with SP. Host is completely in control of this matter and little or nothing will be divulged without their say so.
"rollos de lamina" - balls or rolls of scale? What is your translation? Also, is "rollos de lamina" coming inbound to Ensenada or is it to be shipped from Ensenada?
See post 65079. Smaller sized bulker.
Believe I gathered CWRN was in a quiet time from the following:
"All is fine, just working in news blackout for now" per post 24365
I hope by "large shipment" Bob was actually referring to a large order and that Ken Goh is there to handle the second part of it (the first half having been shipped). Since trucking was reported in Oct, in Nov, in Dec, and also Jan one would think that either Bob has already snuck a shipment out during the "quiet period" or that dock storage charges have mounted greatly.
I believe each MM will only show one listing for buy and one for sell. When HDSN sells his .0049's then he will start working at .005
Believe his order was placed with HDSN and HDSN is working on .0049 currently.
Comments on the LNET app.
"My own opinion is that this is ginger bread…. This does nothing to compete with us or any other IPTV Company. How much does the system cost, and how much can it make are the determining factors for hotel properties. Not a handheld app.
Just my opinion…"

"we don't plan on selling any for at least 24 months, and it won't be penny stocks at that time"
Could he be saying there will be no merger/IPO for at least 24 months? If so all I can say is that's fine with me.
Any idea at what price the waste ore is sold? Also, the commodity classification used when shipped via public carrier? Perhaps "chat"?
What is its name?
You are mistaken. See Waynecloud's post 63132 which provides an eyewitness account of trucking this year.
I inquired about the new website, and how the Beyondtv IPTV system compares to Tivus' system. His reply follows.
Don:
I have meetings all this week here, and there are many things going on, a website update will likely come after this week, as far as I can tell.
I Don’t Know Beyond, and couldn’t speak about their system… To-date, I am unaware of any of these so-called “ad-insertion Companies “who have the contractual rights to insert ads at the Q-tone level. To my knowledge, these Companies are circumventing broadcast TV, layering another channel over local ads. Illegal as far as I know… There will be Court in the future as these types of work around reach popularity and there is money involved. We, however, have contractual rights, and no worry of such a brew… Big difference. But again, I don’t Beyond specifically, as I am currently immersed in Advertising right now. But, We are focusing on the high end hotels… not mid-level…
I won’t give away much about our system’s bells and whistles, and we currently require an NDA for all demonstrations at properties.
Best regards,

Up to 63M now. If I had some dry powder I would pick up a few more shares but am getting ready to move to Branson soon and need to hold onto a few bucks.
True, but the "big changes" could also be very positive, with the Marriott ommission on the website being only temporary because of the website rearrangement. Regardless, the reply will not stop those trying to depress the pps from posting their messages of doom.
Reply from Steve.
I and my partner are in the middle of changing the website around. Big changes to include more sections and etc. Also adding more information on advertising….
Sorry to be so informal…. But I am working me tail off…. Doesn’t hurt a bit… lol.

Hi Steve,
Great to see revenue starting to come in. I am wondering why the Marriott brothers no longer listed on the Tivus website?
NEWS ! NEWS!
TiVUS' First Ad-Insertion Revenues Begin
Tivus (USOTC:TIVU)
Intraday Stock Chart
Today : Wednesday 18 January 2012
TiVUS, Inc. (OTCPK: TIVU) today announced that advertising on the Company's proprietary, satellite based, high-definition (HD) internet-protocol television (IPTV) with ad-insertion has begun generating revenues this month lending strong validation to the Company's novel hotel HD IPTV ad-insertion business model.
"Significantly, we believe current ad-revenue projections reveal TiVUS' first-of-its-kind HD IPTV with ad-insertion effectively renders video-on-demand income, already in decline for over a decade, immaterial," commented Shiva Prakash, TiVUS' chief executive officer.
"Today it is satisfying to report, however meager initially, our ad-revenues have begun at our inaugural Philadelphia installation. Moreover, at the current pace of ad-sales, I expect this installation to be fully-booked with advertisers and generating expected revenue, which we have always believed was attainable, by early in the second fiscal quarter.
"We believe strong advertiser demand is the ultimate third-party validation providing proof-positive TiVUS ad-insertion based business model is leading the way forward for the hospitality entertainment industry. As TiVUS IPTV with ad-insertion allows hotels to now migrate away from legacy video-on-demand systems, we believe migration of high-end properties to our system will begin gaining significant momentum.
"Our ad sales team has been working with eager local businesses for the past 6-weeks. During that time, advertisers have been filming commercials, placing ads, and taking advantage of unprecedented e-commerce opportunities. As a result, billing cycles for local advertisers has begun and invoicing has already been underway. Based on our success here in Philadelphia, we believe TiVUS has forever changed the way hotels fund, implement, and leverage in-room entertainment.
"I now expect to announce some well-known advertisers in the coming days and weeks, as I was just informed last night of new successes by our advertising sales team," Prakash concluded.

