ILJIN has been being absolutely the #1 AUPH owner since Feb. 5, 2013. Why did ILJIN still buy 5,185,185 shares (20% of the recently closed public offering of 25,645,000 common shares) at $6.75? ILJIN definitely knows about AUPH better than any of us here. Isn't ILJIN confident of the bright future of Aurinia?

vidpok45: "80 per share seems very possible in light of the high probability for the success of Voclosporin."

"So, if we have a 4 billion dollar market for LN alone in 2022, and 100 million OS, and a buyout for 2x revenue (very conservative) that would yield 80 per share, not counting the DES indication. That sounds pretty decent to me. "

I won't ignore BR cuz I enjoy online entertainment as ariadinvestor does:
Quote: "Taunting BR and his bashing master iandy (a.k.a. the basher&impersonator) is my online entertainment/recreation/English-writing-practice to which I am more addictive than I am addictive to fine liquor. I tell truths about Ariad/the-basher&impersonator. Both longs and shorts can benifit from my talking to myself."

My order for 2k additional shares above 7 did not fill yesterday, either. I am glad that my order for 1k additional shares above 8 did get executed. I wish BR's "heading to 6.75" was right so that I could get cheaper shares. It would be even better should AUPH head to 3- at which I started my initial position of this great stock you recommended to me. Thanks again, Vid!
Will BR say 2 is where the damaged goods is heading? Will BR say Aurinia is going to bankrupt? I believe BR about AUPH as much as I believed him about ARIA, but I still feel good about my adding 1000 AUPH shares yesterday.
BR, I believe you about AUPH as much as I believed you about ARIA although I don't believe the twitter feed. LOL!
Well said, Vid! Only the true longs will be greatly rewarded, I iterate what I always said about ARIA for AUPH. I listened to you and bought AUPH at 3- in January. Now, I have listened to you again and added 1000 AUPH shares (damaged goods in BR's words).
I added 1000 shares of the "damaged goods" in BR's words. BR is counting the money he received from joining a class lawsuit against ARIA. He was supposed to receive $0.001 per 1000 shares he sold at $3-.
2 of ariadinvestor's friends bought AUPH yesterday - One bought 10,000 shares at 6.80; another 1,000 shares at $7.01. Good for them! One should always listen to vidpok45 and should never listen to BR, ariadinvestor tells his friends.
Venture capital firm NEA really bets on AUPH:

vid, AUPH's volume yesterday was 27 x avg. Institutions were buying? We had same friends/enemies on YMB and I always considered you were my friend. Haven't heard from joyakid for a long time. I hope she did well with her ARIA shares.
Thanks amp! We'll be also rewarded by AUPH. Yes, I was an ARIA stalwart like you, vid and Jess. "Only the true longs will be greatly rewarded," which was what I repeatedly posted on YMB/iHub. I will have to pay at least half a million dollars for my ARIA long term capital gains. So I was penalized for being an Ariad stalwart. I don't think I am alone. I believe you, vid and Jess have also been penalized similarly. LOL! I knew you were amp when zzaatt's first post about Ariad appeared. Thanks again, zzaatt!
vidpok45, thank you very much for your 3 A's recommendations.
Thank you, vidpod45 for recommending AUPH to me!
zzaatt, good luck to you for your ADXS investment. I like your posts about Ariad very much.
I made a lot of money with Ariad, too. I bought ARIA many years earlier with a much lower cost basis than Denner although my share count was much smaller than Denner's. One does not have to follow Denner for making money.
ARRY Institutional Ownership 95%; BlackRock +53%; State Street +41%; Increased/New Positions are far more than Decreased/Sold Out Positions. Why do people care about what Denner did so much?

