One point to add, hemp imported from Spain for FRLF in-house CBD product manufacture could be the outdoor variety which sells for much lower prices. I'm assuming outdoor grown hemp quality is satisfactory to extract CBD oil? That should be enough to cover Irie production?
Again from 7/18 release:
"we also have the rights for an outdoor grow space of 20 hectares (over 2 million square feet and expecting 20,000 kilos of Hemp flower sale price starting at €45 per kilo)."
Yes, hemp can be imported here to he USA. But, it does not make financial sense for FRLF to import one kilo until all European sales potential has been exhausted. Only reason I could see is if there was more bang for the buck importing to manufacture in-house CBD products. If not, all that can be sold in Europe should stay there.
From the 7/18 press release:
CEO Cliff Perry comments, “In Europe, the flower commands a much higher price than it does here in the USA. Hemp cigarettes have been considered a healthy alternative to tobacco cigarettes and have been smoked there for a number of years. This and other uses of the hemp flower created a larger demand in Europe than the USA. The indoor quality hemp, such as that grown in our greenhouse facility, demands a price of upward to €1,250 a kilo. It is expected that we will harvest 2,000 kilos which can possibly bring in €850,000 to as much as €2,000,000.”
So if all this comes to fruition then FRLF has a greenhouse full of unsold hemp in Spain?
I doubt it. They can sell all of it in Europe for a premium price. At this point in time FRLF is fine with or without farm bill. Online CBD sales is gravy.
If FRLF gets sold off with any of your speculation coming true it's temporary until they see FRLF has revenue growth either way.
Some of the best volume MYMX has seen in a while today. HH maybe you stirred up some business with that epic DD post! I may have actually ended up timing my recent buys correctly for a change lol. You all have dug up so many intriguing connect-the-dots clues in lieu of actual news from the company. I am so grateful to be able to learn from your conversations!
Did the trading today break the chart with a breach of your trend line on increasing volume? Or does a close at/above the line keep things looking good here for FRLF? Would love to see that bounce, hopefully this was the final flush before a strong upward move!
I follow that rational line of thinking AMAC! FRLF really looks like a winner but for some reason now that I'm fully overloaded getting a touch nervous. But many times in the past I kick myself for not going full in on similar situations :0 Can't win! I know it will take patience and for me to keep busy elsewhere while FRLF ripens. If RSI goes down to 30 or lower I'll grab a few more :) If this market cap ever hits multi-billions like some of the others........
Nice pulls! I got very low 15's today.
My usual investing strategy is buy and hold but for some reason I feel FRLF should be moving a little quicker and it's starting to irk me a bit. Usually once that impatience reaches a boiling point things turn around soon after.
Good luck to all us FRLF longs, hoping to spend a pleasant fall and winter together!
Added almost another 20% to my position here the last week. A bit more than I had intended, but can't resist at these levels. Not close to all my eggs in the FRLF basket, but a few more than I probably should have here. Fingers crossed management pulls through in the next 6-12 months and we can all ride some free shares the rest of the way! Or we can get caught up in CBD mania and explode 2-300% any week. I'll never complain about having good luck and timing :)
I love seeing that type of mania. Reminds me of watching my dad trade tech stocks in the 90s. Big boys run, then the small caps have their day. Just a matter of time until those Tilray and Aurora profits begin trickling down here to plays like FRLF. Then a couple good % gain days get FRLF on the radar screens and it's off to the races for awhile. Boring just sitting and waiting in the meantime :) Lots of work to do to distract from the hour to hour movement at least for me. I'm sure if I sold all my FRLF now to chase some of the other big caps it would backfire, no doubt. Patience should pay off here unless the company does something stupid to screw it up. Not getting that vibe though!
Trying to slap the ask for an insignificant number of shares, order sitting for over an hour. No fill.
Understood Work Harder. Thank you for taking the time to state your opinion. No buy or sell based on this particular piece of information.
