Oh absolutely agreed, I wouldn't approve of it either unless it was the measure of last resort, backed into a corner kind of thing (if it's even possible! ha ha). Ahhhh, wishful thinking. Let us instead rely on justice and the good judge. Those are free and carry zero penalties
Nice call luv2! Hmm, I wonder what these hedgies would do if they were threatened to come clean or else by the same hackers that retaliated against mastercard for not accepting wikileaks payment contributions. Now THAT would be power for truth
Great, thanks!
Well well, this Tepper dude has ties back to Goldman Sachs and is the one who started one of the 'horse' hedge fund companies (Appaloosa Management).
Yup, a lot more here than meets the eye with this guy and what's going on with WAMU IMO.

Ahh...one of my favorite subjects. I don't want to go off on a speech but I can email you all of my thoughts if you send me a message at tularay@yahoo.com since I can't PM.
Welcom Luv2shop. I will give you a hard time with my conspiracy theories from time to time interjected with WAMU and JPIG. So apologies, but hey at least they are all true
I dunno but it ain't even in the top 30. Which one are you from?
Yes based on current POS POR Commons would receive $0.00000001 per share (or something ridiculous like that) and I think Preferreds and K's get like 1% or more like 0.1%. If the judge denies the POS POR based on what "El Juez" has said for example, it would be more due to lack of concrete and verifiable facts to support the conclusions in the POR and GSA than whether she believes equity is in the money or not, hence why she threw out the examiner's crappy report. She obviously believes that equity is probably in the money which is why she allowed for the EC in the first place but she needs the 'in the money' to be verified so she can rule accordingly. IMHO.
To anyone who has 1hr and 50 mins of free time and who's curious about what the story of the Wizard of Oz is really about and:
-What it has to do with the current investigation into Silver manipulation by JPMorgan and their takeover of WAMU
-The recurring cyclical economic collapses
-The political assassination attempts/events that have occurred in the USA concerning the subject of money (Andrew Jackson, Abraham Lincoln, etc),
-How the current administration could put an end to the present economic woes literally overnight as demonstrated by history
-Why the current fight against JPMorgan by WAMU represents a continuing battle that originated thousands of years ago
Watch this video:
Actually waybackmachine is what I first found when I thought about it and googled it so good suggestion
Try a cache viewer program and look around the date you viewed the 3.1a to see if it's still in your pc. Longshot but ya never know.
He he, thanks. I'll start paying once WAMU hits and I can rent my Red and Black Veyron
Agreed. Now lets talk about WAMU before we piss off the ADMINS any more
Well maybe I didn't express myself correctly. I should have said I don't focus in on absolutely everything he says. Some things he talks about like the value of honor, family America's forefathers, thanksgiving tradition, etc, I already understand so I don't pay as much attention to. But the other stuff such as Mr Spooky Dude George Soros, how he has devalued the currency of at least 5 different countries in the past, and the donations he gives to NPR, the Tides foundation, SEIU, how their all connected and how their minions are always causing trouble and what could transpire as a result, etc, I pay more attention to those. I guess you could conclude I love to hear about conspiracies that get exposed. I love the truth!
Good stuff. I hope somebody brings up the 'stupid' naked short selling problem during the next two days. I mean, it's just stupid silly short selling of the stock that was refused. That has absolutely NOOOO effect on the share price and thus value of the company. Oh, wait, it does! Gees. Again common sense is trumped by greed and power.
Ah, so you watch him some too. You have an open mind. My respect for you has further increased many fold
Yup, hence we gotta put up a strong WAMU fight. EOM
Yes, they should all rot in jail or hell, whichever comes first.
LOL You guessed it! I watch that quack as much as I can for the 'possibilities' that he brings up more than just the facts. The future is made up of infinite possibilities so knowing all possibilities can help you prepare for the future. I don't believe everything he says though. And don't worry I know you're on my side. I ain't arguing with ya, just discoursing, exchanging thoughts and knowledge
Incorrect, money represents a promise to pay and a measure of value to exchange with something else of equal value. It is only a mechanism to wealth to those who become adept at manipulating it out of the hands of those who earn it.
During the Wiemar Republic hyperinflation in Germany in the 1920's after the treaty of Versailles made Germany pay for reparations ofr WW1, it became so indebted that all they could do was print more paper money.
Can we simply print more gold or silver whenever we feel like it? No, we have to go mine for it, using other resources and manpower. So why do we print more paper money at a whim other than to replace old paper bills?
Read this and set yourself free from the biggest lie perpetrated on humanity.
http://pro-prosperity.com/Research/Constitutional-Monetary-Finance-System.pdf
It's not real I just theoretically made it up . Correct, we pay for the convenience rather than the resource due to the way the political system has developed a symbiosis with the corporate systems that deliver the resources in exchange for, you guessed it: money. So, yeah agreed that politics are also the problem.
And yet they were trumped by the FDIC. Go figure.
A middle class that in part is now in debt and that is still susceptible to death from disease. How is that freedom? Class warfare is one of the greatest flaws of the 'isms' in that it pits one class against another. Truly, if we are to live in a fair, united world, we need to eradicate wars, debt and diseases. How is money going to do that when one of it's functions via the bankers is to make more money by loaning it out for an interest, thus creating debt? Not arguing with you, just exploring the theoretics of it.
It could very well be out there. Someone could have downloaded it before the FDIC retracted it and reposted the 'scrivener's error' version of the P&A, and it's on their computer possibly seeding it via a torrent file. You never know.
We've all seen this. I said the same thing and someone told me it says 'debts' not liabilities. So I asked, well what are WAMU's total liabilities? I never got an answer because apparently nobody seems to know that either.
The 'isms' don't work. Capitalism does not work: look at how WAMU got fraudulently seized by JPIG. Neither does socialism: feed those who cannot/choose not to contribute at the expense of those who do? It's honorable but not fair.
The only thing that works is the resource based economy, where there is no paper money, and technology is the function that is used to feed and take care of humanity. Water is a free resource yet we are wiling to pay for it because we see a packaged corporate commercial that makes us think that water in a bottle is better, healthier. What!? Do you really think corporations care about our health or about getting the money from our pocket to increase their own wealth and power? We are the ultimate fools.
Name one direct contribution that paper money has made towards the advancement of humanity and compare it to all the advancements made possible through technology itself and it becomes evident that technology is the resource that can set us all free not money. Money is simply a means of controlling what facets of technology one entity makes his or her own property.
Free from wars, work, bond, disease, hunger and worry, released to explore our gifts of creativity Technologism is the only 'ism' that would work. This is the way the world SHOULD be, IMHO.
They're old calendar is still more accurate than the one we use today. We have to use leap years to make up for the 28 days in February. They didn't have to. They're calendar was exactly 365.25 days long. They would look at our calendar today and say "are you guys dumb or something?", then go sacrifice another poor villager
Well, my take:
Prior to the start of the confirmation hearings on 12/1 WAMUQ PPS was hovering at around $0.05.
Then on Thursday 12/2 Judge Walrath began the hearing announcing that she would exclude the examiner's report, which had concluded that the current Plan of Reorganization (POR) that wipes out shareholders, was reasonable. On that same day news started leaking about this decision (example skim through links below)
As a result, in my opinion, investors who had previously dreaded the examiner reports conclusion started coming back into WAMU, Leading into Friday morning when PPS peaked at $0.01 PPS. Then, either MM's started covering due to the ridiculousness of the apparent cluelessness of the WAMU Chief Restructuring Officer, Kosturos, etc during questioning by Justin Nelson of Sussman Godfrey and the potential detriment to the acceptance of the POR and Global Settlement Agreement, and/or the new investors (flippers) decided to lock in some gains resulting in a hefty sell-off in the afternoon.
Most likely the price will settle back down or above the initial $0.05 base price or on Monday it may start back up again as the flippers try to get back in for more gains.
In other words, hit had very little to do with the testimony IMO.

