MultiCorp Receives $50 Million Strategic Equity Investment Commitment
March 6, 2013
In March 2013, MultiCorp International, Inc, received a commitment for a $50 million dollar strategic equity investment from Future Energy, LLC, a Hawaiian energy company. Under the terms of the commitment, Future Energy LLC has agreed to invest $50 million in MultiCorp over the next 12 months in exchange for 100 million shares of MultiCorp common stock. Per the agreement, MultiCorp will receive an initial investment of $10 million within 30 days in exchange for 50 million shares of common …
Hey, thanks Gorbec!
If I had any money, I would have bought them.
Uplist will make everything clear. Until that, I trust Paul and believe he is on the up-and-up.
Plus, Paul was trying to get oil and gas to a supertanker going to Europe.
Yeah, and also gas.
I think the builders would have a very good idea re dollars/sq ft. Guess they are a bit busy right now...
Yep, if I had anymore cash, I'd have it in MCIC. :)
I think Paul's idea is that he likes to get things nailed down before giving us a PR.
Surely this will give us a PPS boost.
Those people working elsewhere, at the coal mines will surely find jobs having to do with oil, gas, and so forth.
I fully agree that the people involved are all busy and shouldn't be "bugged" by stockholders with "blow by blow," step-by-step, minute by minute bits of news.

Greetings to all,
I have been in contact with people in Dawson Creek who have credible info., that along with the PR and radio interview spells out closing on property May 15, 2013(no snags seen so far) some surveying and soil samples cores drilled about a month ago (for foundation integrity), no work on property has been noticed since (this does not mean no work has been or is taking place/just that it has not been noticed) also in radio interview it is stated that all the hiway studies are complete. Moving on in the radio interview Mike stated a $22,000,000.00 investment and said that the closing on the property was set for May 15, 2013 but possibly will have a closing on April 10, 2013 (which I believe is in line for the date we recieved the first $10,000,000.00. So I will leave you with MY humble opinion. The project in a go a big GO and is in the works as we speak. The next couple of weeks will be the funnest we have seen, hang in there.
Thanks
Steve
Once we get rid of Larry, Curly, and Moe, we'll have a decent set of MMs.
Only five cents? I think we can do better than that.
Good! Things are happening.
Paul is a standup guy. He wants money like everybody else. He was a Green Beret and is a standup guy. Hang on.
Well, every share counts, right? ;)
Also, it's just a matter of time to see it uplist. That's when it gets the eye of bigger hitters, IMO.
Sure, some will sell, but when we are talking big money, why not hang around? Could be five dollars a share if we hold. Maybe more. I can't buy anymore shares so I want to make it count.
I'm waiting for the money deals. I don't care about the 10 centers. Not worth my time.
I like the MCIC being the major player part, but yeah, I do understand the "hoops" part. I was wondering how the oil and gas gets to one point to another, so I was assuming there was rail to get it to the tanker part.
Plus, I had heard that there had been some drilling where the hotel part was. I guess it's a matter of the preliminaries there as well.
Looks like somebody found a few coins on the sidewalk and bought shares...
Wow, I've never seen any machinery like that in my life.
Looks like we could use a little news.
I remember there was some drilling where the hotel was going to be. We'll see what we see.
April 1 would be a good time for news. (and nope, I don't mean April fool's day)
Hey, karbo, I like the way you are talking.
Outstanding post, Navy.
Sounds like things are moving a long, though I wouldn't mind if things moved bit faster. Just the same, we'll get where we are going. I'd sure like to see five bucks.
It'll be better than cents. :)
Hmmm... No buys.
Probably haven't even seen the interview.
Paul is a standup guy.
Yep and there'll be various types of oil going to Europe. I suspect it will be transported via rail to a super tanker.
Then, Paul will be looking for other places which will need oil, jet fuel, and so forth.