I have been continuing to add MYMX, up to almost 2/3 of my "goal". Hoping to get there within the next month, but if time runs out before then no complaints :) Small player here, so my activity won't affect the price for the rest of you larger holders.
While I have tried to keep up with and understand to the best of my ability the numerous fantastic posts on MYMX technology and business, I have not been able to research or really grasp the connection of Marcuard and the offshore stuff to MYMX. Forced to sell shares is my best guess?
Does there happen to be a particular message on this board that kind of sums things up? If not I will continue to accumulate MYMX obliviously :)
AZ Thank You for your service both in the military and on this message board! My father was a Corpsman during Vietnam, difficult for me to imagine what all military members experienced then and now.
Looks like Tilray was up 14% during regular trading and gave 7% back after hours.
Small caps in the same sector such as FRLF usually run after the large caps have had their fun.....
Good morning LA!
No concerns here at all my friend. Well dilution is ALWAYS a concern with growth stocks, but much lower here based on management history.
I was just making a case in my last few posts for FRLF to continue with rapid expansion and that the company states greenhouse production will be maxed out within 6-9 months. From the information the company is disclosing to us shareholders they aren't expecting much in the way of roadblocks getting to full capacity quickly. If that is indeed the case then it makes sense for FRLF to try to acquire more greenhouses for the up to 1250/kilo good stuff to be grown! Outdoor is nice, but from the PR it starts at 45/kilo. Grow enough of the outdoor and that is still good money.
Even with no further expansion, I'm good with what is in place for the next year or so :)
Yes the indoor space is large. This isn't my own speculation. Here is the quote directly from Clifford J Perry in the 6/18 news release:
"We expect to have the facility in full production by early 2019."
I don't take that to mean up and running in production, but full capacity very soon.
(edit) This was months before the recent capital infusion, so I don't believe that money was necessary to ramp up the production. FRLF can use that cash for other purposes, hopefully continued expansion in an area they see the best fit.
Gotcha BG, thanks for that information. Good to know when trying to do some back of the envelope revenue estimates.
The 7/18 press release says FRLF intends to have three indoor harvests per year, not 4.
I was under the assumption that the favorable financing terms of the Spain greenhouse enabled expansion to full capacity to pay for itself before the large payments are due in future years. Early 2019 is merely months away to be at 100%. While the outdoor growing area is a nice bonus, the greenhouse grown sells for a huge premium to the outdoor. Once capacity is maxed out early 2019, then what?
I'm all for additional high dollar greenhouse capacity, gobble it up before another company does.
Fantastic post Amac!
Slicing revenue expectation and multiples to keep things in check the future still has amazing potential if the company executes and brings the revenue home to us.......
Now think of how we might be able to adjust the revenue upwards if FRLF uses some of that capital they just raised toward purchasing another greenhouse or greenhouses in Europe. While the one in Spain is among the largest in the world surely thare have to be a few other good size greenhouses somewhere in Europe that might be available for purchase. The terms of the last agreement were almost too good to be true, could FRLF duplicate that?
I believe 2B market cap is realistic in 2-3 years, just a matter of how much we are diluted along the way. Doesn't appear we will be hurt too badly but you never know. Always be prepared for the unexpected. In this case the dilution would just lower our return from a 60 bagger to maybe a 30X or 40X. But the company has not given us reason to fret like most other OTC junk so I am relaxed holding FRLF even though my % of portfolio is a bit larger than it should be. Easy to fall in love here and get carried away. Taking a bold, calculated risk!
I got tired of waiting on the bid also. Added to the pile today along with you and our cannabis private equity friends :)
Already there :)
Hope he meant "multi- Billion". I'll take 2B market cap!
That would put FRLF at around $10 a share as things stand now. Pie-In-The-Sky, yes. But let's see how many more greenhouses and CBD companies are acquired on great terms for shareholders :)
I didn't add either, but loaded pretty darn good the last couple weeks. Would love a bit more but prepared for rocket blast if it's time.