Agreed. BullNBear will be digging his own grave unless he starts to face the music.
And if you have time for a 5 page read on the root cause of what probably lead JPMorgan to steal WAMU to stay afloat during the 2008 housing crisis here's a link I posted a while back.

Yup, the revolution is the linking of our collective thoughts (which IMO are already there, working inside all of us, )
Either 'the mindless corporations' will have to accept and tolerate the informed citizenry such as us WAMU longs (fat chance) or try to control or dispose of the same to maintain their power (more likely).
But first JD, SB, Rosenturd and company will need to get rid of WAMU's United International and THERE IS NO WAY they will be able to defeat our collective will, knowledge and mettle.
Chase has the balls to steal WAMU but not to stand up for the belief of 91% of America? In America you're given the freedom to believe whatever you wish but if someone complains about what YOU believe in as being offensive you need to stop it? THAT'S NOT FREEDOM. IT'S SELECTIVE OPPRESSION.
Just my opinion, as a foreigner from the outside looking in: whoever complained about that Christmas tree being offensive, YOU NEED TO GTFO out of the country so you can leave it to those who truly believe in freedom, and you can live in the oppressive misery that you deserve for coercing it upon others.
Sorry had to vent.
Thank you and yes please let us know if you need our support in the future. United we stand, divided we sprawl
Gyspsy, done!
Agreed, ta hell with them dirty corrupt bastherds. Get them on their knees begging for mercy. Make 'em pay!
Not a coincidence IMO. Oops, I guess the victims forgot to press the rape charges before the wikileaks leak started happening. Rape my arse. Anyone with the ability to use a computer nowadays will see right through this BS.
Well when u think about it the nads are hanging outside the main body for a reason, so yeah they're like tumors
Yup, the WAMU acquisition was so sweet for JPM that it ended up making them $2 Billion above what they originally paid for at the end of 2008. And what's worse, JPMorgan doesn't deny it either! The cojones these guys have...
