It did not tank today, the chart needed to be filled in that GAP .008 - .009 range

bottom line is now with 40m shares jsut traded and heavy buying in last 4 days and only a 28m share float,,,this stock very close if not now can move up in pennies,,,for a good example of this is FEEL,,,yesterday moved up +.025,,,this a huge opportunity to cause covering and get this pps up well over .02!!

last 4 trade days: 39.4m total volume,,, and with much more buying than selling [even yesterday where buy:sell was 5.1m:2.8m], with 28.4m float, it has to be all but locked up here!,,,at very least, the float should be under 10m!!,,this is getting mighty intersting from here,,,we saw the pps move up +.009 on only 5m shares friday and we saw it move up +.00405 yesterday on less than 1m,,,that's right the high of .015 was reached on about 900k shares,,last thursday, when the stock took off initialy, it took about 4m to move it up .004 to .0075,,so yesterday move up shows how thin this getting now,,,this ticker now a step aways from a complete fld,,,let's hold shares and get shorty on the move here!! glta

exactly,,,and in this stock because the float so low, i think it have a good contingent of strong hands holding those shares,,,what important for all to remember here is this pps, show it will move up .009 on 5m shares and that was BEFORE more shares were bought up and float made smaller,,but it was also when the pps was just waking up and setting up to establish new highs,,now, even more is possible every day here and many know it,,,several mm's this morning move up to mid .02s again and .03's,,not far off now,,,

well said,,any rep there jsut went down the toilet tonight with some pretty lame and wild accusations and outright lies none of backed up with dd,,,very obvious when someonw want the stock to go down jsut so after they sell, they can buy back in lower..lol

bottom line here is the fact remains this is a company with over $1mm in revenues which is more than most pinks tickers can say who actually are the definition of POS,,not here,,,when you have real accountable revenues, you no POS,,they have a great business in teh notgage industry with great contacts and provide a service that any property closing needs regardless of the value of the property itself,,so that makes their business in good demand and sustaining,,being properly positioned with great contacts likr Old Republic is the other part,,,and this is a company who has no history whatsoever of abusive dilution which so common in so many other tickers,,still having a only a 115m o/s and a 28m float after all this time speaks volumes,,and it because of that small float that makes the stock very dangerous to the upside,,esp now that the pps woke up and has its legs, filings are in, getting ci ticker upgrade, company beginning regular communication with shareholders through email and with pr's coming soon,,,lastly their $1.4mm in revenues will be recorded in an improving real estate market, but certainly not one back on its feet,,as this continues to improve so will revenues and net income and coh increase as well,,,future loking bright here and well undervalued looking 6mo out as is the norm,,,imo

very probably PENA is a short or repping one,,,BNCH was the other one that showed up friday and today he was completely inactive,,,but both are also staged on the bid, so what does that tell you?? most mm's who rep dilutive shares [vert, vfin, arca] and when doing so, have no need to be on the bid,,,they're not there to buy, they there to sell only,,,i believe because PENA and BNCH just jump in when action heat up is they saw a good opp to short into a surge/get some trade fees,,and they were successful,,but all that mean is they now have to cover and that will help drive the price back up

this already been addressed, esp by the ceo,,,he said he would look at it,,,the a/s was created on the articles of incorporation BEFORE the company began trading secondary market and having a market made,,,in addition theyhave alredy proven a commitment to little to no diution by reporting a 99m o/s in jan 2009 and today report an o/s of 115m and this increase only due to the 16m consultant shares that were issued during that time,,,the compnay has already reported $1mm+ in the first 3 qtrs of fiscal 2010 and their 4th qtr given similar revenues as previuos 3 q's [all over $300K] would give them approx $1.4mm for the year,,,and they reported $29k in net cash for the 3rd qtr period,,they state in black and white their business operation is fully funded through generated revenues and not a going concern,,,

a perfect example of this same a/s situation was ticker tdgi in early 2010,,they had a low float of 100m and and o/s of 400m but they a/s was still 5B,,,becuase they didn't need dilution to fund operations either, they eventually lowered the a/s to 700m,,i expect TITL to do the same thing,,,sometimes it just what a compony does when the starting out and getting situated [which is TITL exactly],,in many months now, they proven careless dilution not their thing,,,
