Very low volume too except for the initial up.
Although I've been following this a little under a year now, this is certainly the best action it has seen over that time...
Sounds like a perfect carrot on the stick. With there being a lot of money, there are also a lot of regulatory concerns. If they couldn't strike gold, I'm really skeptical about them hitting the pockets of the retiring masses.
But who knows, maybe I'm wrong, the current pps seems to agree with me although I still think this is over-valued.
Where's the web address? The ones listed appear to no longer resolve.
Of course sales have slumped, lol. /facepalm.
Seems like pretty low volume over here, I'd assume there would have to be some kind of massive drive behind E-cigs and tbh I don't see it happening.
The market is a bit mixed and to appeal to the numbers needed to drive this up is speculative at best.
Strong PR in a niche market doesn't always equate to new sales. (not always) but the bigger concern is whether or not new sales will generate into rollovers or continued supported.
Just my 2cp.
No doubt, senior living!!?
Man, this PS needs to be put out to pasture!
These tools are hilarious... check this out. This is directly from GMUIs website:
"Dr Alan Hadley | Corporate Governance
Alan has over 40 years experience as an entrepeneur and has been the lead person as CEO and Director of numerous companies. He currently holds several directorships and sits on the Board of various Organisations..."
Mmm, yes, numerous and various sound credible enough for me.
Source: http://www.gmuiinc.com/node/55
Even their website is a pos and was hacked a while back over the summer.
Noooooooo doubt!
Look at this b/s.
"The company is pleased to announce that it has entered into an LOI to acquire the operations of Savannah Senior Lifestyle Living Resorts ("Savannah") The estimated value of this transaction is approximately $11.5 million. The acquisition of a tangible revenue producing asset is part of a new direction for the company and shareholders. GMUI is set to inherit the existing management of the operation along with many more benefits soon to be disclosed.
Are you kidding me??
ROFL what a load of crap. These guys can go fly a kite ffs. A letter of intent is useless, provides no value and is stupid fluff to gauge whatever remaining shareholder opinion is left. Thus allowing them to know whether or not old bag holders have moved on. Next will be the r/s, ticker/name change and a whole new pump.
These scammers never once intended on developing any of the properties they had claimed to initially have a working interest in.
Depends how you look at it... $45 a barrel currently puts pressure on American production. I don't believe it's a bad sign but merely perhaps a good point to get on board...?
Yeah, I have noticed its volatility as of recent. The collapse in price to push American fracking into the ground has definitely made its impact as shown here w/USO pps. But, oil is not going anywhere anytime soon but back up. IMO this looks like a good entry point but I'm a little nervous if there is any dirty/skeletons lying around that I should be aware of...? Any additional information would be greatly appreciated. I'd be willing to hold long term if price points are there.
Looking to perhaps enter.
Doing my own DD and valuation, any additional information would be greatly appreciated.
lol, nope.
Thank you very much for that. I person marked you.
~1.4M added to the float. Not entirely bad.
I have heard them advertising on the radio and such but I haven't been convinced to get on board. My biggest question is what stops other competitors from mimicking the model? I can see if this get's a strong foothold in universities or hospitals, etc but in public consumption/use I see little in the way of it being ground breaking.
Thanks for the reply btw.
Evidence/DD?
Excellent post!
Correction incoming, get ready to catch them cheapies, I don't have an index price point, but it's beginning. Summer slump into winter months. Turn em over boys.
Shady co, yo. I'd dump and find a better return on your investment. I follow stock for a while before jumping in and this one is stinking to high heaven. Emotional investments are the worst, cut your loses and move on. Some may see this as bargain basement prices but there are many huge distributors and a lot of local producers. Demand will increase in this market obviously, but as the impact grows the big brands will surely step in to absorb some of the market.
Realistically this missed its launch and has now hit a 1/10th of a penny status. I'm not so certain if this would make a good long, heck at this point you can sit and buy $50 flips @ .0015 a share. Thats 30k shares. Do the math and get a handle on sentimental trades. This CEOs letter was the most vague but yet heart touching thing I've ever read on iHub, only thing he cares about is having liquid shares. What a con man. "Blah blah sorry, expanded the market cause we have sales, but like ya know we got bills too like daily expenses. "
No surprise there!
Thank you for sharing.
Great post.
Ticker has a D behind it now, that tells it all.
This stocks a joke. Enjoy having your equity ruined.
The recent anonymous hit was pretty interesting to say the least, why this penny stock? Are you kidding me? I lurk on a NUMBER of boards without ever posting and this was one I had followed since SOCU and I've never seen that happen.
Now, fast word and I'm more than certain there are a few other people in here who feel the same way about the previous shell.
Shell games are all hokus pokus, (hokus jokus rather) but aside from that there is little there.
A known 'exploiter' of OTC/Pinks was heading up this recent shell before being exposed by members here on the board (if you go back far enough and read), of course now Maurice Byrnes runs the show. I've spoken with him a LoooooooooNG time ago when we attempted to save the initial share structure but he pretty much ruled in favor of reverse splitting. Many of us were balls deep in this stock and took a pretty big hair cut. There were even some individuals who had equity on the table for worthless paper (unregistered shares).
Even back when SOCU was around, the share structure was tight and she ran nicely - so the R/S on SOCU would definitely up the ante but the problem still lingers... No transparency, no accountability, no nothing - just more ponzi schemes.
Who knows? Maybe this is a 'diamond' in the rough, but I've been a player over here and know the score.
Prove up or shut up is what's left for $GMUI
Anyone seen this? Evidently GMUI was hacked. LOL.
0.0003 - no surprise. No equity here, Al Capones vault for sure. Caveat Emptor.
/yawn.
What's up with that transparency management? Same old ya-ya as before. Still here, still sitting around .5X. What are you going to do to raise shareholder equity?? Some of us have been through 2-3 different managements in this shell.
Get some work done ffs.
This company has a lot of potential. But I do have one concern, if legit that is.
Longevity...
What puts this company apart from the rest, or better yet, what keeps someone else from coming into the market and doing the same thing as this one? Obviously an important factor is going to be chain supply...
They definitely need more volume to survive.
Anything out of Neveda imo is a scam anymore. I have not run across anything from that State that has been worth more than TP.
Hmm... looks like they need some strong hands to shore this security up.
Pretty much gotta agree with Gitreal, this thing is a dead horse.
On my radar. Looks good but it has been a rough ride from the charts. What caused the decline? Heard a lot about opportunities to become a 'franchise' owner? What do you guys think the market cap for this will be? What's a good risk/reward price point. It looks still a tad over priced to me but this is merely a glance as I have not read any of the financial documents. TIA everyone.
Found this, mentions some similar information. Do your DD my friend and good luck, as always caveat emptor with these stinky pinkies!
Looks like this may have changed hands before.

And? I've been hear over 5 years and I've seen a number of companies who looked just as good and folded.
LoLwut? Because that's where it is going... Keep dreaming but this will never see 1.00 again. Indicators are already showing that this security is way over bought and with the recent amount of shares that have flooded the market, you will need a least a few strong days of 100,000,000 share purchases above the ask to keep this moving. Not gonna happen.
Accum/distr is through the floor, the floats not even public. Get a grip and smell the folgers. Up today, down into next week. Stock is par value of .001. You'll see that soon enough.
IMO abandon ship. This is a PnD if I've ever seen one. Lots of down volume, that's for sure.

They won't do jack until someone files a complaint against him. He already spent all of the money, there's nothing to seize.
