And what is that reason? Imperative for AGM to provide clear answer to your question.
Quam celerrime!
I'm hoping our new broom sweeps very clean and very quickly because there are piles of dusty confusion under the carpet, dozens of unwashed loose ends in the sink, and bags of unresolved doubts in the laundry. Time to "open up the winders and let that bad air out" - as Buddy Bolden said. No news is not good news here - just means more withering on the vine. So please - more than a bare announcement of the AGM date. ex.
Whazoo, csxxx and EP have grasped the importance of yesterday's positive news centered on RKT and SAIC. These are powerful friends and their presence in the camp effectively dispels the process scam notion at a stroke. I suggest that what is mainly revealed is that major strategic rethinking of long term policy directions will be the task of new Management and BoD. Many posters are disappointed that #3 is not in production and that announced immediate goals remain unrealized - but its preferred destination, NF, RKT or even China, may still be undecided. Hopefully the signs mean that new opportunities require new reassessment - plenty of which has been needed already and should always have been expected. Decisions are needed quickly - before the AGM! jmo,ex.
So does the constant need to express personal opinion.
Could they want a fee for their new permit?
Hopefully the Florida connection will be clarified if the Defense is PR'd or 8k'd. Some heavy spin has been imparted to the phrase "ultimately cleared by the SEC" before anyone knows what it actually means. If SEC has twisted its own knickers - great: but that is far from clear as yet. The law is morass of contradictions at its plainest and a minefield at its most complex. When it comes to BS media credits I suggest that the public has no clue, and I pity any Judge attempting to explain them to a jury. The posters who have it right insist that the important current business is to validate JBII sales and revenue. As I've said before - It's Showtime! In fact it was Showtime months ago ... jmo. ex.
I agree that the phrasing of this key assertion is vague and lacks any traceable substantiation. I think that unfortunately far too much reliance is being put on it before it is validated. Can we anticipate that the 20 days will require an SEC response, or is that posteponeable by motion?
Be very interesting to hear Justice's response - Please, Sir!
The perspective of the Annual Report was to review what has happened in the past period. And we know why current legal considerations require extreme caution in predicting the future. We got extreme caution covering every conceivable future ill circumstance. In view of the consequent shock/horror to wishful thinking, the stock survived well to close unchanged.
On the point of 2012 production being expected largely from NF - if cslewis and I correctly interpret the future of the new building it will house cluster 4,5 &6 when 3 has been fabricated. At double original production that could represent 12 at NF - not too bad an inhouse production prospect. Que sera .... jmo ex.
uk sausage - Of course I may be entirely wrong. It would not be the first time in a longish life - 86 on Saturday. But there are several others who share the same idea and have messaged me in support. In any case I don't think you can argue that housing 3 more processors would be a 'waste' of the new building. Calculate the revenue! Maybe if the rollout grows as we hope there just won't be enough room on the existing NF site to house fabrication as well as fuel production. They'll have a major traffic control problem just with stock supply vehicles and delivery tankers playing bumper cars and lining up at the gates. Fabrication is going to be a giant business on top of all that and will need its own space. We'll see, won't we? Still just speculating. Nothing beats a good banger, does it? ex.
Sorry I don't have that info. But someone posted yesterday that the Co has previously stated its long term intention to increase the number of processors at its existing site, and they seem to have a good record of obtaining permits as required ... ex.
Listening to CC again it seems clear that the new building will not be used for fabrication except to complete #3. Therefore Fabrication will take place elsewhere - a new NF site, as also hinted by the reference to NF 'sites'? The new building will house the set-up of new 3 inline processors for demonstration of the cluster module. They will not be taken down for removal to outside sites, as often suggested here, but will be a permanent display of the total package. It has to be supposed that they will be working machines - anything else seems absurd - which will make 6 operational at NF. If there is substantial permitting delay at RT, perhaps the next three produced will be installed in this way 'at home', accelerating the Company's own production with immediate revenue benefit. Just my speculation, ex.