Chart still looks really nice, thought it might be broken for a minuted but we have the 20 day moving average (.157) about to cross over the 200 day (.158). That could be stage one of liftoff. Stage 2 would be if that 50 day can work up from (.147) across the 200 as well..........
Nailed it Amac!
In the near term 20 day moving average is sitting right on the 50 day, both currently .148. Prepared for liftoff, need a catalyst. Maybe crossing that will set off some trader alerts or show up on breakout boards. Couldn't help adding a little more today.
Indeed I have picked up a good position the last week and now ready to see what unfolds in the coming months. Heck I'll hold years if they don't dilute me too badly or mess things up somehow along the way. Loaded and waiting :)
Wouldn't be surprised to see cannabis stocks get hammered down this week or even the next several weeks one last time before trading and volume begins to get crazy later in September through the winter. Keep adding FRLF the next couple weeks for good times ahead :)
Ah yes, a quick shake to ensure there is no gap in the chart. Gotta keep FRLF looking perfect and pretty for that Golden Cross. Now to resume upward green movement!
Strong start to the week with other weed stocks floundering FRLF building an nice base here around .17. Added a few more today :) Close over .18 would be sweet on the chart, hopefully we'll see that this week. Golden cross getting closer and closer 20 day is cruising right on up!
Thank you for your estimates and thoughts Curt D.
What type of downside (if any) would you see for FRLF if farm bill does not succeed? Growing and selling in Europe should be bit of insurance in that case? Or sold off with the rest of hemp stocks regardless?
I will have a few extra dollars ready early November just in case, but more looking forward to 300%+ gain on my current shares :)
Sometimes it's better to be lucky than good :)
Now let's have a run like CA*B is experiencing!
Crossed 200 Day MA on weekly chart (.171) to break out of a 7 or 8 month long pennant formation. Any close above that with volume could be the beginning of a long term breakout.
Aside from the wonderful fundamentals here FRLF chart is primed to explode. Daily 20 and 50 MA starting a move back up to the 200 for a Golden Cross. Right place, right time coming soon!
I love that FR*F Ranza! CBD play. Have you seen CA*B this week? Hope to see FR*F run like that some day!
DIGP stuck in the mud here but things can turn around in a flash. Holding long. Need to see some kind of news and hopefully increasing revenue soon.
Yep, you got it. I managed to sneak in a few more under .17 today and then loaded up a good amount at .17. Almost half-way to a full position. Afraid it FRLF will run away now. Have you seen what CBD play CA*B has been doing this week? Parabolic run! I'd imagine some of those folks will make their way here to FRLF with some huge profits. Hope I can load more before that happens.......
Thanks for the info shell3, much appreciated! Sometimes the CBD seller will send you a copy of the lab test results if you email them the batch number of your product. I don't see that option laid out on the Irie website but haven't tried to email to ask about it yet.
Thanks la trader! FRLF looks like one that could potentially be held for years as acquisitions and revenues continue to build. Really interested in seeing how the story in Europe unfolds.........
Thank you for the warm welcome BornAtNight!
I love finding a potential gem with real revenue growth. Some grumbling that it hasn't translated well to the bottom line yet, but perhaps the company can improve their profit % going forward as they grow and learn. 4Q blowout would be great, but if some revenue slides to 1Q I should still be here unless something terrible happens in the meantime.
AMMX seems like a fairly stable play from here as far as penny stocks go with some nice upside.
Been doing some heavy studying up on FRLF for a week or so and pulled the trigger on some @ .16 today. Looks like a monster in the making! Will add more in the coming weeks if there is a bit more retracing on the chart.
Flipping in and out is alright but AMMX seems like a pretty good buy and hold, my favorite kind! Hope I nailed a reversal with my enrty here @ .014. Love the increasing revenues!
