This is about the time and scenario I unloaded my RGBP, 2 days before it ran to .07+ cents from these levels. 😂😂😂
I had an amazing run so far in other holdings, so it didn't hurt too bad, but it sure did sting some 😀. Mercy did I miss out.

NOT MISSING THE BIG RUN HERE! It's coming. I see pharma minimum 25 million for less. We have value of 25 million for the apnea drug alone! Sitting at a paltry Market Cap of 760,129. These shares today were steals!👍️

Just because it isn't discussed on our message board on IHUB, you can rest assured it is being discussed in Pharma boardrooms where it truly matters!

Investors will come from outside IHUB. After that AI generated information and the PR with the comment and designation "GROUND BREAKING, a REAL GAME CHANGER" was given to KRM-II-81 it turned up on many a radar!

BET ON IT!!!

Lots going on in the OTC. Sell low to buy high. Folks always searching for something else when they are already in a potential LIFE CHANGER!

May not be easy to get back into this Crown Jewel! All I can say, I did that with RGBP. I didn't sell to chase but I sold. Hadn't performed my DD thorough enough.

A few days later, from levels close to where RSPI is today, it went to .07+ cents.

Don't Underestimate the Value of Fridays Restructure

It represents confidence where this company is headed with their drug pipeline:

1) Management's desire to keep excess shares out of the market
2) Management anticipates paying these off within the year. The terms are very favorable.
3) A reason for this. The anticipation of impactful material event(s) on the way.
4) Anyone previously discounting the value of the company just had their eyes opened. If you were shorting the stock anticipating a major increase to the O/S on 1-31-2024 to cover and was wondering where they were, the recent restructure damped those expectations. Those are Not Happening!
5) Most importantly management and Ponto Ventures are busy growing a potential pharma juggernaut (investment(funding), partnering, or sale) on the way.

I added shares on this dip today. They are LOCKED away for safe keeping!👍️

Essentially

ResolutionRx(R&D focus only) and RespireRx have the same CEO and management.

First off, I am no expert with these types of transactions. The way I take this they were doing this specific for the sleep apnea drug to establish valuation and for funding the completion of the project. There were specific benefits etc. in Australia in the form of tax incentives etc. ResolutionRx Ltd (Australian Company Number a/k/a ACN 664 925 651) was formed in Australia on 11th January 2023 by RespireRx as an unlisted public company. The company was formed by RespireRX.

What I liked was: "which assumes 90% of a US$25 million maximum value for the net assets provided by RespireRx to ResolutionRx and is subject to adjustment downward, but not upward, based upon the result of the independent valuation." This is the value given TODAY. There is much more to this POSITIVE than meets the eye folks imho!

They placed a 25-million-dollar maximum value for essentially the IP/patent for the (sleep apnea drug alone). Easily why we see this as a vastly undervalued stock with a market cap in the 900,000 range for all the drugs.

Again, I am no expert, but I also see how $RSPI has been trading. Something POSITIVE and potentially BIG is coming imho.

I was reading the paragraphs and keyed in on the exact paragraph you are focused in on. I did this, before reading your messages. We are on the same page.

One of the three material events are going to happen: investment(funding), partnering, or sale. The current Market Cap and the position the company is in right now, makes $RSPI one of if not the most undervalued OTC Pharma stock out there today imho. Not by just a few million dollars either.

I have witnessed pharma's run from our current levels to pennies and silver in days.

When one of the 3 material events noted hits, even for just one drug, RespireRx will be discussing uplist to a higher exchange imho.

Even before any one of the 3 are announced I can see $RSPI begin to creep up based on what we know today. Two drugs alone are displaying positive results. It wouldn't surprise me one bit to see copper before any announcement. We have investors still accumulating. This could run out of the blue even on a day there is no news. It's a game of chicken. Folks are buying trying to avoid any massive uptick. Bottom line for some to get the positions they want. They are going to have to get aggressive and buy their way in on the ask, even if it takes it to .005 or even copper. I believe at those levels it will still be undervalued. imho

Uniqueness of Pharma

I would judge to say most of your stocks that break out of the OTC pink markets to larger exchanges are the pharma's that have life changing IP patented drugs. These are the game and life changers for investors and folks needing help.

RespireRx has documented game breaking results. Larger pharma is being made aware of these advancements. Ponto Ventures took on RespireRx for their potential in the pipeline. It's just a matter of time funding/partnerships start kicking in.

Larger pharma is anxiously looking for the next big drug. Sorry it doesn't get any bigger than "KRM-II-81 Totally Suppressed Epileptiform Activity in Brain Tissue Surgically Removed from Epileptic Patient".

The sleep apnea market is in desperate need of solutions. Now that the face masks are being attached to cancer the need grows even more.

Sleep Apnea and Epilepsy ground breaking drugs in their pipeline among many others.

Patents/IP worth 10's of millions+ today sitting at 1,110,959.

Already the case with how KRM-II drug helped the epilepsy patient.

In my opinion that was major huge. Definitely drew the attention of more eyes to the stock. It could very well have a delayed run because of that. However, there are those wanting their shares too. The recent small dilution is being gobbled up.

The powers that be that control this were not ready to move it. We will know when we have that 100+ million share day.

$RSPI has in place a truly undervalued patented/IP drug pipeline.

This will explode as either a delayed reaction to the sleep apnea and KRM-II drug or possibly when we get funding/partnership news.

Thats where Ponto Ventures comes in. They have been engaged since Mid December 2023.

 Regarding the sleep apnea machines, that is a bad deal. I know a couple folks that use the machines.

OTC has no patience anymore, especially with companies with meat. Bid sits will turn to ask slaps, just a waiting game. Would like to fast forward a little, and reap the fruits of our labor. $$$

have no patience. Just a few out there see the big picture. Honestly 95% of OTC pinks are scams. Pharma can attract investors interested in being on the ground floor of something special and have the right mindset and patience to take advantage of it. Constantly claiming NHMD is diluting. I have been listening to this stuff for the last 2 months. November 10 was the last recorded increase in O/S.

I watch this as many do with the TA daily. NOTHING.