Prophet - What is your understanding of the 'footprint' for demonstration purposes in the new building? Normal meaning of footprint imo is a two dimensional area. That seems an unlikely use of expensive space when it could simply be marked out in the car park. I hope what is intended might be better described as a 'module' of a processor cluster in final design. In other words a layout of 3 processors - if 3 are still needed at new capacity, depending on whatever optimum requirements per site may be. In which case they would surely be working machines, which mean 6 at NF, which at double capacity equals 12 old ones. Man, that creates some logistics for supply and output, even with new rail siding allowing whole trains for feedstock in and tankers out. Can't begin to do the math ... am I dreaming? And what does the spreadsheet tell us then?

Seeing what exactly, please?
Anyone know exact dates for upcoming Filings please?
Doesn't it suggest there will be six processors operating on NF site?
Will someone please post the principal points of CC tomorrow after it's over? It's timed for the middle of the day on the west coast and I for one won't be free to listen. Thanks in advance. ex.
Echo that! Thanks too to whoever revealed the Kidd explanation. It's good to know that the decline probably had nothing whatever to do with the CC or the operations of the Company.
d
My bad on cause of recent selling if Kidd explanation is correct. Still hoping for gung-ho facts from CC. ex.
Whether or not they will/can all be answered by the CC, the long list of questions demonstrates the impressive range of concerns which require clarification by the Company. Shareholders with so many detailed questions will obviously not be satisfied with bland assurances of progress. To state the obvious - the disadvantage of silent 'underclaim' is the scope it provides for doubt and ignorant speculation, resulting amongst other things in the present reverse market movement which disappoints much eager anticipation. To remove uncertainty the necessity on Monday is to provide factual current information on production and sales. Every listed question needs a satisfactory answer, but first of all validated performance is the crux. It's showtime - time to reveal exactly where the operation stands in terms of its commercial activity. jmo ex.
Many thanks grantg! Very interesting reading.
Like you I do not understand what will actually happen when the phantom shares, said to number millions, have to be delivered. Can someone please cite case history of similar debacles and explain the consequences for legitimate investors? Thanks in advance. ex.
Fully agree your wish-list. What makes you think there will be PR(s) before the CC. Everyone is waiting for info but isn't the CC purpose to update business progress?
Thanks. I thought so ... What's the usual release time?
Two questions - advice please.
Is there any timing pattern for PR releases?
What is schedule for next statutory Filings?
Thanks. ex.
4k - Can you please explain your expectations for Feb 6th beyond increased permit? You seemed to suggest a further significance. Thanks ex.
What beats me is how in heck did the manufacturer get it in that truck in the first place? Looks like it has a solid roof. You think maybe the truckdriver got a hold of the inner end and heaved? Course as it's all scam the tank's probably made of cardboard. How about getting real for a change?
Mike056. Disappointing response to your suggestion which seems very appropriate and reasonable... The weekly rollercoaster is becoming intolerable and makes the the Company and its supporters look stupid. The detractors, enemies and MMs will say and do whatever they like until they face indisputable facts which are either there or they are not. It's show time.
Glad to see you're already warned, Commando. But have a care - clean your shoes before you go indoors. My word - what next?
Same here in far northwest Washington state - 50 degrees in my yard today. There was a wild sealion barking on my beach yesterday morning - almost unknown here in winter and very rare as occasional summer visitors. Made a lot of noise. Like the chorus we can expect on the board if we don't hear about 2 & 3 soon.
Not a dumb question, Commando. Hard to believe new pipe investors did not know about 2 & 3 and sales etc. etc. Wouldn't you want those answers? The 'dumb' part is the way the Company is acting. Why in the world can't they PR this info which every investor wants to hear? Impossible to understand. Anyone have any explanantion? ex.
If there are truly millions of air shares in circulation, how can I tell whether my broker holds the genuine article or junk? It has been asked here previously but not answered clearly, what actually happens when the implosion occurs?
Weren't we told 2 & 3 had been partially assembled before the stack tests, and were only waiting for delivery of the remaining components? How could this have been done in a building which did not exist? C'mon - enuff delay already. Time to dispel the 'ambiguity' and tell us they're humming.
Thanks all for matrix info. Happy New Year to all Longs! .... Sorry there's no hope of that for Shorty.
tech. Thanks. Got it.
Sorry ezey - posted to Prophet under wrong message. Sure hope you're right on with your prediction!
Prophet. Can you please repeat your martrix post? I could not get the link to respond. Tnanks.
Whazoo - Please refer to blahblahber post 151025. Great find by him/her I think you'll agree