Alex Denner sold out ARRY:

Positive News is AUPH Appointment Of New CEO: http://seekingalpha.com/article/4043259-aurinia-pharmaceuticals-appointment-new-ceo-positive-news . The author of the article believes Aurinia has become a likely buyout target. The company has a number of upcoming catalysts ...
BR, would you pls honestly tell about your AUPH position? You were honest about your ARIA short position on Yahoo. However, you claimed you sold ARIA at $24- on the buyout news. Did you really have any long ARIA shares to sell? Weren't you talked in to selling ARIA at $3- by iandy and Rachel McMinn in Nov., 2013? Didn't you join a class action lawsuit against Ariad hoping to getting $0.001 per 1,000 shares you sold at 3-? Have your received the $0.001 times your total sold shares divided by 1,000 shares? LOL!
vidpok45, I bought all the 3 A's. Except for ARRY, I bought the other 2 A's based on your opinions. ADXS is a Denner stock. How did you get convinced about AUPH? TIA
ARRY/ADXS/AUPH/EXEL/ARIA institutional ownership 2016-4Q updates:
ARRY: Fidelity +1.2%; BlackRock +53%; State Street +41%.
ADXS: Fidelity -0.67%; BlackRock +18%; State Street +19%.
AUPH: NEA MANAGEMENT COMPANY: +60% (1.5m+ shares), 4m+ shares total
EXEL: Fidelity +24%; BlackRock +21%; State Street -12%.
ARIA: Fidelity +19%; BlackRock +13%; State Street 1.4%.
JessPro, Fidelity increased its ADXS holding by 46% in 3Q-2016:

vidpok45, I bought a few ADXS shares today. Thanks again!
yankees7, thanks for reminding me of the Denner leadership. I will add more ARRY shares. Someone predicted Denner's role as early as Oct.29, 2013. Alex Denner is great! So is the predictor!
I am wondering why my original reply to you was deleted. I hope the reposted one can stand.
Take it easy, yankees7. I am new to ARRY. Would you please let me know your opinions about ARRY? I am very friendly to my friends and Array true longs such as JessPro and vidpok45. Ariadinvestor and I never attack anybody, but we do strike back/hunt down any provocateurs.
"Denner would be a threat to someone holding a short position. The better Denner and Array do, the more money the short loses. So shorts are probably not too happy with Denner and the success Denner is bringing to the company. If I were an entrenched and highly exposed short, I would also seek to destroy Denner and, by extension, the company."

sam posted last week:
"Does any one know about the 3 lawsuits that came in on the 27/28th of Jan against Ariad and Takeda. They seem pretty nasty. 1 or 2 of them talk about "INJUNCTION" which I think it can postpone the merger (I can be wrong though) please use your own judgement. I think this is a very big deal and may even detract the merger indefinately..... Any thoughts for all you experts? Do you even know about this lawsuit?"

Thanks, vid!
still holding aria my shares, should I hold or sell?
Added ARRY at 10.36, thus doubling my initial small position at 9.25. GLTA!
Bought a few AUPH shares at 2.90. Thanks vidpok45!
Is he the famous pork_sandwiches or iandy's alias?
BR, will you also contact AF when you decide to bash ARRY? Didn't you say you was going to contact AF and invite him to bash ARIA? By the way, how's the class action lawsuit you joined in 2013 against ARIA going? Have you received $0.001 per 1,000 shares you sold at 2+? Weren't you talked into selling ARIA at 3- by iandy and Rachel McMinn in Nov., 2013?
To those who don't think BR is short
Please ask BR whether or not he honestly showed his true short face on the Yahoo ARIA message board after the 2013-10-09 flash crash. BR was talked into selling ARIA at $3- in Nov., 2013 by iandy and Rachel McMinn. But he made a fortune afterwards by joining a class action and receiving $0.001 per 1,000 shares he sold at 2+. L-O-L!
Why 2? 2+ was the price at which BR was talked into selling by iandy and Rachel McMinn. But he made a fortune afterwards by joining a class action and receiving $0.001 per 1,000 shares he sold at 2+. L-O-L!
