Hopefully the Florida connection will be clarified if the Defense is PR'd or 8k'd. Some heavy spin has been imparted to the phrase "ultimately cleared by the SEC" before anyone knows what it actually means. If SEC has twisted its own knickers - great: but that is far from clear as yet. The law is morass of contradictions at its plainest and a minefield at its most complex. When it comes to BS media credits I suggest that the public has no clue, and I pity any Judge attempting to explain them to a jury.
