I feel the same other than the sketchy asset from DRNE stock. As of today that is a tidy sum but will it hold, flourish or wither?
One thing we can say is that his funding group has not seen fit to protect their .007 funding price which normally would have been the base low in a stock. Oh well am sure they have all good intentions? "Angels" they are for sure...
HAHA no doubt TB.. The saga stretches on.. I actually think with debt reduction, GTC upgrades and revenue increases and renewed enthusiasm for what the consortium has done with the Argus we may have a more solid footing than we think.. The asset of LTA stock is a bit aloof to me but I'm certainly willing to give DRNE a chance here.
I think most of our "gut" feel on this is he has a "situation" lined up at DRNE or with his pals he sold LTA to for little to nothing? But that is just conjecture and opinion... IMO
If somehow DRNE hangs in there as a stock with positive share price for 15 months and WSGI can use it as collateral and as a positive net asset my opinion will change. That requires orders and minimal dilution.. We shall see. With substantial orders of course it can be worth considerably more.
OK thanks Pagan but at least his salary was reduced correct?
Thanks Indy it has not just been lack of funding alone that prevented GTC sales expansion it has been the vision and priorities set forth by the CEO. Hopefully that is finally changing. Some of us know for a fact how much effort DP puts into GTC and find it frustrating and ridiculous that the company has been left unattended in its US WSGI office.
Not judging you and trading stocks is not my job either. Whatever your thinking is regarding me you have it wrong.
HAHA have to agree rattle, guess this CEO part time can only do half the damage he did in the last four years? This is ridiculous any leader of a management team that has these results over four years needs replacement. Hopefully as dust settles that is exactly what happens to this CEO. Credibility, positive perception by shareholders and ability to share belief in the future of a company are essential elements for a CEO and this guy's track record simply does not work for those purposes presently.
He works for Trident run you should be aware of that by now?
Exactly Insighter I think Indy can tow the line as many of us do when we sign NDA's He certainly is more than capable of managing himself. GSucka often has his panties in a bunch regarding Indy. At least its an amusement.
Mr Phipps is very busy with GTC and WSGI but thanks for your concern.. I always enjoy communicating with him a true gentleman as Jet confirmed as well.
Thanks so much Coastie and as the stock is presently trading it represents an 8 million dollar asset. Lets give DRNE a chance to play out before we assert what will happen
Well looks like you will keep on watching WSGI while DRNE is trading soon.. guess that is the point... bye risky
Well whatever you are wrong about this get it?
Oh yes??? keep on watching risky
haha thanks rwehapi2003, guess risky won't be betting!! LOL
OK several of us will take that bet what are you putting on it?
You will see endless postings about the BIB and the Wasp when DAC goes public get used to it. thanks
Yes am sure several of us have including me.. I know Mide participated at least once as well..
I suspect that is a good place they are starting with this reduction.
Yes no question a sizable debt reduction and a significant 10 million share asset would translate nicely on the balance sheet and very likely the share price as well.
I did a read into the contract a bit to think it is aimed at debt reduction. Balance sheet is the tip-off. Hopefully I am right.
Finally, the Company also simultaneously entered into two Consulting Agreements to assist the Company with help restructuring its balance sheet and identifying potential acquisition targets for the Company, among other things. The Company issued an aggregate of 15,000,000 shares of common stock in connection with such Agreements
Glad you were there and know all the representations made obviously no bias in your cup hahaha. As you just proved my point the Judge can do a quick google of LJC and know their reputation.
Yes Indy GTC nets income but unfortunately expenses mostly legacy from WSGI skews that negatively. I also think GTC has real room for sizable quick growth in North America, espescially trucking and freight companies. If GE is correct in his letter most of those legacy expenses are reduced now and debts are being worked on as well. We know the aging alone is likely suspect. We need to get a clearer picture of the game plan and potential balance sheet adjustments to have a solid idea of what can happen. I do think potentials are more favorable than is obvious but certainly need real clarity.
I agree Indy of course if orders emanate from NIE and the AT solutions added hire for Fort Polk, things should move more quickly.
Well I doubt the suit is frivolous. I also doubt the Judge holds LJC in the high esteem you consider but as we say time will tell..
I don't support the attorney making the error but I know enough of LJC and their ilk to have no problem asserting that anyone that enjoys their behaviors in the real investing world needs to take a class in moral fiber, ethics and general understanding of "good character".
It is an easy asset to toss in the equation Indy and certainly our share price would react to the asset value and balance sheet implications.
Exactly fairly certain that is on the horizon.
More amusing is that any person of "character" would root for LJC in this or any matter. Now that is funny
Thanks Indy,
Obviously Indy should these milestones be met we will stabilize quickly and at a reasonable price.
DAC is very vital going forward as it suggests asset value in our sale. At times a percentage of a company going forward can be worth far more than 100% of a company extremely under financed. We have yet to know what this means for us. Hopefully that does not take too long as it is needed to generate confidence and diffuse the going out of business chatter.
Exactly Insighter there were many ways to execute a deal other than to allocate 10 million shares, 500k, and a possible longer term one million bucks.. If your goal was to close the doors.. This is quite to the contrary.
We need to wait to see DAC unfold still depending on Wasp and BIB sales albeit without the vast upside. GTC buildup, Argus demos etc. I do think it is time for our CEO to engender some confidence and clarify the game plan?
No that is doubtful they likely believe that funding LTA until orders has been too onerous. They likely believe that 10 million shares of a new company can return positive net value as they build out the Argus and GTC. Some of us think that NIE and other indications i.e. AT solutions hire etc. imply orders are due fairly soon.
Hardly run and if you knew any of them you would laugh at yourself. They simply have more belief in the eventual asset value of 10 million shares than I have currently.
Sorry Wildfalls doubtful that investors in Drone Aviation Company sees the future of the BIB and WASP in same light. I tend to agree with Insighter on the surface this was sold too cheap. If you had been paying attention to AT solutions hires and NIE reports you would likely think the same. Time will tell and if some of us are right those sales are not far away.
Actually no I see the 10 million shares, capital in, million dollar line as strong indications of ongoing business. Perhaps major interest in Argus build out and strat, debt reduction and larger sales representation for GTC especially in North America. Time will tell..
I really do like the potential participation in a successful BIB/Wasp and "other products" Drone Aviation could entail however..
That is not presently known risk. Assuming it is put into a public company soon we will have a better idea won't we? Way too many variables to know at this juncture.
I agree Over far too early to say this is a good deal but also far too early to predict the company's demise..
That tells me your prognostication is not based on much reality risk.. Thanks for playing...
Lets see how the 10 million shares plays out as that holds more cards in this equation. I for one do believe BIB and Wasp revenues will be solid. Also while GTC does not have large numbers their net is on the rise. The Argus and strat interest has potential as well and am anxious to know reports going forward.