PS - You appear to have the dope on CWRN. What's causing the current hangup on selling/shipping?
This message board has become so negative it's hardly worth reading, and I hesitate to post anything because the negative Nellies will tear it apart. It's hard to imagine why any long would want to stomp on Tivus' grave before they are dead.
I had asked Steve about Philly and Omaha and his reply today follows:
"Thanks, yes, the ad sales are going nicely, great to have a partner like Marriott.
However, those are all material questions I get asked frequently, and the frustrating reality is… we wait. It is all we can do, and we must keep our head down and keep working….
I wish I could be more prognostic regarding these items, because I don’t like to sound as if I am a broken record. However, that is the current situation.
As to will good news come out, I believe that it most certainly will…

On 12-23-10 CWRN closed at .0030 on a volume of 76 million shares. Hopefully it will close above the .0030 level tomorrow.
Regardless the strategy being applied behind the scenes, it has been a disappointing year for the pps. Hope Mr Cotton does have that ace up his sleve and can play it soon to the benefit of the loyal shareholders.
jwez - thanks I will "lock up" my 5M by placing a high sell order.
As info, I have an account with Fidelity and last Friday when buying a few more Tivu's I asked the Fidelity agent to purchase those shares on a "cash" basis since I had read somewhere (perhaps on this board)that shares can't be borrowed if held in cash, but could be borrowed in held in margin. I also asked her to transfer the other shares I held in margin over to the cash basis. (I know they are able to easily switch the shares from cash to margin, or vice versa, because another agent told me they could and in fact did it for me once. Anyhow, the lady I talked to Friday put me on hold and came back a few minutes later and said, in a not so friendly way, that in order to transfer ny current shares from margin to cash she would have to cancel my current margin account and change it to a cash only account. She said she didn't understand why I was concerned about anyone borrowing my shares since the only party able to borrow them was Fidelity. That made me feel a lot better (ha ha)so I told her to just let the account stand as is. So Monday I will put in that sell order for any other stock I hold in margin.
Also, FWIW I transferred from Zecco to Fidelity a couple of months ago and I simply didn't ask Fidelity if they would take my penny stocks (which is all I had) and they never brought up the matter. I had no problem in going online and opening a Fidelity account and then having Fidelity transfer the Zecco account, all online. It was very easy and I didn't have to speak to anyone. I transferred the account on a Tuesday and I was up and running that Friday.
Believe this has been explained before. You might want to run through some past posts.
As info, Steve responds to the emails I have sent. He responded to my email on 11-30 as follows:
Don:
Thanks for the e-mail.
In reality, everyone is already up-to-date. We have completed our first install and are filing it with advertising. We still anticipate 2012 to be our growth year as we grow revenues through additional installations.
In short, we are executing our business plan, are on schedule according to our plan, and it appears that Mr. Prakash will be correct with his prediction of beginning to generate revenue before year's end.
Thanks for your interest, I hope this remains good news, and you should be seeing more updates shortly.
Best regards,
Steve Haag

Last I saw posted here a couple of days ago on O/S was about 783K and holding.
Good to hear! It could be if some of us actually knew what was happening behind the scenes we just might want to withdraw some posts.
If memory serves I believe someone previously posted that SH is in Philly putting together a Sales Team.
Good post Yellowdog
