I was reading the paragraphs and keyed in on the exact paragraph you are focused in on. I did this, before reading your messages. We are on the same page.

One of the three material events are going to happen: investment(funding), partnering, or sale. The current Market Cap and the position the company is in right now, makes $RSPI one of if not the most undervalued OTC Pharma stock out there today imho. Not by just a few million dollars either.

I have witnessed pharma's run from our current levels to pennies and silver in days.

When one of the 3 material events noted hits, even for just one drug, RespireRx will be discussing uplist to a higher exchange imho.

Even before any one of the 3 are announced I can see $RSPI begin to creep up based on what we know today. Two drugs alone are displaying positive results. It wouldn't surprise me one bit to see copper before any announcement. We have investors still accumulating. This could run out of the blue even on a day there is no news. It's a game of chicken. Folks are buying trying to avoid any massive uptick. Bottom line for some to get the positions they want. They are going to have to get aggressive and buy their way in on the ask, even if it takes it to .005 or even copper. I believe at those levels it will still be undervalued. imho
